Psalm 103 ~ Bless the Lord, O you His angels, you mighty ones who do His word, obeying the Voice of His Word!

 

Psalm 103

  

Bless the Lord, O my soul,

    and all that is within me,

    bless His Holy Name!

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,

    and forget not all His benefits,

3 who forgives all your iniquity,

    who heals all your diseases,

4 who redeems your life from the pit,

    who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,

5 who satisfies you with good

    so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 The Lord works righteousness

    and justice for all who are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways to Moses,

    his acts to the people of Israel.

8 The Lord is merciful and gracious,

    slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

9 He will not always chide,

    nor will He keep His anger forever.

10 He does not deal with us according to our sins,

    nor repay us according to our iniquities.

11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,

    so great is His steadfast love toward those who fear Him;

12 as far as the east is from the west,

    so far does He remove our transgressions from us.

13 As a father shows compassion to His children,

    so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear Him.

14 For He knows our frame;

    He remembers that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are like grass;

    He flourishes like a flower of the field;

16 for the wind passes over it, and it is gone,

    and its place knows it no more.

But the steadfast Love of the Lord 

is 

from everlasting to everlasting 

on those who fear him,

    and His righteousness to children's children,

18 to those who keep His covenant

    and remember to do His commandments.

The Lord has established His throne in the heavens,

    and 

His Kingdom rules over all.

20 Bless the Lord, O you His angels,

    you mighty ones 

who do His word,

    obeying the Voice of 

His Word!

21 Bless the Lord, all His hosts,

    His ministers, who do His will!

22 Bless the Lord, all His works,

    in all places of His dominion.

Bless the Lord, O my soul!

We so want our Prayer to be up in Heaven and near Jesus. 

Father God assures us in John 14 and 15, He hears us. John's Gospel begins with God hearing Nathaniel under a tree - praying.

Psalm 118:27

The LORD is God, 

and 

He has made His Light 

to shine upon us.

Yesterday, our Post thought about the difficulties of Mary and Abraham to strive and then given God's Promises.

Jesus gave to His Disciples and those who went out into the wilderness and cities to Hear His Word.  

John 10:34-36

34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, 

‘I said, you are gods’? 

35 If He called them gods 

to whom the word of God came

—and Scripture cannot be broken— 

36 do you say of Him whom the Father consecrated

and sent out into the world 

Hebrews 4:12 

For the Word of God 

is living 

and active, 

sharper than any two-edged sword,

 piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, 

of joints and of marrow, 

and 

discerning the thoughts 

and 

intentions of the heart.

Matthew 22:29b, 32

29 Jesus answered, “... know the Scriptures or the power of God.”

‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, 

and the God of Jacob’

 He is not God of the dead, 

but 

of the living.”

Genesis 6:19

And of every living thing of all flesh, 

you shall bring two of every sort into the ark to keep them alive with you. They shall be male and female.

Genesis 43:27, 28

And he inquired about their welfare and said, “Is your father well, the old man of whom you spoke? Is he still alive?”

They said, “Your servant our father is well; he is still alive.”

 And they bowed their heads and prostrated themselves.

Genesis 50:20

As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good, 

to bring it about that many people should be kept alive,

 as they are today.

Job 36:5-7

5 “Behold, God is mighty, and does not despise any;

    he is mighty in strength of understanding.

6 He does not keep the wicked alive,

    but gives the afflicted their right.

7 He does not withdraw his eyes from the righteous,

    but with kings on the throne

    he sets them forever, and they are exalted.

2 Samuel 12:20-23

"Is the child dead?" he asked. "Yes," they replied, "he is dead."

Then David got up from the ground. After he had washed, put on lotions and changed his clothes, he went into the house of the LORD and worshiped. Then he went to his own house, and at his request they served him food, and he ate.

His servants asked him, "Why are you acting this way? 

While the child was alive, you fasted and wept, 

but now that the child is dead, you get up and eat!"

He answered, "While the child was still alive, 

I fasted and wept. 

I thought, `Who knows? The LORD may be gracious to me 

and let the child live.'

But now that he is dead, why should I fast? 

Can I bring him back again? 

I will go to him, but he will not return to me."

Mark 16

6 And he said to them, “Do not be alarmed.

 You seek Jesus of Nazareth, 

who was crucified. 

He has risen; he is not here!"

Mark 16:11b

They heard that he was alive

Luke 15:23-25

23 And bring the fattened calf and kill it, 

and let us eat and celebrate. 

24 For this my son was dead, 

and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.’

 And they began to celebrate.

Luke 15:32

It was fitting to celebrate and be glad, 

for this your brother was dead, 

and is 

alive; 

he was lost, and is found.’”

Luke 24:23-24

Moreover, some women of our company amazed us. 

They were at the tomb early in the morning, 

23 and when they did not find his body, 

they came back saying that they had even seen a vision of angels,

who said that he was alive.

Acts 1:3

He presented Himself alive to them 

after His suffering by many proofs, 

appearing to them during forty days 

and speaking about 

the Kingdom of God.

Acts 9:40,41

 

Peter put them all outside, and knelt down and prayed; 

and turning to the body he said, “Tabitha, arise.” 

And she opened her eyes, and when she saw Peter she sat up. 

And he gave her his hand and raised her up. 

Then, calling the saints and widows, 

he presented her alive

Romans 6:11

So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin 

and alive to God in Christ Jesus.

1 Corinthians 15:6

Then Jesus appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, 

most of whom are still alive, 

though some have fallen asleep.

Ephesians 2:5

even when we were dead in our trespasses,

made us alive together 

with Christ—by grace you have been saved—

Revelation 1:18

And the Living One. I died, 

and behold 

I am alive forevermore, 

and I have the keys of Death and Hades.

Abba, Father,

Dwell in us, please, Father.

Dwell in those we Love.

Help us to seek You first.

In Jesus Christ, we will finish well.

To see

to bring

to be

more daily

Thy Kingdom come

Thy will be done

on earth

as in Heaven.

May the Lord God

give us Justice,

Righteousness,

Goodness,

Joy and Love

to sweep the Nation

and those who

want All of God's Blessings

to surround His People.

May we see Victory of Jesus

Soon

for those who bring

Goodness and Hope and Prosperity

pleasing the Lord.

In Jesus Christ is 

Our Love, Joy and Hope.
