Psalm 91:4 ~ His faithfulness

His Pinions Work in Mysterious Ways.

Psalm 91:4

He will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

When we trust the Lord, we are braver.

Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

The Opportunities - taken - when Trusting the Lord.

2 KINGS 18:5
He trusted in the LORD God of Israel; so that after him was none like him among all the kings of Judah, nor any that were before him.

We can put a good Bible Study guess who this is.

Psalm 22:8
Commit yourself to the LORD; let Him deliver him; Let Him rescue him, because He delights in him.

Psalm 91:14
Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name.

Psalm 37:5
Commit your way to the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.

Psalm 55:22
Cast your burden on the LORD, and he shall sustain you

Proverbs 16:3
Commit your works to the LORD, and your thoughts shall be established.

This Trust parallels this:

Matthew 21:22
If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

Proverbs 16:7
When a man’s ways please the LORD, he makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

Who Trusted the Lord?

Exodus 14

3 And Moses said to the people, “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will work for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall never see again. 14 The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”

15 The Lord said to Moses, “Why do you cry to me? Tell the people of Israel to go forward. 16 Lift up your staff, and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, that the people of Israel may go through the sea on dry ground."

Hebrews 11

By faith Abraham obeyed when he was called to go out to a place that he was to receive as an inheritance. And he went out, not knowing where he was going. 9 By faith he went to live in the land of promise, as in a foreign land, living in tents with Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he was looking forward to the city that has foundations, whose designer and builder is God. 11 By faith Sarah herself received power to conceive, even when she was past the age, since she considered him faithful who had promised. 12 Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born descendants as many as the stars of heaven and as many as the innumerable grains of sand by the seashore.

Father God,

Today we ask of You a Blessing and Receive. We find our Joy.

We will place our Trust in You.

Jesus with the people we Love. Jesus with our cares and concerns. Jesus with the people You have given us. To You, Our Father, Who can do more than we ask or imagine.

We are asking for Jackson to have healing in old dog age. Health and peace. And for my arm to heal very well. Arm healing. And good business dealings.

Jesus is God and that is a Blessing covering all His Creation asking for more Heaven on earth. Amen and Alleluia really fast before Lent. Amen.

Psalm 107 ~ His wondrous works to the children of man

When we think about the Son of God had this for His Crib:

We realize God fully knew what Jesus was getting into in life.

Psalm 107

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever!
2 Let the redeemed of the Lord say so,
whom he has redeemed from trouble
3 and gathered in from the lands,
from the east and from the west,
from the north and from the south.

4 Some wandered in desert wastes,
finding no way to a city to dwell in;
5 hungry and thirsty,
their soul fainted within them.

6 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.

7 He led them by a straight way
till they reached a city to dwell in.
8 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
9 For he satisfies the longing soul,
and the hungry soul he fills with good things.

10 Some sat in darkness and in the shadow of death,
prisoners in affliction and in irons,
11 for they had rebelled against the words of God,
and spurned the counsel of the Most High.
12 So he bowed their hearts down with hard labor;
they fell down, with none to help.
13 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
14 He brought them out of darkness and the shadow of death,
and burst their bonds apart.
15 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
16 For he shatters the doors of bronze
and cuts in two the bars of iron.

17 Some were fools through their sinful ways,
and because of their iniquities suffered affliction;
18 they loathed any kind of food,
and they drew near to the gates of death.
19 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
20 He sent out his word and healed them,
and delivered them from their destruction.

21 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
22 And let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving,
and tell of his deeds in songs of joy!

23 Some went down to the sea in ships,
doing business on the great waters;
24 they saw the deeds of the Lord,
his wondrous works in the deep.
25 For he commanded and raised the stormy wind,
which lifted up the waves of the sea.
26 They mounted up to heaven; they went down to the depths;
their courage melted away in their evil plight;
27 they reeled and staggered like drunken men
and were at their wits' end.

28 Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble,
and he delivered them from their distress.
29 He made the storm be still,
and the waves of the sea were hushed.
30 Then they were glad that the waters were quiet,
and he brought them to their desired haven.

31 Let them thank the Lord for his steadfast love,
for his wondrous works to the children of man!
32 Let them extol him in the congregation of the people,
and praise him in the assembly of the elders.

