Luke 3:21-22 ~ Jesus Beloved Son

Luke 3:21-22

21 Now when all the people were baptized, and when Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, the heavens were opened, 22 and the Holy Spirit descended on him in bodily form, like a dove;

And a voice came from heaven, “You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”

In my internal conversations with Jesus and Abba, carried by the Holy Spirit - this Scripture hits, warms, calls to all the major points. Luke 3 is still the Christmas Story - the genealogy of Mary to Jesus is here. And when you gather the story to the Birth of Christ - family -  this is a circle of perfect love.

Luke 3 continues the Christmas Story - not just as Christmas in our hearts every day - Luke 3 explains reactions to the Heavenly Host, the Shepherds, Simeon and Anna. The ripple effect. French Nativity scenes have interested me since we lived in Nice, France for 4 years of my early childhood. The Nativity sets  of Provence, France have the butcher, baker, candlestick maker. The Priest. The women selling bundles of sticks to create warmth in homes. 100s and 100s of people.

Usually, the set is not set in Bethlehem setting, but on a table, bistro, shop - saying, "Christ Lives with Us! We are included in this Village of Christ Jesus."

The people have to be seen closely. They are dear. So wonderful to hold each person in your hand and examine their character. Each person is examined. Rarely do the people stop with one person.

I was asked why my set is so appealing. Well to be honest, it's the set - it is so Holy Spirit oriented. But the verbal explanation - in a party setting - people dart in and out and ask questions about locations for purses, coats and salt. So, as I'm saying, the set is appealing simply because it's a Holy Spirit Design. I gave the short explanation and said I arrange the set that those who kneel, sit - as Jesus did to teach us in the Scriptures - are closest to the Christ Child. And the warmth of the adoration of Jesus is a very warm setting.

The people rise up as to see the Christ Child. The Height of the people rise to see the Christ Child.

Voila! Amore Chéries de Jésus!!!
L'amour de Dieu!

And as we continue our voyage in the path of Luke 3:21-22, we will talk to Jesus asking any and all questions, as if we are children. And Father God and Jesus will answer with all the time in the world. With Great Care. When we've been there 10,000 years bright shining as the Son, we've no less days to sing His Praise - as when - we - had first begun.

Was it warm when Jesus was baptized? Father God would tenderly Love Jesus to have His Joy beginning the telling of Love of Christ and Abba. How would the Love God has for us be less than tender and warm.

Luke 1

Go before the Lord to prepare his ways, 77 to give knowledge of salvation to his people in the forgiveness of their sins,

78 because of the tender mercy of our God,
whereby the sunrise shall visit us from on high
79 to give light to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
to guide our feet into the way of peace."

The French Nativity Scene is this for a child:

Here is the Church
Here is the Steeple
Open the Doors
Here are the people.

Leading us again to Luke 3:21-22 ~ Jesus is Baptized with His People. Jesus Life and Light of God. Jesus not set on a Throne. With His Beloved. His exact nature of Love - showing us to be washed and redeemed with His Beloved.

The experience Jesus Christ, Son of God. Abba - He desires us to experience - to be washed, released, cleansed, renewed. To see the Beauty God Plans for us. Walking forth knowing Jesus has made us righteous. In Jesus. All. You. Me.

Glories stream from heaven afar,
Heavenly Hosts sing alleluia

Christ the Savior, is born!
Christ the Savior, is born!

Silent night, Holy night,
Son of God, Love's pure light

Radiant beams from thy Holy Face,
With - the dawn of redeeming grace,

Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.

Jesus, Lord, at thy birth.

Jesus our Steeple
for all the people!

Abba,

We pray Merry Christmas,
Joyeux Noel!
In our heart and of those we Love,
Every Day with Your Blessings.

Surrounding the Creation You call Good
with the Name and Love of Jesus Christ.

Jesus is the Fulfillment of God's Living Word.

Yours is the Love
and the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory of God.

Amen.

Isaiah 61 ~ Oaks of Righteousness

Isaiah 61

The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me,
because the Lord has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor.
He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted,
to proclaim freedom for the captives
and release from darkness for the prisoners,
2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor
and the day of vengeance of our God,
to comfort all who mourn,
3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion—
to bestow on them a crown of beauty
instead of ashes,
the oil of joy
instead of mourning,
and a garment of praise
instead of a spirit of despair.

They will be called oaks of righteousness,
a planting of the Lord
for the display of his splendor.

