Psalm 92
It is good to give Thanks to the Lord,
to sing praises to Your Name, O Most High;
2 to declare Your steadfast Love in the morning,
and Your faithfulness by night
To the music of the lute and the harp,
to the melody of the lyre.
For you, O Lord,
have made me glad by Your Work;
at
The Works of Your Hands
I sing for joy.
How great are Your works, O Lord!
Your thoughts are very deep!
6 The stupid man cannot know;
the fool cannot understand this:
7 that though the wicked sprout like grass
and all evildoers flourish,
they are doomed to destruction forever
But You, O Lord,
Are on High

For behold, Your enemies, O Lord,

all evildoers shall be scattered.
But You
have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox
You have poured over me fresh oil.
My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies;

12 The righteous flourish like the palm tree
and grow like a cedar in Lebanon.
13 They are planted in the house of the Lord;
they flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They still bear fruit in old age;
they are ever full of sap and green
To declare that the Lord is upright;
He is my rock,
and there is no unrighteousness
in Him.
When we look at entertainment at home, we are finding 2, 3 years after the Pandemic we are offered more 'off beat entertainment.' Not what we would watch with our parents. Easily. At any age. My husband says trashy, and leaves the television. He is done. I will hit the fast forward option and pick up the rest of the plot. And usually, I am disappointed. Not fighting the good fight. Not leading Upwards to what is more difficult and more worthy. More meaningful.

All pie is good pie?
It was fascinating to see "Game of Thrones" gain in popularity, wider viewing, and the script was even more interesting to become more family friendly for a wider audience. Clap, clap, clap, clap. Ovation.
And as we have seen the plots of viewing becoming more woven with subplots and dire happenings, we want to see right, morally traditional, win. Explain to us, in the plot, how the right wins. Go Righteousness and goodness, show what is more worthy to win as a prize.
We want complicated in dire situations. Surprise us. Interest us. And turn off the show if it is morally repugnant. Let the writers and entertainment know. We direct, they cater. Not teaching our youth open doors, better left closed.
What would this have to do with
Father's Day?
Everything. Divorce, many divorced parents don't see their own children again. The Real, Real statistic is a high number of college graduates stay married unto death us do part. But the people grappling with unemployment and unstable living environments divorce often. And now college costs and implications are off the charts. Sad for our Nation, the nations and our cultural direction regarding the instability of white collar jobs, debts, and the Shelter for Love, Marriage and Children to late middle age and old age.
Substance Abuse 1 in 3. Adult children who left their parents, 1 in 3. Divorce of non-graduates, half to 2 in 3.
No wonder, we look to the complicated to see if we see hope. And would like to have understanding, for swimming in Life, waters deeper and more swift than we ever hoped. Yearning not to be a human Salmon.
And this relates to our
Father's Day...
We want to know the path
to halt and cease with the unacceptable
and
the hope of renewal
the joy of continuation
for
What We Love
Like Christmas
we forgive much
choose joy
because
we Love much
And we overcome
or we sink in plots
and coldness

Father's Day
Brings Memories and
Joy
Overcoming
Choosing Joy
Jesus
and
His Word
Come to me, you, who are burdened

The Truth

The Life.
The Lord unburdens us.
Give us His Love.
Gives us His Direction.
Give us His Plan for our lives.
God Knows
we don't always get to
drive the Bus.
And Hope
The Wheels on the Bus

Throw us

The Beginning of the Gospels
Is the Good News
God deliberately chooses to be a Parent, is the beginning of half of the Gospels. And those around Him, in this Mission, are Blessed
and Amazed and Rejoice
with The Lord.
Jesus Arrives for the Salvation of mankind.

Abba, Father,
You are Living Water,
Light of mankind
Light of nations
Light of the world
Light of Heaven
And as You tell us of Heaven in Your Word,
we find Heaven does not have an Ocean,
just Living Water,
Shining Water,
even to Your Throne.
Your Throne can be found by following the Shining Water.
How You Love Israel.
Why wouldn't there be an Ocean?
Edward has a theory, Heaven is when time ends,
and as you join in with Jesus, you are never separated
from those you Love.
Because Jesus is Alive
and all things, including time, are under Your Feet.
You have the whole world in Your Hands
You have the whole world in Your Hands,
why not Time ?
Oceans to not separate Loved Ones in Heaven
Why don't we think Time is in His Hands?
The Blessing of Jesus upon us
as we call on Him in His Love
and Mercy
Grace
Forgiveness
to sort out and heal
His Good Creation
and the fullness of the earth is
The Lord's.

Abba, Father
Please forgive us our weaknesses, fears, flaws
and sin.
We ask You to Dwell in us, God of Love.
Dwell in those we Love.
Your Presence does not leave nor forsake us.

Help us to seek You first.
We will finish well in Jesus Christ.
