Psalm 24

The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof

John 3:16 

For God so loved the world, 

that He gave His only Son, 

that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.

John 1:14, 16

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 

 16 For from His fullness we have all received, 

grace upon grace.

Isaiah 40:26 

Lift up your eyes on high and see: who created these? 

He who brings out their host by number, calling them all by name;

 by the greatness of his might 

and because he is strong in power, 

not one is missing. 

 Joel 3:14 

 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!

 For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.

1 Corinthians 15:27 

For “God has put everything under His feet.” Now when it says that everything has been put under Him, this clearly does not include the One 

Who put everything under Him. 

28And when all things have been subjected to Him, then the Son Himself will be made subject to Him who put all things under Him, 

so that God may be all in all.

Isaiah 40

28 Have you not known? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God,

the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He does not faint or grow weary;

his understanding is unsearchable.

29 He gives power to the faint,

and to him who has no might he increases strength.

30 Even youths shall faint and be weary,

and young men shall fall exhausted;

31 but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength;

they shall mount up with wings like eagles;

they shall run and not be weary;

they shall walk and not faint.

Galatians 6:9 

And let us not grow weary of doing good, 

for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.

Ephesians 2:10 

 For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. 

 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

1 Peter 4:10-11 

As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace: 11 whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. 

To Him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

1 John 3:1-2 

See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; 

and so we are.  The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know Him.

 Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; 

but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, 

because we shall see Him as He is.

Psalm 104

He set the earth on its foundations, so that 

it should never be moved.

 6 You covered it with the deep as with a garment; 

 the waters stood above the mountains.

God is so astonishingly available.

Jacob was given all the spotted, any spot, Lambs.

The same can be said of Jesus!

Abba, Father God,

By You all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible,

Jesus brings many sons to glory. 

For Jesus is come to our Father's glory with His angels, 

and He will reward each person according to what he has done.

Today:

We are remembering Good Prayer Blessed to God. Like Hebrews 11. For 20 years, we have seen Wayne donate 40 hours a week to Church Office, difficult and demanding work for Volunteer Time. Wayne's Gracious Gift. We have seen Dee run Altar Guild. Bible Study and Daughter's of the Cross.  We have seen Dee study St. Stephen's Ministry, work Pro-Life and take Amazing Father Francis and Judith MacNutt Prayer  Ministry Class. 

And in this Ministry Class we prayed and found our group alone prayed for a 2nd time mouth cancer patient, who graciously accepted prayer for the first time and arrived at surgery to find no oral cancer. Healed. Completely. 

We prayed for an 89-year-old Priest to stay forever in bed dying of heart failure, who got up and began to go 2 miles a day in exercise and make trips to Texas and the grocery store. We prayed Hurricane Ike wouldn't crush our houses with trees and found this last summer, our answered prayers held as I lost a Magnolia without damage and Dee lost her two huge Oaks without damage. Hurricane Ike saw a tornado in our backyard, trees flung East, South and West and didn't damage our home. Our friend lost the stairs to her home's garage apartment and no damage to their home. 

We prayed over knitted blankets and heard the comfort and healing the hospital patients found in the Lord Jesus and in our group's prayers.

Jesus heard us pray twice for financial restitution and found this 3 times. We prayed for Wayne to survive a botched pacemaker and he did. Jesus heard us pray for Wayne to survive his trauma for the hip operation and Wayne did well. Jesus heard us pray for Wayne's sudden bleeding eye and Jesus healed Wayne. Dee had a no big deal nose skin cancer and literally had half of her nose shaved off two summers ago like a skeleton. Dee's next two surgeries Jesus heard us all pray again 

and Jesus restored Dee's nose to a hundred percent of normal.

We lift up Dee and Wayne to heal again.

And Cheryl as well.

Jesus has been hearing us pray in Amazing and Wondrous Ways.

 We ask Jesus today for those suffering,

who need His Help. His Love and Mercy.

The UK has seen songbirds diminish and have asked people not only put out bird seed,

but human leftovers. And the birds have seen increased health. We pray many remember

the songbirds during this winter storm. Remember. 

Lord Jesus please heal, love, forgive, and healm all

 in Your Love and Mercy. Amen.

“Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among

 those with whom He is pleased!”

Father God, help us to do the Good Works You have prepared us to walk in. 

For the ones we Love and the People You have given us. 