33 He turns rivers into a desert,
springs of water into thirsty ground,
34 a fruitful land into a salty waste,
because of the evil of its inhabitants.
35 He turns a desert into pools of water,
a parched land into springs of water.
36 And there he lets the hungry dwell,
and they establish a city to live in;
37 they sow fields and plant vineyards
and get a fruitful yield.

38 By his blessing, they multiply greatly,
and he does not let their livestock diminish.

39 When they are diminished and brought low
through oppression, evil, and sorrow,
40 he pours contempt on princes
and makes them wander in trackless wastes;
41 but he raises up the needy out of affliction
and makes their families like flocks.

42 The upright see it and are glad,
and all wickedness shuts its mouth.

43 Whoever is wise, let him attend to these things;
let them consider the steadfast love of the Lord.

Really. There is no wonder Jesus rode on a ship in waves. Life makes waves. Father God knew this. Jesus faced life with Faith. And in the daily Faith - knowing hard and difficult times would happen - Jesus calls Life "Joy" in John 14,15, 16 and proceeds to pray for us in John 17.

What possible reason to have all this happen. For Father God, the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ the creation portion of Proverbs 8 says in Genesis 1 - God found delight in looking into the heart of mankind. Jesus not only gave salvation to mankind. Jesus was giving Father God a new Kingdom. The old Kingdom was called Sheol. Everyone lumped together making the Glory of God not the Glory Jesus would give His Father in the New Heaven. The New Kingdom is all of God's Glory and Jesus provided the Mercy.

In this Gift of Life and Mercy - Father God calls His Son, Jesus the Christ of God - Lamb of God.

Matthew 11:29
Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

I know a non-believer, who was not sleeping for about half a year. His job performance was reviewed and he was told he was in trouble. He was on a trip to the U.K. and could not sleep. He begged the Lord to let him have healed sleep. He had not prayed in decades. That night he slept peacefully and could concentrate. He became a believer and led his family to Jesus Christ and has known an incredible number of answered prayers with Joy. I'd say he is very fond of Jesus Christ. Very much in Love with His Savior.

Jesus is rest for our souls - to become Joy.

Matthew 22:31-32

And as for the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what was said to you by God:
32 'I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob'? He is not God of the dead, but of the living."

God gave us the widow of Nain to show Jesus was very capable of Resurrection. We have millenniums of miracles, people who witness to life after death and our souls to tell us this is very true.

My Aunt Clarice died and I didn't know. I dreamed she saw Heaven and was screaming and yelling to me all of God's Promises are true. Aunt Clarice yelled and yelled. "This is ALL TRUE. EVERYTHING THE BIBLE PROMISED IS TRUE!!!" The next morning, very early, I found she had died during the night about the time I dreamed of her finding the New Heaven of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 28:22b
Behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.

Having sat with quite a few relatives passing on, the Peace is incredible. My Great Uncle in his mid-nineties was cheerful the day he was to pass on. He was asked why. He said Jesus had overcome and today he was going to get to see his mother he had not seen in 60 years.

A lady who helped me when Isabelle died sat with her dying father and told the Hospice people she never thought this would be peaceful. The Hospice said those who pass on in Jesus, pass on with all peace.

God is a very present help in every age we experience.

John 5:17
But Jesus answered them, "My Father is working until now, and I am working."

A young man we know was in a terrible car accident in his freshman year of college. Most of his damage was brain damage. He was taken from the hospital after weeks and weeks and put in tier level recovery. This can mean almost anything. His parents were told to hope he would walk again. Ever. Or unaided. The tier recovery had a meeting because his motor skills were so bad, eating and swallowing was a problem. There was some very determined prayer asked for. In a few weeks, he went home. To finish college. To become employed. To live full recovery. Jesus is working. Father God is working.

John 6:35

Jesus said to them, "I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst."

Our cat, TC, Timothy Cat was wonderful and amazingly loving. He'd run a block to greet us. And he, in his trusting nature, was hit by a car. He couldn't feel his back legs and then he couldn't feel his bladder and his tail was now a dead part of his spine. We truly grieved. The Vet could tell we thought TC was remarkable. He put in a urine stint and the cat was now burned with constant urine dripping. My uncle did agree to house him on the porch. To complain in a couple of weeks about the cat crying and the urine smell. Then to say the cat wanted to escape. We went to get TC and found him to be filled with vim and vigor and lots of urine.

