1 John 3:4-10 ~ practice

"Pontius Pilate, a prefect of the Roman province of Judea from AD 26 to 36"

1 John 3:4-10

4 Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.

5 You know 
that he appeared in order to take away sins, and in him there is no sin.

 6 No one who abides in him keeps on sinning; no one who keeps on sinning has either seen him or known him. 

Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous. 8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. 

The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. 9 No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God's seed abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God. 

10 By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, 
nor is the one who does not love his brother.

Jesus hHeals the lame. Cures the blind. The deaf Hear. And Jesus was considered Collateral Damage to Pilate's career.

Mark 15

9 And he answered them, saying, “Do you want me to release for you the King of the Jews?”

 10 For he perceived that it was out of envy that the chief priests had delivered him up. 
11 But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to have him release for them Barabbas instead.

12 And Pilate again said to them, “Then what shall I do with the man you call the King of the Jews?” 

13 And they cried out again, “Crucify him.” 

14 And Pilate said to them, “Why? What evil has he done?” 

But they shouted all the more, “Crucify him.” 



15 So Pilate, wishing to satisfy the crowd, released for them Barabbas,

and having scourged Jesus,
he delivered him to be crucified.




The main purpose of Life God Plans is Love. The cost of finding a way for all of mankind who are flawed and sinners to find a Place in the Kingdom of God of All. Creator of Life and the Universe. This is what God has done for us:

1 Corinthians 13

And just as the Shepherds proclaiming the Salvation and Glory of God, we find Herod's group is deciding what Political approach to take in Luke 3. And Luke 3 continues His Story listing Family. Generations and the way forward. Acts 1 and 2 clearly shows us God has a Way forward.

And 1 Corinthians 13 is followed by 1 Corinthians 14. Hearts are revealed. The Purpose of God is Love and the Prodigal's Father gives seasons and time for the heart of His Beloved to be revealed.

1 Corinthians 14

20 Brothers, do not be children in your thinking. Be infants in evil, but in your thinking be mature.

21 In the Law it is written, “By people of strange tongues and by the lips of foreigners will I speak to this people, and even then they will not listen to me, says the Lord.”

22 Thus tongues are a sign not for believers but for unbelievers, while prophecy is a sign not for unbelievers but for believers. 23 If, therefore, the whole church comes together and all speak in tongues, and outsiders or unbelievers enter, will they not say that you are out of your minds? 24 But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all, he is called to account by all,

25 the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you.

We all remember and hold firm to the Word of God saying, "All things work together for Good for those who Love the Lord and work according to His Purpose." Romans 8:28

God is still Working.

The purpose of the Seed Parable is time and seasons. The purpose of The Prodigal Son is time and seasons. The reasons for the ups and downs recorded in Scripture, God's Word,  are for the purpose of understanding the ebb and flow of life, To create our hearts revealed. God working and working for Love to Prevail. We decide who we will be. Putting aside what is the most comfortable. Working in His Wisdom. Creating a Harbor for God's People to understand His Love. Not giving into selfishness and being Just and Merciful.

Our Harbor will be for Goodness. Not to hide from the storm. Not to create a way to have self pity allowing us selfishness.





Abba,

We rely on Life to be from You. Author of Life.

We ask Your Blessings and help to Practice Life pleasing to You. In the times of seasons seeming endless. In the split second moment. You've told us we are Living Stones, allow the building of our souls and lives to have Your Love and Blessing.

Help us walk in Your Chosen Path. Be Loved and nourished in Your care. Guided to be on Your Path. Assisted. Help us to Delight You.

Cover us in the Name of Jesus. Bless us with Your Peace. God's Peace knowing Your Plan is Good.

Keep us in Joy and Love knowing our Loved ones are Covered in Jesus Christ. Let us have our mouths filled with Laughter and our lips with Joy knowing You put Jesus in our Loved ones. To live and move and have their very being in Jesus Christ.

Blessing our prayers for no Pneumonia. No cancer. No broken backs. Peace and Hope with Love.

Jesus for our Nation. Jesus for our Nations seeking His Love. Jesus for all the Beloved of God covering this earth with prayers to God for more Heaven on earth.

Beloved Jesus Live in me. Amen.

Psalm 26 ~ in the great assembly I will bless the Lord

Psalm 26

Of David.

Vindicate me, O Lord,

for I have walked in my integrity,

and I have trusted in the Lord without wavering.

2 Prove me, O Lord, and try me;

test my heart and my mind.

3 For your steadfast love is before my eyes,

and I walk in your faithfulness.

4 I do not sit with men of falsehood,

nor do I consort with hypocrites.

5 I hate the assembly of evildoers,

and I will not sit with the wicked.

6 I wash my hands in innocence

and go around your altar, O Lord,

7 proclaiming thanksgiving aloud,

and telling all your wondrous deeds.

8 O Lord, I love the habitation of your house

and the place where your glory dwells.

9 Do not sweep my soul away with sinners,

nor my life with bloodthirsty men,

10 in whose hands are evil devices,

and whose right hands are full of bribes.

