Prayer has come in from all over the country and Scripture has been sent by email. I was blessed by this and thought you might be too:
I know this one by heart, but couldn’t remember where it was located – finally found it. Will you pass it along to Erica for me. I prayed this verse a thousand times when I felt so alone.
The Lord himself goes before you and will be with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Deuteronomy 31:8
Another one I keep in my bible is “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:6-7

an excerpt from Max Lucado:
The events leading up to Jesus' birth can be summarized by the angel's words, "God can do anything!"
Psalm 77:14 You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples.
Eph. 3:20 With God's power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we can ask or imagine.
From: Galvan
1 John 5:14-15
This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us---whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him.
Psalms 31:1-2
In you, O Lord, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame, deliver me in your righteousness. Turn your ear to me, come quickly to my rescue; be my rock of refuge; a strong fortress to save me.
I have spent the most part of the afternoon reading my Bible....thank you for reminding me of the real reason for the season....to be there for one another.
God bless you and your family....
Flori
We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:28 (Read all of Romans 8)
Psalm 102:1-2
Hear my prayer, O Lord; let my cry for help come to you. Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call answer me quickly.
Julie
Psalm 27:7-9
"Hear my voice when I call, O Lord;be merciful to me and answer me. My heart says of you, Seek his face! Your face, Lord, I will seek. Do not hide your face from me, do not turn your servant away in anger; you have been my helper. Do not reject me or forsake me, O God my Savior."
Thank you for sending all the scriptures. You have taken a day without direction other than to pray and fast and are truly channeling our efforts.
Psalm 33:20-21
"We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. "
This comes from a friend and neighbor.
Psalm 34:17 (NCV)
"The Lord hears good people when they cry out to him, and he saves them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and he saves those whose spirits have been crushed. "
The response from everyone is so awsome. Some scripture from a good friend in MO.
Ephesians 6: 12
"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."
Colossians 2:8
"See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosohy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ."
1 Peter 5:8-9
" Be self-controlled and alert, Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings
