28 “You have answered correctly,” Jesus said. “Do this and you will live.”






James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights
with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.



All we have is God's Blessing. Let us Bless our Father God


Abba, Holy Father, Our Father,

We Thank You for Love. Making our lives meaningful.

 For our beloved Loved ones. Being Your Beloved!!!

We earnestly and joyfully Thank You for Forgiveness. 
Without forgiveness, we would not know Your Mercy. And live and move feeling Your Love. 

With Your Mercy, we have mercies renew for us daily. Thank You, You are making memories of renewing mercies daily. 

We will be consciously mindful and alert for Your Blessings.

In Your Glory, You bring us many memories of life and because of Your Holy Gift of memory - we are blessed even with hindsight. And in being mindful of Your mercies - we have life stories and experiences to share of Your Love. We collect memories of Your Goodness.

We will see part of our story and part of our lives and we will live in Joy for the full Plan. 

We will live like Proverbs and look to the days ahead with Love.

We are given into Your hands.

Especially asking for - - - the end of the four week toss back and forth cold and fever - not to have us all sound like windmills needing a good oil. 

Peace and  the comfort of Health for us all. Resting in More Heaven on Earth prayed across the Good Creation by Your Beloved for us all. Lifting up the Nation and Nations trusting in You.

Asking for Blessings on Family. Family spread as far as Michigan and all over the world. Blessings on the Holidays coming up. Loving our Neighbor.

Jesus is our Wonderful Jesus. God is for us. Amen and Amen.

Luke 7:47 ~ are forgiven


Luke 7:47

Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven—for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.



When I was in High School, I was in a large denomination believing in Jesus Renewal and being Born Again. A very, very both conservative denomination and liberally happy. I was an Episcopalian before the world wide Church of England had lost 50% of all members and the Episcopal Church USA had gone from 13 million to 800 thousand. My step grandfather Rev. Tate Young saw this coming in the 1970's and talked about this while taking his fist and pounding on the Sunday table of roast, "Easy divorce and finding the Bible outdated does the Church in."

During the end of the 1970's, the Church was holding to the Bible at the time and we were having a very robust Youth Program for Renewal with an almost perfect response record. Works of the Holy Spirit are alive. Alive. And in this group we had once a month meetings where we had about 100 and 150 which were miraculous numbers.

That particular Sunday, we had the meeting near a swimming pool. One pretty 17 year old girl, (let me be clear and say this story is not about my life)  I don't remember her name, she was being immersed and prayed for by 75 teenager girls and two adults. She was new and I had not met her. Her Renewal had just completed. This beautiful summer evening started without the boys. A first time we had separated as a whole group. We began as usual by guitar praise music. We sang for probably 15 minutes and she was anointed with oil and prayed over. This young woman was beaming as brightly as the Texas sun. The prayers ended with the announcement the girl had felt comfortable to share she had started of her high school years and had slept - quickly - with 4 men. She wanted as she found God as her Father to feel reborn. This teenager said she didn't want a spiritual or physical connection to the men anymore she asked God to do the impossible to set her free.

She is a New Creature in Jesus Christ.




Now about this time, you might be thinking this is a disaster. Wrong. It was incredibly beautiful.

God saves the world in Jesus Christ and we Believe Him.







My mother found a very casual group of ladies who had all had very traumatic long-marriage divorces. They all divorced in 1981 at about 25 years of marriage and none remarried. These ladies began with 12 women and the men lived about 6 years after the divorces. Traumatic divorce. With Edward being ill, I now wonder if all these men were already losing brain function. But 12 men died within 6 or so years.


And after my father remarried a friend of my mothers of 25 years, we didn't feel his funeral recognized his blood family. Our Episcopal Priest was so good he said let's have a blood family memorial and read the Funeral Rites, we will speak of having lost a husband and father. So we had a second memorial service with a dozen life long friends and family.

I said to my mother, after the small and beautiful service, "Now you are having your divorce end." Father Tom leaned over and said he didn't agree. I said not in fact, she did divorce, but in Spirit the divorce has ended. Father Tom replied he was divorced and he was factual about this. I explained I was speaking of Spirit. Father Tom relented saying ok he saw that, but don't let facts change.

I agree with him then and now. I also Celebrate the end of Divorce for my parents. Speaking of their divorce as factual.









Luke 19:1-10

19 Jesus entered Jericho and was passing through. 2 A man was there by the name of Zacchaeus; he was a chief tax collector and was wealthy. 3 He wanted to see who Jesus was, but because he was short he could not see over the crowd. 4 So he ran ahead and climbed a sycamore-fig tree to see him, since Jesus was coming that way.

