Psalm 130

Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord!

2 O Lord, hear my voice!

Let your ears be attentive

to the voice of my pleas for mercy!

3 If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities,

O Lord, who could stand?

4 But with you 

there is forgiveness,

that You may be feared.

5 I wait for the Lord, 

my soul waits,

and in His Word I hope;

6 my soul waits for the Lord

more than watchmen for the morning,

more than watchmen for the morning.

7 O Israel, hope in the Lord!

For with the Lord

 there is 

steadfast love,

and with Him 

is plentiful redemption.

8 And He will redeem Israel

from all his iniquities.

And like Hebrews 11 - some of the artists were saved by their art for more and greater purpose.

let us throw off everything that hinders and 

the sin that so easily entangles.

 And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us

Heaven will include Nebuchadnezzar repentant. Perhaps Alexander the Great bowing to the Priest of God and seeking to die in Nebuchadnezzar's palace. We remember the amazing gifts of God for the Centuries. God of All Cultures. God of All Ages. God of All Wisdom.

Abba, Father!

Ancient of Days, Filled with Love,

With Your Help we will Fight the good fight of the faith.

With Jesus inside and the Holy Spirit surrounding, we will take hold of this eternal life today.

We know we have 

fought the Good Fight of Faith 

in the daily lists of obligation 

and joy.

We know Our LORD longs to be gracious to us.

And Because Our Redeemer Lives, 

we know

Our Holy and Loving Heavenly Father 

will rise up

to show us compassion.
