He was in the beginning with God.
All things were made through Him,
and
without Him was not anything made that was made.
In Him was Life, and the Life was the Light of men.
The Light shines in the darkness,
and
the darkness has not overcome it.
It's the Most Wonderful Overworked Time of the Year
with the Kids and the Yelling
And everyone telling you, be of good cheer.
Don't take this kid jingle as a huge complaint.
This is the best season to take the rejoicing, wonderful list week by week. Our street has begun the outside lights. This is new from when I grew up. And I just love to see Light come into the world as preparation. For the Time our Father trusts His good creation with the birth of His Only Son as Salvation.
I'm going to get ready.... now.
Like the Christmas Tree farms, they plan and plan. And I might just have to practice enjoying having the Christmas Lights on. Because it might be much more snowy or chilly when the 'appropriate' time arrives.
On the Friday post, we talked about trying to help an Opossum. And tonight, our child/teenager Opossom returned, bringing a twin sibling.
The child joeys are both very dark grey and enjoyed the green apple, birdseed and smidge of dry cat food. Because the first sibling child has been visiting for a month, they are not afraid of us, all lighted up in the window with our observations and cooing. I wanted to share with you the additional Oposum.
When I consider Your Heavens,
the Work of Your Fingers, the moon and the stars,

You are mindful of them, human beings