5 When Jesus reached the spot, he looked up and said to him, “Zacchaeus, come down immediately. I must stay at your house today.” 6 So he came down at once and welcomed him gladly.

7 All the people saw this and began to mutter, “He has gone to be the guest of a sinner.”

8 But Zacchaeus stood up and said to the Lord, “Look, Lord! Here and now I give half of my possessions to the poor, and if I have cheated anybody out of anything, I will pay back four times the amount.”

9 Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house, because this man, too, is a son of Abraham. 10 For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”










When Jesus was discussing the world and the troubles we take on only today's problems. Jesus said life has troubles. What will happen years down the road from being anointed clean?

A desert?
The end of summer?
A new season with new memories to be made?
Ghosts of massive public announcements better left undone?
A New Path of God's?

The answer is the Word of God. The Work of mankind is to believe Jesus sent by Father God.

John 6:29
Jesus answered, "The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent."

We have to believe the Miracle of God's Love and Grace.


We have to believe this Love so well to hold it on cloudy days. To live God's ongoing statement Jesus saves us and we honor His Love with our lives.



Philippians 3:12
I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me

Fight the good fight of the faith
 Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called


Abba, Father God,

Your Promises are for me and are today.

Your Promises are strong and are forever.

Your Word is for me and is for today.

Your Word is True and is Strong and is Forever.

Your Love is for for me and is today.

Your Love is True and is Strong and is Forever.

Jesus is Willing. You are Working. I hold our Faith.

Jesus is with me. Jesus is with the communion and community of saints.

Jesus is with us and with our Loved ones.

Jesus covers us with His Name and with His Promises for our prayers.

Jesus gave us the prayer for more Heaven on earth.

Jesus told us to always Pray with Hope. We Will.

We give Thanks for all You have given. We give You thanks for seeing our Nation in these days.

Violence is when evil and good do not agree and evil hopes instability will help.

Thank You for Solutions to stop the bombings. We give prayer and Thanks for peace.

Jesus covers us with His Name and He covers the Believers and Nations Believing in Him.

Psalm 147 ~ Hope in His Steadfast Love



Psalm 147


Praise the Lord!
For it is good to sing praises to our God;
for it is pleasant, [
for He is beautiful] and a song of praise is fitting.
2 The Lord builds up Jerusalem;
he gathers the outcasts of Israel.


3 He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds.
4 He determines the number of the stars;
he gives to all of them their names.

5 Great is our Lord, and abundant in power;
his understanding is beyond measure.
6 The Lord lifts up the humble [
afflicted];
he casts the wicked to the ground. 



7 Sing to the Lord with thanksgiving;
make melody to our God on the lyre!
8 He covers the heavens with clouds;
he prepares rain for the earth;
he makes grass grow on the hills.
9 He gives to the beasts their food,
and to the young ravens that cry.
10 His delight is not in the strength of the horse,

On an October night around a fire, when it is still, it's so pleasing to hear the rain noises. God draws us to Him in the still, quiet.

The Lord determines. He is good. He gathers, He heals, He binds up, He gives. He covers. He prepares. He makes. He delights. His pleasure. His Word.

In Him, we live, we move and have our dwelling. In Christ Jesus our Lord.

Edward makes Homesick Texan Potato Chowder for us delighted to have soup for warmth. We are joined by a friend out of the rain. Put the outdoor lights on.


Really, we love these and use 'em up. It sets the tone.





The Wisdom of Father God expands to the universe's creation with His Words. All knowledge and understanding is in our God. He determines the number of the stars; Father God gives to all of them their names.

Father God would far rather have Breakfast on the Beach with His Beloved Children, He has Given us so much than any star He has created.

Ephesians 3

14 For this reason I kneel before the Father,
from whom every family
in heaven and on earth derives its name.

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love,
may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people,
to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,
and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine,
according to his power that is at work within us,
to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations,
forever and ever! Amen.



Almighty God, Abba, Heavenly Father,

We live in Thee. Rejoicing at the end of fever and illness - even if it Really Hurts to Cough.
Bless us all with the end of the passed around cold and fever for a month.

We put out our hands to do the good works You've already planned for us. Lead us in Your paths; encourage us, let the words of our mouths and the thoughts of our heart be always pleasing to You. Grow the seed of our faith, to become a mighty tree.

Put out Your growing branches, to give us shelter; we will share in Your goodness, fellowship and rest. Give us eyes of faith, to see the hope of Your promises; the eagerness, like a child, to see them brought forth. 

Strengthen our souls, let our lives reflect Your Light and Your Love.

 In the Highest name of Jesus Christ, we pray.