11 But as for me, I shall walk in my integrity;

redeem me, and be gracious to me.

12 My foot stands on level ground;

in the great assembly I will bless the Lord.

Inconceivable!

Consider the life of David, this doesn't seem self-knowing. Not at all. Not at all. Not at all.

Yet all the time in David's life, David would seek God's Mercy and God would bring forth Grace upon Grace.

Imagine the faith to plan war - - - and listen to the trees. David like most of the believing world well past the Renaissance, looked for God to speak in His Creation.  And in listening that closely, David could hear God's Love. Encouragement.

Isaiah 43:25

I, yes I, am He who blots out your transgressions

for My own sake

and remembers your sins no more.

God's Sake.
 God does not require a broken spirit. Saul surely wanted David to have a broken spirit. Saul killed priests to show David was a criminal for the Priests being Comfort to David. David's first wife, and Princess, was chief anti-cheerleader.

David had to have the ability to live past the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune. Every day. David learned specifically to put aside put downs and consider God's Opinion of David. We all do this better within the Love and Mercy God has for us. To consider His Source.

David had so many tell him after Saul died - David had failed. (Like the Exodus failed.) Israel saw 3 coronations after David died. God needed David to continue. John calls God, "God of Encouragement." 

David's Palace

Inconceivable!

Consider Jeremiah, in the pit of David's Davidic Line Palace, explaining what God will do.

Most of us would be telling God what to do with our fellow creatures from the jail pit.

How could Jeremiah buy land and house in Judah to remain - from prison. And he did. God's own Word assures us He gave Jeremiah a Promise. Jeremiah kept hoping his neighbors and nation would be blessed.

God's Word 'has to' be seen with faith to believe Jeremiah escaped. Or we could gaze at Jeremiah's servant's Bulla even agreeing with the Bible telling us Baruch bar Neriah. Jeremiah 36:1 32. The Bulla agrees and is found in the pit prison of the Davidic Palace. Or we could check the DNA of the despised Samaritans and find they are actually the remnant of Nebuchadnezzar II's raids and conquest. We know for a fact a remnant remained after the 3 raids.

Jeremiah Lived. Thrived. Sent letters to the exile slaves in Babylon. Encouraged his fellow countrymen. Jeremiah Believed, Believed, Believed in the Light of Christ in mankind.


Jeremiah 31:34
No longer will each man teach his neighbor or his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' because they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquities and will remember their sins no more."

The days of yesterday, today and tomorrow carry the Idea:

Hebrews 8

6 But as it is, Christ has obtained a ministry that is as much more excellent than the old as the covenant he mediates is better, since it is enacted on better promises.

7 For if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second.

8 For he finds fault with them when he says: “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 9 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt. For they did not continue in my covenant, and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.

10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds, and write them on their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 11 And they shall not teach, each one his neighbor and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful toward their iniquities, and I will remember their sins no more.”



Those are a lot of Words and we can become so familiar, it's the same as if our mother or father tell us we look nice on our way to school. Inconceivable! This is overwhelming Love.

God saying the Old System of Laws created a system able to show 'No Concern." God says so Himself. And Now God would have us live in His Kingdom forever. And if we live like David, we will know, hear, feel, bask in reassurance. God remembers our sins no more.

God cut death down. Jesus gave God a New Kingdom. The ability to have Heaven purified. And God said His own Law would change. Jesus paid for the change.






David knew God and God returned the favor!!! Not Really.


John grew and grew and grew living in this world even to the 2nd Century. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.

John explained Jesus as God. Our God.

1 John 4:19

We love

because he first loved us.

Abba, Father God,

When Julie Andrews sang, "I must have done something Good," with Christopher Plummer - our Father God does agree. When Max Lucado said, "God, if He needs a refrigerator, has your picture on there." You, God would agree. you would be on His Refrigerator.

God said His Creation is Good. The Bang up is saying yesterday, today and tomorrow we are blessed to remember God's creation is Good. We are Blessed to seek and find and ask for more Heaven on earth. God's Word calls Life Good.

We are Blessed to call on the Name of Jesus to cover us. We are blessed to fight our battles with prayer. Our conversation with You that is ongoing. Like Jeremiah in prison buying his next house. Making good plans. W!e are blessed to go forth like Paul, knowing it's not all ok, but we will rush forward with Joy, Peace and Love. God Approves and Runs to us with His Love.
His Word says if we seek to please God - we do.

More Heaven on earth! More seeking and seeing the Willingness of You - our Good Father. More lifting our cares to Heaven and Your Capable Hands.

More being like David listening to Your Love. More of our Good Father God's Encouragement. More covered by Jesus by those we Love. More of Jesus' Love for our Nations and the Nations seeking You. More Heaven on earth.

More Thanks for our blessings. More love for cancer to leave Elliott and, Thank You, Elliott does not have Pneumonia. We pray no more broken spine for this cancer. Remembering Jesus with all love the times Elliott spoke up with such mercy and spine for Your Good. More healing for Elliott who has said I won't have Jesus taken from me. Truly nothing can remove us from Jesus. More Jesus. More Healing. Speak the Word Lord God.

