The Southern Stairs for the Temple in Jerusalem
Psalm 119 was typically sung while the choir ascended the Southern Stairs of the Temple. This was for High Holy Days.
Psalm 119 is divided into 22 sections of 8 verses each. Each section has a title, such as "Aleph," "Beth," "Gimel," "Daleth," and so on. These titles are actually not words; they are the letters that make up the Hebrew alphabet which has 22 letters, so Psalm 119 has 22 sections.
A Puritan Preacher, Rev. Thomas Manton wrote 130 Sermons on Psalm 119. The information in this one Psalm with 176 verses is vast.

This section has trouble finding the Psalmist & he cries out he has not done anything to deserve this trouble. A lot of life is looking for a solution to a tangled problem. This Psalm has the solution to all troubles. Patiently wait upon the Lord.
Paul looked at trouble, with contentment, to see what Father God would make of tragedy, inconvenience, dire straits and weakness; he had curiosity to seek how God would use the situation to His Glory.
Psalm 107 is a great comfort when the wild winds of life howl. There is an analogy of men tossed on a ship in a ferocious storm having great fear. With Jesus Christ's name and faith in God, the ship is brought to a desired haven of peace.

Finally, President Trump directs the Director of Federal Housing Finance Agency to consult with the Secretary of Treasury to review existing authorities and resources that may be used to limit evictions.

The Disaster Relief Memorandum makes two significant changes in eligibility compared to the $600 supplemental benefit under CARES. Amounts deferred will be without penalties, interest, additional amounts, or additions to tax. The Tax Memorandum directs the Secretary of Treasury to issue guidance to implement the Memorandum and to also find ways to eliminate the deferred tax entirely.
The Education Memorandum directs the Secretary of Education to effectuate waivers of and modifications to the requirements and conditions of economic hardship deferments and provide such deferments as necessary to continue the temporary cessation of payments and the waiver of all interest on student loans held by the Department of Education until December 31, 2020. The Education Memorandum further provides that student loan borrowers may continue to make payments if they wish to do so.