2 Corinthians 9:6-15 ~ God is able to make all grace abound





2 Corinthians 9:6-15

The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.

7 Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.

8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work. 9 As it is written,

“He has distributed freely, he has given to the poor;
his righteousness endures forever.”

10 He who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will supply and multiply your seed for sowing and increase the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way to be generous in every way, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God.








Today my family of 3, took care of each other. We have had a horrendous cold and fever for about a week. Edward was feverish on Wednesday and I have been feverish since Monday night.

Father God,
All glory, honor and comfort are Your's. We give Thanks for Jesus Christ. The unknown, unseen Kingdom He has prepared for us. Your Kingdom we glimpse.

John 14

14 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. 4 And you know the way to where I am going.”



Abba, we pray for healing of this fever and illness all 3 of us have. Peace

We know the Way of God. Steadfast Love, Joy, Peace, Encouragement, Forbearance, Mercy, Faith and Hope. This is what we ask Jesus to cover us for in His Name and dwell there. With those we love. Amen.

Luke 5 ~ The Word of God

Luke 5


5 On one occasion, while the crowd was pressing in on Him - to hear the Word of God,


John 1
To all who did receive Him, who believed in His Name, He gave the right to become Children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, 
but of God.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His Glory, Glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 

16 For from His fullness we have all received, Grace upon Grace. 
17 For the law was given through Moses;
grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 
18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, 
He has made Him known.




Luke 5
He was standing by the lake of Gennesaret, 2 and he saw two boats by the lake, but the fishermen had gone out of them and were washing their nets. 3 Getting into one of the boats, which was Simon's, he asked him to put out a little from the land.

And Jesus sat down and taught the people from the boat.

4 And when he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.” 5 And Simon answered, “Master, we toiled all night and took nothing!
 But at your word I will let down the nets.” 6 And when they had done this, they enclosed a large number of fish, and their nets were breaking. 7 They signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.


8 But when Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus' knees, saying, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord.” 9 For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish that they had taken, 10 and so also were James and John, sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. 

And Jesus said to Simon, “Do not be afraid; from now on you will be catching men.” 11 And when they had brought their boats to land, they left everything and followed Him.





So this morning, we were supposed to leave Teton Village very, very early. Our second visit in 17 years. And as the alarm went off, I thought what is that terrible, terrible noise. And we couldn't leave!!! God is Good and we had such fog the parking lot was gone and the Teton Mountains.


Aren't we all fickle people. Flawed. Sinners. All of us. God tells us 11 times in the Creation Events of Genesis the world is "Good." Now, that is a lot of God repetition. And God, even though He is our Father, that is a lot of repetition. Which we all can agree, would be God saying - like the wonderful God Billboards - "That part about Life being 'Good' - I meant that - God"



And so God needs a human being to start the Christian Church of Jesus Christ - God's Only Son - and we find out - the job description is daunting and Simon Peter says he doesn't want the Job. Wow. Wow.

We are fickle, fickle, fickle people. We want 'OUR MIRACLE". But if God is going to do that Loudly. Nevah Mind. Or if God wants us to change something. Nevah mind. Or if that's uncomfortable. Nevah mind.

And how does Our Father handle the human inconsistencies? Like the time Jesus healed the man who had asked for healing for "Thirty - Eight... Years" at the Pool of Bethesda. The man decided, maybe, he liked sitting at the Pool without many requirements. So the man decided to run to the Top of the Temple and Complaint with them about Wretched son of Joseph. Jesus continued to the Town of Bethesda, hometown of Peter and Andrew, and healed a man who was blind by putting mud and living water on his eyes and sending Him to the Pool of Siloam. Sent. Where Jesus sends me, I'm raising my hand to go there.


So - we couldn't leave the hotel this morning. And we 'had' to sit and have breakfast. And fresh fruit. And we had to have cups of coffee. And leave sleeping two hours more and feeling refreshed and amazed at the receding fog. And with the delay, we got to Rocky Mountain National Park at dusk. Awww. We had to see the massive, amazing herds of Elk and Moose gathering to water. We had to see 3 deer almost on our bumper (Thank GOD ). We had to be right up there with 2 Enormous Elk. We got to eat dinner at our favorite Breakfast Place in Denver. And got to our hotel just as the sun sank. A beautiful and perfect blend of receding storm and Light with amazing colors. Perfect timing. Thank You, FATHER GOD!!!






The Plans of God are well made. We all just tend to doubt and fuss and kick up conflict. And believe as dust in the wind - we got it all.