The Vet told us this was no way for him to live. And upon seeing him decided to remove the stint and say live cat or die. If he couldn't feel his bladder filling, he would die. The cat came home - got in a foreign cat fight and found his bladder worked perfectly. Our cat was healed from badly being hit by a car.

Jesus was asked and asked for TC Cat. Jesus is Life.

God's Promises are always filled. His Word is Truth.

John 6:51
I am
 the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh."

In the last 5 years, a family we know was about to have the 20 week sonogram for their unborn daughter. To find she would not live - no kidney, no liver. Only space in these cavities in the Sonogram. Two weeks later, a specialist and another sonogram, something was there - a shadow - a fog. In two more weeks kidneys and liver. The baby was born perfectly fine.

Jesus is the Living Bread that came down from Heaven.

John 8:12
Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life."

A Psychiatrist we have known for many years, a family friend was going blind in her 50s. She had generational blood vessel failure and then cataracts. Her doctors where horrified in her insistance in a Jesus miracle. And in the middle of double eye failure, her eye doctors had to ask her why there was any reason to have an 85% unexplained improvement.

Jesus is the Light of the world.

All that Jesus Christ said  about Himself is true. Jesus and His Father are still at work.

John 10:9
I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture.

We find this is true as eyewitnesses return from dying, reporting the walls are gone, the door is open to Jesus Christ.

John 8:18
I am
 the one who bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me.

John 10:11
I am
 the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep.

Jesus Christ has done this for us.

John 10:14
I am
 the good shepherd. I know my own and my own know me
.

John 10:38
but if I do them [works], even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.

John 11:25
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live."

John 12:32

And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself.

John 14:6
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

John 15:1

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser."

John 17:9

I am
 praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours.

John 10:30
The Father and I are one.

John 4:26

Jesus said to her, “
I who speak to you am he [Messiah, he who is called Christ].”

Mark 14:62

And Jesus said, "I am [
the Christ, the Son of the Most Blessed] , and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven."

Abba, Father God,

We turn all our lives to You. Bless and Deliver us.

Bless the People we Love with all of God's Love. To live in hope for all of life.

In our heart, we ask for more Heaven on earth. For us all. In Jesus, Amen.

Psalm 108 ~ with God we shall do valiantly

Psalm 108

A Song. A Psalm of David.

My heart is steadfast, O God!
I will sing and make melody with all my being![a]
2 Awake, O harp and lyre!
I will awake the dawn!
3 I will give thanks to you, O Lord, among the peoples;
I will sing praises to you among the nations.
4 For your steadfast love is great above the heavens;
your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.

5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens!
Let your glory be over all the earth!
6 That your beloved ones may be delivered,
give salvation by your right hand and answer me!

7 God has promised in his holiness

“With exultation I will divide up Shechem
and portion out the Valley of Succoth.
8 Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine;
Ephraim is my helmet,
Judah my scepter.
9 Moab is my washbasin;
upon Edom I cast my shoe;
over Philistia I shout in triumph.”

10 Who will bring me to the fortified city?
Who will lead me to Edom?
11 Have you not rejected us, O God?
You do not go out, O God, with our armies.
12 Oh grant us help against the foe,
for vain is the salvation of man!

13 With God we shall do valiantly;
it is he who will tread down our foes.

Psalm 136

136 Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
2 Give thanks to the God of gods,
for his steadfast love endures forever.
3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords,
for his steadfast love endures forever;

4 to him who alone does great wonders,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
5 to him who by understanding made the heavens,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
6 to him who spread out the earth above the waters,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
7 to him who made the great lights,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
8 the sun to rule over the day,
for his steadfast love endures forever;
9 the moon and stars to rule over the night,
for his steadfast love endures forever

There will be a Day when God Calls. The walls will fall away and God's Heavenly Kingdom  holding our Father waits. He is the Prodigal Father and is in anticipation of you, His Beloved Child.

When the post is Chosen, I will pick before we read. I am looking for meaning to touch the events of the day, adapting my thoughts to God's Plan. I am in awe in the wonder of Father God. His Love overcomes and His mercy is unceasing. We will put our expectation of Love, Joy, Peace every day His Word will hold, carry and fill us.

1 John 4:7

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.