For our Churches, places of work, our states and Nation. 

The People who are Your Beloved, to ALL

cover them with Your Name in strength and mercy. 

We live abundantly on the Word of God, You have provided.

We Pray for the Republic.

We the People all have Family and Loved Ones 

we have fought and lived and died

for our Freedoms.

One Nation Under God

with

Liberty and Justice for All.

We pray for Truth.

Knowing in the Truth is where Peace and Integrity 

with Love and Courtesy Dwell.

Jesus, please dwell in us.

Jesus, please dwell in those we Love.

Favor our Nation, dwell in us. Please.

We ask to know to seek You first in all aspects of Life.

Knowing we will see and be more of Heaven on earth.

The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, 

plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

Isaiah 40:31

Abba, Father God,

You have told us to always pray with Hope.

Jesus help us in this Nation to be in Your Word and see more Joy.

Matthew 4:18-22 ~ He walked along, Alleluia

 

After the 3rd year has begun for, “15 days to flatten the curve,” maybe

new sounds daunting?

Matthew 4:18-22 

As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew, casting a net into the sea; they were fishermen. 

He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.” 

At once, they left their nets and followed him. 

He walked along from there and saw two other brothers, James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John.

 They were in a boat, with their father Zebedee, mending their nets. He called them, and immediately they left their boat and their father and followed Him.

Years, decades before my brother became a Brahma Bull of an Attorney for El Paso, the Dallas Police, a Federal Judge and private practice, my brother hadn't even seen West Texas yet. And we went to this smaller Church in Emporium, Pennsylvania.  He wasn't even a yard stick tall and received an invitation to sit with me by the altar, in the Choir Stall. 

He was very pleased and his beaming, angelic white blond hair be-bopped down the aisle to plop down next to me. His smiling face and glowing blond hair. So, enormously pleased, to sit with his big sister and do something grown up. In fact, his absolute joy was remarked up in the Pulpit. 

All went extraordinarily well, the Sermon started up again. Of course, it was Christmas.  Gleaming faces, white cassocks, Red Poinsettias. Gorgeous. 

The Sermon was saying: the Joy of the Lord is felt in Christmastime, with the Power and Understanding of the millenniums of Good News. The innocence and willingness of Jesus, Son of God, Lamb of God. The multitude in the sky, revealing the Host of Heaven in all the possibilities of all of Heaven appearing. A window of Eternity open to the Shepherds. Abiding.

This is all possible with the Holy Ghost.  With the Holy Ghost, we are connected into an understanding greater than any possibility we would know in Christmastime. We are connected to the glory of God with the Holy Ghost.

About this time, my small, 3-year-old brother began to be less than charming. 

This blonde beacon ceased to be delightful.  And he began to ask me over and over, with increasing Volume,  “The Holy What?”  I answered him in his ear, Future Brahma Bull,  John considered this offensive with the intensity of the question.  “THE HOLY WHAT?” Don't whisper in my ear! THE HOLY WHAT? Where, where is this? A WHAT?” “WHERE?”

Father Bill, stopped in the Pulpit to see what was screaming behind him. “What is that, John? What are you asking? JOHN?”

“WHAT HOLY GHOST, WHERE?” John began, literally, standing in the pew. And pointing at the Ceiling, as if the future hunter would spot the offensive Ghost in the Ceiling Beams of the Church.

The entire Congregation began to inspect the Beams of the Church. And beautiful Lamps.

John roared at Father Bill, “THE HOLY GHOST?” 

Which brings us back to the New Year, of course.

My mother said as a child, her greatest fear in accepting Jesus, was if Jesus asked her to live in a foreign country and tell about Jesus. We did.

Angels, His ministering spirits like wind and flames of fire. Oh, Brother!! Did that help the Sermon. Yes! And we were off discovering the Power of the Spirit.  Evidently, Father Bill was not afraid of Screaming 3 or 4-Year-Olds. By the Altar, Standing in the Choir Pews.

One of my college roommates, used to wake up afraid she had missed the Rapture, by not being an evangelical Christian. Usefully.

What will we do if we don't have scrambling world-wide messes to observe? Or we look like Gerry Ford falling over? 

When we look at the Road to Emmaus, we find the Disciples lighting up the darkness of thinking Jesus was a tiny little dot of history. No! No Way! “All of Israel Knows!” Speak this, say this, like you mean this!!! Like Jesus is Standing There!!!  And He Is!!!!! Emmanuel, God with us. Today!