Abba,

You are our destination. You are our source. You are the Green Light of 'Let there be Light.' Your Throne is in Emerald Green Revelation tells us is Your Favorite Color. Your Plans are LIFE. You are THE Hope and the Future. All over the creation You have said 'yesterday, today and tomorrow' are Good.

You are the Good News. You are the God of Encouragement. The God of Love. And you bring us forth, raise us up. Even guys named Peter do "ok" Listening to our Father.

We pray for the end of the fever that started this evening. For Healing and Peace.

Joshua 24:15 ~ As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord

Jewish houses built on wings to add the grown children who were married. The houses continued to grow. The Bible reports Simon Peter and Andrew, brothers, lived with Peter's mother-in-law.


Joshua 24:15


"And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve,

whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell.

But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

James 1 

James a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ,

To the twelve tribes in the Dispersion:

Greetings!

Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

Let the lowly brother boast in his exaltation, and the rich in his humiliation, because like a flower of the grass he will pass away. For the sun rises with its scorching heat and withers the grass; its flower falls, and its beauty perishes. So also will the rich man fade away in the midst of his pursuits.

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God,” for God cannot be tempted with evil, and he himself tempts no one. But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by his own desire. Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death.

Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like. But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.

If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless. Religion that is pure and undefiled before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction and to keep oneself unstained from the world.










James, the Book of the Bible, where the very Brother of Jesus, son of Mary and of Joseph, tells us about what he learned spending 33 years with Jesus Christ, Only Son of God.









Parallels.

Both James 1 and Mark 7 say, "watch what you say." Mark 7 says be heart with your words. Do not be lip service. Then both say do not say harmful things. Your life is your test if God sees worthy to save. Exactly as we claim the privilege to determine where we will spend time.



James 1 is absolutely astonishing advice from Jesus' brother.

This chapter is basically - astonishing, life-changing, in a word - wow. And if we adapt the first paragraph to conversation - it's not to poke at your faith with annoyance or questions. To grab hold of the handlebar and hang on. Because if we start pulling at the threads of a handlebar, we dismantle a perfectly sound handlebar. Better to get glue and put the loose thread to use. Use the 'yes, I believe' and not pick, pick, pick at this.

Rich or poor. Gone in the MIDST of pursuits. Whoooohooo I want that! Long life, exceedingly good health and Zap off to Heaven. GOOD NEWS. ALLELUIA.




We begin the chapter by addressing the dispersion - addressing us today - saying the view is to looking at as you have traveled further down the road, and life has variation and changing events. Importantly, Jesus says don't let life let you become bitter. See what new adventures life brings. Look at difficulties as a way of doing a test. All have worked on various tests. On -target- people like to see some 'action' for the possibilities of new life entering.

Being steadfast makes us able to go far. With Jesus and incredible reality - how far.  Recently, I read an article on the details of the Chronicles of Babylon which agree with the Second Exodus - the exile and slavery in Babylon. Even gives dates. March 7,  597 B.C. The second of three roundups of the people of Judah. The Babylonian Chronicles agree with Genesis. People before the atmosphere changed of the great waters covering the earth - where we all find fossils of sea creatures in odd places - and before the flood changing the atmosphere - people did live to be 800 years old.  The Chronicles of Babylon agree.

Noah says we can live now to be 120 years old. And in being steadfast, we bring more to ourselves, our spouse, our children, grandchildren and to the people unborn.

In this steadfastness of holding on to God, we become reliable. Doing what Father God asks us to do, makes us more at peace, more reliable as life - of course, changes. We hold on to our truth of what God tells us. God says we realize in doing what God wants us to do, we have begun to reach the place of Life. Creation waits for the unveiling of the Sons of Man. Jesus tells us He is Son of Man. This is an amazing place. God is Savior of mankind, we who will believe in Him. He invites us to be in the His Path of His Life. God tells us, really, if we lean upon God, the burden is Light. Love lifts the burdens of Life.

Happier people are trusting God. They say change will come. But God finds joy in the people who say, Today is God's Gift. Let us not change. God surely loves us as we have this gratitude. And if we spend our time saying God is always here for us, we will miss the old age downfall of Ecclesiastes House Solomon tells us will come. I have witnessed the removal of Ecclesiastes House - in generous hospitality.

Peace. More and more people are turning television off. This is a first since 1950. Clamor. Being taught alien values. Repetitively. What is good comes as a gift of God. If we focus on what is wrong and entertaining, we will find less peace. God tells us He is God of Encouragement. God wants to help us solve problems, see what is good, encouraging others. See the good. Believe God will help.








Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. Of Jesus' own Will he brought us forth, by the Word of Truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

James is able to see Jesus was a perfect gift. Light of the world. Jesus did not change. Did not vary. His words are truth.