Constant, dedicated, devoted, devout, good, loyal, steady, true, dependable, dutiful, reliable, responsible, solid, tried, tried-and-true, trustworthy, trusty; unfaltering, unhesitating, unwavering; determined, intent, resolute; confirmed, inveterate, sworn, ardent, avid, enthusiastic, fervent, fervid, gung ho, impassioned, passionate, serious, abiding, unflinching, unswerving, allegiant, changeless, constant, dependable.

Enduring, firm, fixed, immovable, inexorable, never-failing, persevering, sure, unbending, unfaltering
unmovable, wholehearted

God is open to prayer.

God keeps the 12 Gates of Heaven open for us to speak with Him.

God told Isaiah the reason for Jesus is to make scarlet - become white.

God does not change - He welcomes us to join Him.

Jesus spoke of a Narrow Path. Surely He meant, a life of meaning.
And JOY!!!

Faith, Hope and Love.
Faith your words and actions reflect who you aspire to be and are.
Hope God will bring blessings.
Hope when times are challenging, what is good, noble, pure will be sought to upbuild again - work believing in blessings. Love. To be valued as we are. Love - to be forgiven. Love - to believe we can be more and look up. Love - to be held accountable. Love - to give deeply of yourself outside of your own interests. Love - what makes life worth living to see His mercies renew each day.

Isaiah 65:17-25

17 “For behold, I create new heavens
and a new earth,
and the former things shall not be remembered
or come into mind.
18 But be glad and rejoice forever
in that which I create;
for behold, I create Jerusalem to be a joy,
and her people to be a gladness.
19 I will rejoice in Jerusalem
and be glad in my people;
no more shall be heard in it the sound of weeping
and the cry of distress.
20 No more shall there be in it
an infant who lives but a few days,
or an old man who does not fill out his days,
for the young man shall die a hundred years old,
and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed.

21 They shall build houses and inhabit them;
they shall plant vineyards and eat their fruit.
22 They shall not build and another inhabit;
they shall not plant and another eat;
for like the days of a tree shall the days of my people be,
and my chosen shall long enjoy the work of their hands.
23 They shall not labor in vain
or bear children for calamity,
for they shall be the offspring of the blessed of the Lord,
and their descendants with them.
24 Before they call I will answer;
while they are yet speaking I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall graze together;
the lion shall eat straw like the ox,
and dust shall be the serpent's food.
They shall not hurt or destroy
in all my holy mountain,”
says the Lord.

Abba, Father,

Bring my life, heart and path to You.
You are guidance, support, Love, Joy and Peace for us and those we love.

For the places I work, worship and rejoice.

More of Your Holy Spirit and Jesus in our day to day life:

Bringing more of Your Heavenly Kingdom to earth.

Good health, long meaningful life, and a peaceful passing to go Home to Jesus.

We Pray for our Nation bring forth this Love for Jesus.

We want to see more of Heaven on earth.

Thank You profoundly, for our blessings.

Bless those, we pray, who are a blessing.

Bless those we love deeply with the indwelling

 of Your Holy Spirit in Jesus Christ.
Amen

Psalm 44:1-4 ~ You are my King, O God; ordain salvation

View from Golgotha. When we think of God on the cross. We understand His Depths.

Psalm 44:1-4

To the choirmaster. A Maskil of the Sons of Korah.

O God, we have heard with our ears,
our fathers have told us,
what deeds you performed in their days,
in the days of old

2 You with your own hand drove out the nations,
but them you planted;
you afflicted the peoples,
but them you set free

3 For not by their own sword did they win the land,
nor did their own arm save them,
but your right hand and your arm,
and the light of your face,
for you delighted in them.

4 You are my King, O God;
ordain salvation for Jacob!

God the Almighty has been accused of being partial and cruel in the Old Testament to other nations. Never mind the infants required for their life's blood on the fields for the gods' delight and prosperity.

What happened to the Egyptians seems to say only the unrighteous offend God.

Let's look at the First Family of Israel.

Genesis 37

26 Then Judah said to his brothers, “What profit is it if we kill our brother and conceal his blood? 27 Come, let us sell him to the Ishmaelites, and let not our hand be upon him, for he is our brother, our own flesh.” And his brothers listened to him. 28 Then Midianite traders passed by. And they drew Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. They took Joseph to Egypt.