4 They will rebuild the ancient ruins
and restore the places long devastated;
they will renew the ruined cities
that have been devastated for generations.

5 Strangers will shepherd your flocks;
foreigners will work your fields and vineyards.
6 And you will be called priests of the Lord,
you will be named ministers of our God.
You will feed on the wealth of nations,
and in their riches you will boast.

7 Instead of your shame
you will receive a double portion,
and instead of disgrace
you will rejoice in your inheritance.
And so you will inherit a double portion in your land,
and everlasting joy will be yours.

8 “For I, the Lord, love justice;
I hate robbery and wrongdoing.
In my faithfulness I will reward my people
and make an everlasting covenant with them.
9 Their descendants will be known among the nations
and their offspring among the peoples.
All who see them will acknowledge
that they are a people the Lord has blessed.”

10 I delight greatly in the Lord;
my soul rejoices in my God.

For he has clothed me with garments of salvation
and arrayed me in a robe of his righteousness

as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest,
and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 For as the soil makes the sprout come up
and a garden causes seeds to grow,

so the Sovereign Lord will make righteousness
and praise spring up before all nations.

John 20:29
Then Jesus told him, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed."

We Love to see Father God's Plan of the Good News of Jesus Christ stretching back Millenniums. Yet the Scripture is Living and Active. The Oaks of Righteousness? Surely we all know the display of the Light of the world we have today - is something Father God knew well before we could even say "Light."

Meaningful Christmases past. And some of our most vivid memories - Grandparents departed to Heavenly Home leaving memories of goodness and love. And Church Services. Where peace and contentment catch up with our eternal beings to create contact with God.

Don't miss out on Church. This Season has a Lot of Hope. We Expect Jesus and realize there are miles to go. Faith, Hope and Love. Let the Love Father God has for you fill your heart.

Mary, chosen Mother of Jesus - was told this would be a difficult path to walk. And Mary is not known to be in fear. Mary was known to walk with her beloved Child, husband, sons and daughters as well as Mary's own sister. How did Mary do this? Mary believed God. Enabling her to go 80 miles on a donkey and have strangers come to the manger. Mary lived faith. Mary believed God. Mary saw the attention of God as Good News.

Isaiah knew of Jesus 700 years before Jesus was born. God knows what Good News God has for our lives. And in faith - we leave old concerns behind and begin - a New Christmas, a New 2018.

When I was born, the median age in my family was probably 77 years old. And now would probably be 30 years of age. And in the years to come - we will have more generations. Christmases yet to have arrived. God knew us - millenniums ago. We are His Beloved Children. Oh - if we consider the Good God has planned for us. The Good News of God does not just sustain us in times of trouble. The Good News of God does not just bring our Joy to Eternity. The Good News of God - enables us like Zechariah, Elizabeth, Mary and Joseph - to see the times to come - with the Joy of Expectation of the Goodness of God. Meeting the challenges of Life.

Nehemiah 8:10
10 Nehemiah said, “Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

Abba, Abba, Abba,

Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.

GOD is Just this good. We live past trauma. We are blessed. We live to see the reality of the Scriptures and in this we know He brought us this far.

To Love Jesus is to know the Holy Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness. . Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full. We believe in Jesus and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory.

To know the Glory and Love of God is to see the miracles of Jesus Love. Your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you.

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking but of righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

God fill us all, especially those we love with renewed hope for years ahead filled with love.

We ask in the name of Jesus Christ. Knowing the prayers of the faithful circle God's Creation He calls Good.

Amen.

Luke 2:16-17 ~ ascertained +

Luke 2:16-17

16 Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, became furious, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time that he had ascertained from the wise men. 17 Then was fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah: 18 "A voice was heard in Ramah, weeping and loud lamentation, Rachel weeping for her children; she refused to be comforted, because they are no more."

Macrobius, AD 400,  pagan historian in Rome - in his book, Saturnalia: “When it was heard that, as part of the slaughter of boys up to two years old, Herod, king of the Jews, had ordered his own son to be killed, Emperor Augustus remarked, ‘It is better to be Herod’s pig than his son’” (2.4.11; cited in Brown 1993:226). Macrobius may have garbled historical fact, but he has given us a key as well. If he was referring to the death of Antipater in 4 BC, the slaughter of the Innocents would have been included in the last, if not the last, brutal killings of Herod before he died. The word-play in the Augustus quote - “pig” and “son” are similar sounding words in Greek. Herod would not kill a pig because he kept kosher, at least among the Jews; yet he had no qualms killing his own sons. Other Historians believe in Herod's last purge - this is the correct time frame.