A Think of Angelic visiting, the phrase we hear is this, “Fear Not!”

... Ok, Why?

Explain this Angel later!

Indeed, this would cause Army Generals to palpitate.  Credibility Issues Eternally!

I've read Guidepost articles about people reporting the immense size of an Angel visitation, leaves them breathless wondering if that was an Archangel. Ain't no human body, no how, going to want to pinch this sized Angel of the Lord.

What did just happen? I'm not a PhD.  (Remember, Peter recorded this in the Book of Acts. Uncertainty.)

But hey, that could just be ... me and my ideas.... 

What if I have to live this again? And the Angel comes back? Balaam!!!!!

When we tell of our life experiences and convictions, from the heart,

it takes a very callous soul to scorn an earnest heart.

Most hearts completely survive this scorn.

Hear

what the Lord says:

Arise!

Plead your case before the mountains!

And

Let the hills 

hear your voice!

With what shall I come before the Lord?

Before God on High?

He has told you, O mankind, what is good

What does the Lord require of you

but to do Justice

and Love Kindness

and walk humbly with your GOD? 

The Voice of the Lord

cries to the city -----

And it is Sound Wisdom

 

Let the Love God is Strengthen us to Joy.

Our Path to be in His Plan.

In the Wonderful and the 

Highest Name of Jesus Christ.

Amen in His Joy. Amen.

We will proclaim God's Love

in Joy

when He opens 

Hearts

and Doors.

And when we can peak in the window of souls!!!!

Abba, Father,

Dwell in us. Let the Holy Spirit Make a Joyful Noise!

Let this be the Joy of

Earnest

and Honest Love.

The Joy of the Lord is our Strength!

Beyond the noise,

beyond the selfies,

Jesus Christ, the Joy of the Lord!

We will visualize this winter:

The deft strokes of the Holy Spirit

His Word is working and real.

The Road to Emmaus was warm

filled with verdant green

the hope of new life

in Passover

and in Easter Spring.

The Disciples were crestfallen

downhearted

afraid

heart broken.

And in their midst

was Jesus, Emmanuel, God with us!

Yesterday

Today

and

Tomorrow. 

The God of Encouragement

and God of Love.

God of Righteousness.

God of Right Doing.

God of Right Speaking.

God of Courage.

God of Help.

God of Comfort

Comforter.

Jesus Christ, Savior of the world.

My Savior.

Dwell in us.

We suffer less.

We bravely go forth in Jesus.

We bring Joy and Hope, in Jesus.

Our Prayers are heard like John's Gospel First Chapter.

We will finish well in Jesus as we

Seek You First.

Bless all those who are wondering

about all this intense weather.

Help those who suffer.

We Pray.

Thank You, Abba.

Thank You, Jesus Christ.

Daniel is Rescued!

 And God gave Daniel favor and compassion in the sight of the chief

Deuteronomy 30:6 

 The Lord your God will change your heart and the hearts of all your descendants, 

so that you will love Him with all your heart and soul and so you may live!

Psalm 33:15 

 He made their hearts, so he understands everything they do. 

The Maker of hearts also knows how to remake hearts.

Abba, Father,

How do we pray with such joy and expectation?

Jesus told us to Pray and always have Hope.

Father, dwell in us, please help us to found Joyful to You.

Help us to seek You first.

Bless those I love and the People You've given me

to have You dwell in us all and Help us all Seek You First.

Strong in Jesus Christ.

Father, it is in the heart, mind and soul of all of our prayers

 Your Kingdom is seen more and more on this earth.

We pray Thank You and Gratitude for the birds who were ill in 11 of the United States

to end the illness of Covid and join in this like the bird recovery.

Jesus has said to me and to you, "Pray for more of God's Good Kingdom

to be done on earth as in Heaven."

What astonishing Good Fortune!

How Blessed we are to Serve the God of Love.

Love God, Love His Creation, Ask for This Marvelous Help!

Pray with Hope, Expect You to be Pleased and Thrilled

and filled with Love at this Prayer.

And in the Power and Glory of the Highest Name of Jesus,

we will begin to look and see more of God's Heaven on this earth.

Have All Hope.

Lift again tired dog path knees and straighten again

Hebrews 12:11-15