29 When Reuben returned to the pit and saw that Joseph was not in the pit, he tore his clothes 30 and returned to his brothers and said, “The boy is gone, and I, where shall I go?” 31 Then they took Joseph's robe and slaughtered a goat and dipped the robe in the blood. 32 And they sent the robe of many colors and brought it to their father and said, “This we have found; please identify whether it is your son's robe or not.” 33 And he identified it and said, “It is my son's robe. A fierce animal has devoured him. Joseph is without doubt torn to pieces.” 34 Then Jacob tore his garments and put sackcloth on his loins and mourned for his son many days. 35 All his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him, but he refused to be comforted and said, “No, I shall go down to Sheol to my son, mourning.” Thus his father wept for him.

What happened to the Family of Israel for this? Famine. Starvation of the livestock and the people. Covering Israel to Egypt.

became

And the Blessings and the Woe are of God. The Scriptures tell us God disciplines His own Sons.

The Prophet Jeremiah said the people of Israel and Judea would say they never were slaves of Egypt and claim to be descended from the north. How angry was God to have this massive Work and Beloved Act of God to be cast down after years of Passover and Temple?

Jeremiah 44

44 The word that came to Jeremiah concerning all the Judeans
who lived in the land of Egypt, at Migdol, at Tahpanhes, at Memphis, and in the land of Pathros, 2 “Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: You have seen all the disaster that I brought upon Jerusalem and upon all the cities of Judah. Behold, this day they are a desolation, and no one dwells in them, 3 because of the evil that they committed, provoking me to anger, in that they went to make offerings and serve other gods that they knew not, neither they, nor you, nor your fathers. 4 Yet I persistently sent to you all my servants the prophets, saying, ‘Oh, do not do this abomination that I hate!’ 5 But they did not listen or incline their ear, to turn from their evil and make no offerings to other gods. 6 Therefore my wrath and my anger were poured out and kindled in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, and they became a waste and a desolation, as at this day.

 7 And now thus says the Lord God of hosts, the God of Israel: Why do you commit this great evil against yourselves, to cut off from you man and woman, infant and child, from the midst of Judah, leaving you no remnant?

8 Why do you provoke me to anger with the works of your hands, making offerings to other gods in the land of Egypt where you have come to live, so that you may be cut off and become a curse and a taunt among all the nations of the earth?

9 Have you forgotten the evil of your fathers, the evil of the kings of Judah, the evil of their wives, your own evil, and the evil of your wives, which they committed in the land of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?

10 They have not humbled themselves even to this day, nor have they feared, nor walked in my law and my statutes that I set before you and before your fathers.

11 “Therefore thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: Behold, I will set my face against you for harm, to cut off all Judah. 12 I will take the remnant of Judah who have set their faces to come to the land of Egypt to live, and they shall all be consumed. In the land of Egypt they shall fall; by the sword and by famine they shall be consumed. From the least to the greatest, they shall die by the sword and by famine, and they shall become an oath, a horror, a curse, and a taunt. 13 I will punish those who dwell in the land of Egypt, as I have punished Jerusalem, with the sword, with famine, and with pestilence, 14 so that none of the remnant of Judah who have come to live in the land of Egypt shall escape or survive or return to the land of Judah, to which they desire to return to dwell there. For they shall not return, except some fugitives.”

15 Then all the men who knew that their wives had made offerings to other gods, and all the women who stood by, a great assembly, all the people who lived in Pathros in the land of Egypt, answered Jeremiah: 16 “As for the word that you have spoken to us in the name of the Lord, we will not listen to you. 17 But we will do everything that we have vowed, make offerings to the queen of heaven and pour out drink offerings to her, as we did, both we and our fathers, our kings and our officials, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. For then we had plenty of food, and prospered, and saw no disaster. 18 But since we left off making offerings to the queen of heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have lacked everything and have been consumed by the sword and by famine.” 19 And the women said,  “When we made offerings to the queen of heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, was it without our husbands' approval that we made cakes for her bearing her image and poured out drink offerings to her?”

20 Then Jeremiah said to all the people, men and women, all the people who had given him this answer: 21 “As for the offerings that you offered in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem, you and your fathers, your kings and your officials, and the people of the land, did not the Lord remember them? Did it not come into his mind? 22 The Lord could no longer bear your evil deeds and the abominations that you committed. Therefore your land has become a desolation and a waste and a curse, without inhabitant, as it is this day. 23 It is because you made offerings and because you sinned against the Lord and did not obey the voice of the Lord or walk in his law and in his statutes and in his testimonies that this disaster has happened to you, as at this day.”