Based upon Bethlehem being about 300 people total population - the number of deaths of baby boys would be low. Josephus got some of his information from Nicolas of Damascus who was Herod the Greats friend and personal historian. Nicolas may not have recorded such a terrible deed so as not to blacken the reputation of his friend any more than he had too (Brown 1993:226, footnote 34). Josephus might also have considered the death of 4 to 6 babies and inconsequential compared to many great atrocities of Herod.

The Scriptures are real. The time frame of the Magi being much later - makes sense. The Magi are not directed to a barn or manger - instead they record going to a house where the Holy Family was dwelling. Luke 2:11.

Why would we include this in Christmas. A blessing of God comes with no ...

James 1:17
Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

We ponder as we live a very different and blessed world of 2017 A.D. millenniums after Jesus if we are blessed.

And then the criticisms of the Bible we are familiar with -

Did Augustus call for an accounting - this is a no brainer - Augustus was the chief census taker, twice, of the entire Empire for this reason: before he attained power to end the soldiers being unpaid and Civil War imminent - Augustus promised taxation to fix these problems. Of then entire Empire.

Were there really slaughter of innocents. Yes. We do have history. Well... that's not enough to be an important slaughter. What a tacky criticism. The death of one child is important. Why would God allow this? This is a terrible god. Wow - the argument goes any which way. There is no real way to fight the mercurial. No point in trying. Allow God to work His Love and ways with those never pleased. God is certainly fully able to deal with all souls. Allow God to be God Almighty. Jesus told the man who was healed twice of Blindness - the man who saw men walking as Trees - before Jesus healed again - told him to stay out of the Village. We stay out of arguments where there is no conviction. And say, "God knows. God is Love."

Taking the questions of the believing is far easier.

Why would God want or allow Herod to kill following the Good News? Free Will. Luke 3 tells us right after Holy Works of God - there is always fall out with those wanting the status quo of their own power. Jesus said the Kingdom of Heaven is always facing being seized with power. Referring to John the Baptist. And ways of Scripture and history.

What happened to the Blessing?
... What happened to the Blessing? You are kidding me. Jesus is Life. Eternity. Love. Faith comes from living through the tragic and hard parts of life to find we have the ability to present our souls to Father God. I've lived through infant death of my daughter Isabelle. Faith is a test of life for us all. At some point, we will all face events to test and trouble us. Happiness will define us. So will trouble.

How can this be a Blessing if trouble happens?

Mercy. Low low numbers of harm. The Scriptures tell us a remnant will endure. We can hold forth the belief - children escaped.

Jesus tells us Trouble is a certainty of life. And Jesus says He will overcome.

John 16:33
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."

Jesus went on to say Days may come. He was saying where we want to Live is Jesus truth and grace upon grace - living this minute with us.

When we live Christmas in our hearts, we deal with Realism.

Fake Christmas is always jolly. Real Christmas is the Holy Family Mary, Joseph, brothers and sisters (and Mary's sister) found the blessing of real emotion and years of loyalty and in difficulty and endurance, real emotion and real love is the reward. Real Christmas is Bishop Nicholas of Myra was imprisoned and maintained faith. Bravery to cross the ocean - perilous as recorded by Paul in the New Testament twice. Courageous to go to a New Emperor when the Old Emperor promised to take Bishop Nicholas' life. Santa Claus. Nicholas endured in his faith.

The Blessing of Good News is Blessing. All things work together for good for those who Love the Lord and Work according to HIS Purpose. We see the Blessing as the years go forth. Psalm 136 is the most repetitious of the Bible 26 Times we find Father God records His Love is Steadfast and Enduring.

Abba,

We ask You for Your Blessing each day. This conversation is Father God to me. And we put our faith and trust, personally into Jesus. Jesus reveals the exact nature of God.

We believe the Magi, individually are Your Children. We believe Rachel of Ramah is Your Child. We believe this: "Father God - I am important to You. Beloved of God Himself."

And as we put this Love in our hearts for You, Abba, we confidently are with You in Heaven and here. Abba's Holy Spirit dwells in me.