More healing for Dee with a broken lumbar. More Strength for one Strong in the Lord. More of our Prayers Graced as we look and see with expectation more Grace on Grace.

Amen in Jesus. Covered in Jesus. Amen.

A Song of Ascents.

Come, bless the Lord, all you servants of the Lord,

who stand by night in the house of the Lord!

2 Lift up your hands to the holy place

3 May the Lord bless you from Zion,

he who made heaven and earth!

Abba,

We sometimes feel so pressed.

And then the Gates of Heaven feels open. We readily feel Blessed by You.

Disasters are diverted. Florida and the Eastern Coast see rain. We will pray for the Bahamas. Disaster for large numbers is averted.

Blessings for the Marvelous times we feel we have with boldness and confidence know our Blessings.

Being Blessed of God is to know to share the Blessings and do what God has put in our lives and hand.

Being ready to remember our continual conversations with You. And seek Your willing Blessings upon Elliott and his family. Dee and her back to heal. Knowing You hear with Great Love and Willingness our cares and concerns.

You are God of Love and God of Encouragement! We lift our cares up and to Your Capable Heart and Hand.

Knowing You Surround us with Your Goodness. We will put on the Name of Jesus and You will bless us.

John 15:1-12 ~ as I have Loved you

John 15:1-12

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser.

2 Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit. 3 Already you are clean because of the word that I have spoken to you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you.

As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned. 7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. 9 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.

10 If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.

11 These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

12 “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.

Today we had an electrical blackout. And these verses seem to me a call from Father God - Remember, Today, Your Blessings!!! We had scheduled time to spend in the yard. And we had friends over, Edward surprised me with. It was such a restful Labor Day. Blackouts are not difficult at all, even hardly noticeable, when we are outside.


Real Blessings received with Thanksgiving take the heart to full bloom.

We can circle our blessings with detachment. And allow what we have to be cliche. Ordinary.

Celebrating the ordinary, finding the gleaming Life God gives us are key to finding Happiness every day of our lives.

See what God has provided today. In the goodness of the ordinary - God is there.

Remember with me when John Paul II was a brand new Pope. A man with a good and godly plan and excessive warmth. He was chanted in the crowds, "Pappa! Pappa!"

Maybe the best interview John Paul ever gave - was in Time Magazine - explaining the story the Vatican staff had leaked. The Pope went to his private gardens and the Gardener was supposed to move out quickly. Unfortunately, the Gardener was digging to clear out a flower bed and had not seen the brand new John Paul II arrive. Embarrassed, the Gardener bowed and was prepared to run off. John Paul II was interested in the gardens and asked several questions.

Still embarrassed, the Gardener said, "Pappa, my hands are dirty, I'm sure you do not want me to explain the gardens!"

John Paul reached over and took the gardeners open hands and wiped them clean on his white, gleaming cassock.

John Paul said simply, "Jesus makes us all have clean hands."

Abba, Father God,

We Bless You for Jesus Christ. The Light of mankind. We Bless You for Ordinary Time.

Jesus Christ holds all things together. Giving us glimpses of Heaven on earth in His Good Will.

We earnestly place 42-year-old Elliott with cancer and Pneumonia to be healed in Your Mercy. Please save Elliott from bone cancer. Please, Lord Jesus. Allow him to grow very old with Harby and see his grandchildren. Lord Jesus.

Bless Dee with her continued courage as her Back heals from a fracture from a fall.

We pray  the spell check feature finds it's way, ceasing to be unhappy.

Thank You Father God for giving us, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Matthew 11:28-30 ~ Rest for our souls

We all surely know  Father God and His Son are still working. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

And yet... so importantly... Father God's Son said this:

Matthew 11:28-30

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, 
and I will give you rest. 

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and 
you will find rest for your souls. 

For my yoke is easy, 
and my burden is light.”

Circle of the Deep and Shining Water - God has these!!!



Father God routinely rests. On the 7th day. Surely Labor Day is rest.

Nehemiah 8:10 

The joy of the Lord is your strength.

Rest would involve faith - God is in charge. I believe we will take a day and surely Let our God of All, Shepherd of our Souls be our rest!

Psalm 8:6

You made him ruler of the works of Your hands; You have placed everything under his feet.

Daniel 7:14

And He was given dominion, glory, and kingship, so that every people, nation, and language should serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion that will not pass away, and His kingdom is one that will never be destroyed.

Matthew 28:18

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.

Ephesians 1:22

And God put everything under His feet and made Him head over everything for the church,

Hebrews 2:8

He placed everything under his feet." When God subjected all things to him, He left nothing outside of his control.

Genesis 2:3

Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it God

rested from all his work that he had done in creation

All the Circles of the Deep are Your's, Abba.

Abba,

You have placed all things under the feet of Jesus Christ.

Nothing is too difficult for you. Our cares, our prayers, Your Plans.
Elliott and Dee and Janice. These prayers are in Your care and Love.

Let Your will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