24 Jeremiah said to all the people and all the women, “Hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah who are in the land of Egypt. 25 Thus says the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel: You and your wives have declared with your mouths, and have fulfilled it with your hands, saying, ‘We will surely perform our vows that we have made, to make offerings to the queen of heaven and to pour out drink offerings to her.’ Then confirm your vows and perform your vows! 26 Therefore hear the word of the Lord, all you of Judah who dwell in the land of Egypt: Behold, I have sworn by my great name, says the Lord, that my name shall no more be invoked by the mouth of any man of Judah in all the land of Egypt, saying, ‘As the Lord God lives.’ 27 Behold, I am watching over them for disaster and not for good. All the men of Judah who are in the land of Egypt shall be consumed by the sword and by famine, until there is an end of them. 28 And those who escape the sword shall return from the land of Egypt to the land of Judah, few in number; and all the remnant of Judah, who came to the land of Egypt to live, shall know whose word will stand, mine or theirs. 29 This shall be the sign to you, declares the Lord, that I will punish you in this place, in order that you may know that my words will surely stand against you for harm: 30 Thus says the Lord, Behold, I will give Pharaoh Hophra king of Egypt into the hand of his enemies and into the hand of those who seek his life, as I gave Zedekiah king of Judah into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, who was his enemy and sought his life.”

Biblically we would now have the answer to the question: Why was God so opposed to Egypt? Jeremiah 44 tells us Egypt was not singled out.

After the Babylonian Exile, many stayed in the Chaldean Persian Empire. And Esther with courage and with the Power of God saved the exiles - who had always had the Freedom to Worship. And did not have Jeremiah 44 instead Psalm 44.

Disaster is much larger than mere trouble.

The Scriptures also tell us Jeremiah, although swept to the direction of Egypt by force, would be spared because God had given His Word.

Very Biblically important  - Jesus was a child in Egypt.

God brings the Light of Jesus Christ to the Nations.

Link this in:

Acts 10
34 So Peter opened his mouth and said: “Truly I understand that God shows no partiality, 35 but in every nation, anyone who fears him and does what is right is acceptable to him."

Let's be real, let's be honest. Let's be frank. We love the Lord our Father God because He has first loved us. We understand the depths of His Mercy. By His Grace and Mercy, we are free.

How can Jesus say if we always pray with Hope, God will hear us if Father God shows no partiality?

Partiality means we bend the laws of God. Ignore what God says in Law. Or His Commandments are suggestions. We ignore the Spirit is freedom and we impose the Inquisition started by Pope Sixtus the IV who put in the Inquisition to help implement a Papal State covering Italy.

 God explains He has no partiality as He explains the end of Kosher.

Romans 4:9
Is this blessing only on the circumcised, or also on the uncircumcised? We have been saying that Abraham's faith was credited as righteousness.

Romans 4:20
Yet he did not waver through disbelief in the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,

Romans 4:22
That is why "it was credited to him as righteousness."

Galatians 3:6
So also, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness."

James 2:23
And the Scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called a friend of God.

Abba, Father,

We Thank You for Your Blessings. We will pray with Hope.

We ask for more Heaven on earth. Covering us, guide us and lead us. Encourage us on Your Path. Strengthen us and show us Your mercy.

Cover those we Love with all of Your Love. We pray for more Heaven on this earth and raise this so High we cover our Nation trusting in You. With all the saints of earth, the communion of saints, raising our Hopes to You in Jesus Christ, covering all Nations trusting in You surrounding Your Good Creation in the Name of Jesus. Amen.

About scripture-for-today.blogspot.com/

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He has saved all who call upon His name and rely on Him for His Grace. The Scriptures are living & active and are for understanding the Lord Almighty. Biblical readings are chosen from the Ecumenical Christian Church and the Nicene Council, 325 A.D., approved Apocrypha. People remember not just from reading, but by sight and orally- an image has been added as well as audio readings. God tends to link the passages together with fascinates - this blogger, Anne-Laurel Gardere

About Me

My photo
Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