Abba, I trust You to lift up those I love. I trust You with my cares. I trust You to Love the people You have given me. I am helped and I dwell secure with You. I lift up my Church, workplace, Community, school and Nation. Believing Your Love is in mankind by the Love in the Holy Spirit and our world is helped by You. Help me to do well with my opportunities for more Heaven on earth. Your Good works given to me to walk in. I believe in the Salvation of Your Love for us in Jesus. Christmas realities in my heart every day. Alleluia in Jesus Christ. Your Word is Truth and Your Will is Good. Alleluia Jesus. Amen.

Zechariah 4:1-7 ~ The Lord of Hosts

Zechariah 4:1-7

1 And the angel who talked with me came again and woke me, like a man who is awakened out of his sleep.

2 And he said to me, "What do you see?"

I said, "I see, and behold, a lampstand all of gold, with a bowl on the top of it, and seven lamps on it, with seven lips on each of the lamps that are on the top of it. 3 And there are two olive trees by it, one on the right of the bowl and the other on its left."

4 And I said to the angel who talked with me, "What are these, my lord?"

5 Then the angel who talked with me answered and said to me, "Do you not know what these are?"

I said, "No, my lord."

6 Then he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the LORD of hosts.

7 Who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain. And he shall bring forward the top stone amid shouts of 'Grace, grace to it!'"

Jesus Light of the world, dwells within mankind because of God's Covenant. Jesus is our Cornerstone. The Rock of our Salvation.

We look at Matthew 1 and Luke 3, we find names we do not know. Father God knows all souls. Intimately as Abba. And as Jesus tells us of mankind, some are wheat, sheep, Beloved and some will chose to turn to self interests away from our Father. There is only one Plan. God's Plan.

God's One Plan is Accomplished. Our Abba is the Almighty God of All Creation.
Let there be Light.
The Creation is Good.
The Children of Israel are free.
Moses creates God's Lampstand.
The representation of Light is taken in captivity to Babylon.
The Tools of Moses and of Solomon are returned to the Second Temple.
The Jerusalem Temple is replace by Jesus and His Victory.
The Light of the World dwells in mankind.
Revelation - our light is drawn to Jesus, to His Home. To see His Great Light.

Only because from His Light we have received Grace upon Grace. From His fullness we have received. His Tender Mercy from on High.

When Zechariah tells us in Chapter 4 of the Messiah, Jesus - Zechariah is telling us the difference between the Power of God in the Gift of - Emmanuel - God with us. The Delight of Father God to move from hovering over the waters in Genesis 1 and being placed to sit behind the curtain in the Holy of Holies. Not just visited once a year.

Father God's delight to dwell within those who believe Jesus.

The Holy Spirit providing us an open gate where we can have our soul in the Holy Spirit - allowing us to have confidence that we are so blessed to have Father God's Willingness and Heart - He blesses us to hear us. The gift we will receive, an answer to our Prayers. God is Good.

Abba,

Emmanuel God with us. We have seen a Great Light.

Jesus gathered His Disciples who had seen His miracles for the Blind, the Deaf, the Lame and the Leper. Jesus' first Sunday all of Capernaum came to Hear Jesus. Archaeology tells us Capernaum was 2,000 people. Jesus did not just feed the 5,000, Millenniums of Believers have been fed.

Our King of Kings has arrived.

We ask You fill us, the people we Love. Knowing when Your Plan calls us Home - we want to be greeted by our Father. The Prodigal returns to Father God. As Elizabeth greeted the infant Jesus. Our Joy is in Your Love. Your Love saves us all. Your Good Will and Word. Your Promises eternally.

Christmas in our soul feeding our hearts, body and mind each day.

Great Thanks for the fires of California ending. For the Flu Season to be conquered and healed.

The Joy of Christmas to carry us into all of the New Year. The Light of Christ within us to bring us His Joy.

Jesus is Lord of All. Amen.

Ephesians 4:11-15 ~ He Gave

Jesus our Good Shepherd.

Luke 2

And in the same region
there were shepherds out in the field,
keeping watch over their flock by night.

9 And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with great fear. 10 And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.

12 And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.” 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in the highest,
and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

15 When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”

16 And they went with haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby lying in a manger. 17 And when they saw it, they made known the saying that had been told them concerning this child. 1

8 And all who heard it wondered at what the shepherds told them.

19 But Mary treasured up all these things, pondering them in her heart.

20 And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.

Christmas in our hearts every day.