And James has the unique position knowing - the family of Mary and Joseph James, Joses, Simon, and Jude, as well as the sisters, are the firstfruits of God's Creation. James had a unique Life to look forward to in Heaven.







The Law of Liberty. Has a few requirements.

So if any is religious, bridle the tongue. We start the Chapter by saying God give generously without reproach. Can we point to another Scripture for this?

James 4:12
There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?

Jesus said not to judge. In understanding others, we are revealed. Citing mercy is needed.

Romans 2:1-3
Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things. We know that the judgment of God rightly falls on those who practice such things. Do you suppose, O man—you who judge those who practice such things and yet do them yourself—that you will escape the judgment of God?


Visiting widows and orphans. Surely not on the fun, jazzy things to do list. Instead it is asking facing head on - there are problems out in the world - we hope not to share in. Discomfort. The lack of the ability to truly help one another. Time spent, care given. Strong enough to carry on with our lives. Trusting God, that as He gives life, He also gives us the ability to do the life He has given us. We have to believe this for ourselves and others to nourish others and nourish ourselves.



Abba,

We give Thanks for the delight You have had in Your creation. The delight Jesus found in mankind. For what Jesus has done, moving the Holy Spirit to dwell within us. Telling us about You.

We will pray for Peace and my fever and sore throat and Edward's throat to be healed.

Thank You for helping us carry our burdens. For giving us Joy. For giving us people to Love. For the earnest desire for them. For finding You miracles and protections never cease. Being incredulous and grateful. For Your Plans, a Hope and a Future. More than we can imagine.

The Blessings of Jesus on those who pray. And for seeing the power in Prayer. Those prayers encompass our World asking the Mercy and Love on this Nation and the creation of God's without borders. We expect without doubting, the Greatness of God to be displayed in our prayers. Bringing more Heaven to earth.

John 14:27-31 ~ Rise let us go from here


John 14:27-31

7 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid. 28 You heard me say to you, ‘I am going away, and I will come to you.’

 If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I am going to the Father, for the Father is greater than I.

 29 And now I have told you before it takes place, so that when it does take place you may believe. 30 I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming. He has no claim on me, 31 but I do as the Father has commanded me, so that the world may know that I love the Father. 

Rise, let us go from here.







Jesus was able to live His life with Joy. Jesus could have dinner with the people Jesus declared were his mother, brother & sisters doing God's will and let the New Covenant be a celebration. Surely, the disciples were confused, but Jesus knew exactly what He was saying about Peace, then telling Peter about desertion and the rooster crowing 3 times.

Imagine the joyful celebration of the new covenant. Jesus is telling them a supreme message of hope. He tells them... He will never leave them orphaned. Jesus would cry out to God in just hours that He felt forsaken. Peace isn't about the stiff upper lip, peace is being rescued by God even when it is faith - the substance of the unseen.


Abba, Holy Father,

Today I'm praying for peace. The changes in technology. The issues of life. Going through a very dangerous neighborhood in the 4th largest city in the USA and the navigation program on the phone goes out - and I'm alone in my car having dropped of Edward for a game. Being lost.

Going to a new city this weekend and the navigation system misdirects 3 times and I'm alone in the car. Calling for prescription renewal and the renewal will not take and merely repeats invalid number and the prescription tech says it's valid. Having the spelling to out on the 3 internet browsers goes out on all 3 browsers. Going to another city to have lunch with Edward 3 weeks ago and the navigation app goes out on the phone as the exit happens for the downtown area.

Edward's navigation app had the first problem in years and years as he is in a different city and trying to reach an A-Tier Tournament.

Not receiving emails. while protected with subscription malware and antiviral programs. New app downloads asking too much information.

This is dangersous. And we pray when old programs like Free Grammarly suddenly will not work and suddenly want all your contacts and a new email and your facebook account. This is also a different kind of dangerous. We pray for the people who use technology to interfere in harmful ways. It's plain scary and unhealthy.

Father God, we pray for health. For Edward who has had a cold for a month and fever this week. For me as the sore throat returns tonight. For the comfort of every day life , all thrive upon. The peace of life we have been so blessed with in the United States to broaden, deepen and continue.

We pray for more Heaven on earth. In technology. In communities. Sweeping to the Nation. For our Loved ones. For this Nation trusting in God. And all the nations and Children of God Trusting in the Lord God our Father.

To find a blessing in each day, to be assured of God's love. That the Helper might lift them and guide all of us.

We pray let justice roll down like waters and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.

In Jesus' Name and in His Mercy, Grace and Love. Amen.