Ephesians 4:11-15

And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers,

to equip the saints for the work of ministry,
for building up the body of Christ,
until we all attain to the unity of the faith
and of the knowledge of the Son of God,
to mature manhood,
to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,
so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes.

Rather, speaking the truth in love,
we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.

The Word of God.

Has a reaction in us all.

St. Augustine found Children of God, His by His Will and adoption into Jesus - feel they don't do enough. Grown mature Christians with God on their mind 7 days a week wonder. We will never be capable of feeding, being God or obtaining His Goodness. His Word says we will all fall short. Father God does not need us. Father God sees into mankind - sees who you are - and He loves you today. Jesus saves you.

What would we do to bring our God Glory for His Love to us? St. Augustine says the Book of Acts is like the Exodus. An act of God, our Father, Himself. We please God when we try to please God. St. Augustine said when you Love those few people in your life. When you go a distance further and try to just share God's Love - you have Please Father of All, Vast and Wise Creator of All. Light of the World is pleased to dwell within in our Eternity, today, in our soul.

We help others to see a Plan and Path of God and encourage each other in good works. In lovely way, truth and Life ways.

We were blessed to have Christmas Carolers from Woodlands Church - were my neighbor is a Sunday School Teacher. Fifty 4th Graders singing the Joy of Jesus.  Sweet happy faces and younger sisters and brothers. Delighted to Sing Jesus. Blessings of seeing the Light of Christmas in the light of the Children and the Parents.

Christmas is a busy time. These parents - these children - blazed the Light of Christ. Christmas is busy and a gift was found for the community. I was busy with my maternal family visiting with walkers and careful care taken. And gently encouraged to gather sweet things to eat for sweet hearts.

Let the Circle be unbroken.

Abba, our Abba,
Merry, Merry Shining and Bright Christmas.

We give You thanks for Your Gifts.

Jeremiah 31:33 E
But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Romans 7:6
But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.

Jesus told us in John's Gospel in the 4th Chapter to worship God with Spirit and with Truth. Love the Lord our God.

Thanking You the fires of California are having evacuation orders end. Asking for healing and protection against the Flu. So many have the Flu. God we look to Your Willingness.

We bring You Merry Christmas in our Hearts Father God. Love those we Love. Blaze us all with Your Love.

Jesus Lord God, Merry Christmas,
Amen.

John 1:1-14,17,29-35 ~ Lamb of God

Many, many Christmases for thousands of years. Jesus Victorious.

John 1:1-14,17,29-35

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. 4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all people. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

6 There was a man sent from God whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. 8 He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.

9 The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. 11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. 12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband's will, but born of God.

14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

29 The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, "Look, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is the one I meant when I said, 'A man who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.' 31 I myself did not know him, but the reason I came baptizing with water was that he might be revealed to Israel."

32 Then John gave this testimony: "I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. 33 And I myself did not know him, but the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, 'The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is the one who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.' 34 I have seen and I testify that this is God's Chosen One."

35 The next day John was there again with two of his disciples. 36 When he saw Jesus passing by, he said, "Look, the Lamb of God!"

This is my favorite chapter of the Bible, John 1.

John has not penned a few lines. John has met, walked, talked, witnessed Jesus.

John 21:24
This is the disciple who testifies to these things and who wrote them down. We know that his testimony is true.

John has seen Jesus walk on water. Rescue Peter. Calm the Wind and the Waves. Cleanse 10 Lepers. John has been there to see Multitudes Fed by only what Jesus could provide. John knows the impact - of these Living Words - "He healed them all."

John has to explain what John has lived seeing a government execution all of Israel had seen. Jesus serving breakfast to the men Jesus formed to be His Disciples in all Seasons. John 21.

How will John explain Jesus. Jesus is God's Word of Messiah made Real. John continues to live to be quite old. And John tells us he sees Jesus in mankind. The Light of Jesus Christ, of Abba, in all of mankind. Nothing of darkness has stopped the Light of Jesus.

Abba,

Bless us and Keep us this Christmas and always, we ask in Jesus.

We ask Your Face to Shine upon us.

We ask Your Graciousness. And rejoice when we think on our Gifts of Abba given to us with Love.

We want Your Face to lift and Smile upon us.

Give us, Father God, Your Peace. We will rest with You in certain faith and Love.

Cover us in the Name of Jesus and we shall be Blessed.

We lift up those we love. The people You have given us. And ask for more of Your Heaven upon this earth.

God of Love, our Hope is Jesus Christ. Amen.

The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
