Isaiah 45:7 ~ The Light

Isaiah 45:7

I form the light 

and create darkness, 

I bring prosperity 

and create disaster; 

I, the LORD, do all these things.

Matthew 10:5-15 

5 These twelve Jesus sent out, instructing them, "Go nowhere

 among the Gentiles and enter no town of the Samaritans, 6 but go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And proclaim as you go, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' 8 Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse lepers, cast out demons. You received without paying; give without pay. 9 Acquire no gold nor silver nor copper for your belts, 10 no bag for your journey, nor two tunics nor sandals nor a staff, for the laborer deserves his food. 11 And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it and stay there until you depart. 12 As you enter the house, greet it. 

13 And if the house is worthy, 

let your peace come upon it, but if it is not worthy, let your peace return to you. 

14 And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, 

shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. 

15 Truly, I say to you, it will be more bearable on the day of judgment for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah than for that town.

Acts 6 

1 Now in these days when the disciples were increasing in number, 

a complaint by the Hellenists arose against the Hebrews 

because their widows were being neglected in the daily distribution. 

2 And the twelve summoned the full number of the disciples and said, 

"It is not right

 that we should give up preaching the word of God to serve tables. 3 Therefore, brothers, pick out from among you seven men of good repute, full of the Spirit and of wisdom, whom we will appoint to this duty. 4 But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word." 5 And what they said pleased the whole gathering, and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Spirit, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolaus, a proselyte of Antioch. 

6 These they set before the apostles, and they prayed and laid their hands on them. 

7 And the Word of God continued to increase, 

and the number of the disciples multiplied greatly in Jerusalem, 

and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith.






Conflict, Anxiety and a Meaningful Life. Dealing with Conflict.

On the days I don't feel all composed - I can wait to feel the Mercies of God renew. I realized about 3 days ago, His mercies renewed about 4:30 p.m. I had to laugh a little. God's timing is His own. And His timing is exact. God is an interesting and essential part of our thoughts, our eventuality and the changes we meet in life.

It's written. 

God has written in the Scriptures in several places God has the absolute power of Peace. When you read Daniel 1 - Daniel had help to be placed favorably where God wanted him - you know this is true. Solomon was very to the point about the hand of Blessing and the Hand of Woe are the same thing.

The Beatitudes are comforting and not comforting. 

Depends on your day and season in life. One more example of Living Word of God.

When we sit down to watch a movie or read a book, we find conflict and we find solutions.

James Bond is not the place to find Solutions.
1. The women do not continue. The women are phased out.
2. Someone is going to get killed.
3. In real life dating - there is heart break and not everyone bounces well.
4. People really do this and end up very confused.

Real people think this is reality in life and dating. Making a very unhappy life.

Why would we turn to Scriptures when so much of Scripture is anger and war and conflict? 

I mean, the Old Testament is so violent. We have this in the New Testament too - John the Baptist - was killed. Stephen - was killed. The Disciples were - killed. Why do we go there? This is a very, very good question - my nephew was asking me this.

And the likelihood of Catholic sainthood seems to have tuberculous as part of an early entrance into Heaven.

So - why do this?

 
We live in Conflict.
Well you see, we all get along. Like Paul and John Mark. Like Jews and Gentiles. Like Rome and Passover. In fact, Paul tells us when he goes to the Dispersion Temples - some preach out of rivalry. Paul gets along so well - he is lowered by a basket to escape execution. What is the point of all of this? Anger is in the Bible over 400 times. We deal with this all our lives.  And Politics? Anger. And internal conflict and desire to have one up? Anger.


People who avoid Church and the Bible - they want to know this and not offend you - but - Why all this?

Why the Hand of Woe in the Bible? What draws us to Conflict?


Matthew 11:12
From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it.

Finding Meaning. 

Having Meaningful Lives.
We are taking our lives and we are asking - what is the real meaning here? 

Even the times and years it seems evil is chasing.

If I give you 'my opinion', you would probably have your own opinion. 

Our view of life is our age in years. Limited. When women are afraid of giving birth - they realize most women have more than one child. When we want an Enduring and Eternal Opinion - God's Word. 

Today Fox News reported:

79% of Evangelical Christians will Vote for President Donald Trump. This is up 16% from 2016. 

And additionally, Americans see two realities.  One part wants Safety, avoid Terrorism. One part is focused on Covid Virus and Health Care. This Poll was so divided - the poll says equality is only placed with the group seeking Health Care.

Why are Polls so uninformative? People rarely just answer their phones. And why would you tell

an anonymous voice on the phone?

Jesus lived a lot of the Joy of His Life on the Sea of Galilee. Why would Jesus pick this place. 1. Jesus loved the beauty of God's earth.

What's in it for us. Real Jesus.

Being part of the Eternal where we will all go.
Making sense of the puzzle of life.
Hope. Love. Joy. Peace.
Goodness. The Hope of Goodness paving our Path.

Overcome the Storms and Perils of Life.
Be inspired to be part of Community. To endure hard times and enjoy Community of the Body of Christ. To Contribute. To gain in understanding. To appreciate our voice and the voice of the saved in Jesus.

To take old challenges, new challenges, changing challenges and perpetual challenges and have Love and Joy.

To value ourselves as being Delightful to God as we are. To Rise.

To realize every Word of God has the power to help us in dark times. To understand why David cried out against evil.

To be able to forgive.  The Blessing of Forgiveness. What is this? And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town. We

do not have to sit and stew. To not enjoy Life. To realize Abundant Life moves us in His Grace.

Hebrews 11

11 Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen. 2 For by it the people of old received their commendation. 3 By faith we understand that the universe was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was not made out of things that are visible.



Hebrews 11 Continues in Nourishment

32 And what more shall I say? For time would fail me to tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, of David and Samuel and the prophets— 33 who through faith conquered kingdoms, enforced justice, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, were made strong out of weakness, became mighty in war, put foreign armies to flight. 35 Women received back their dead by resurrection. Some were tortured, refusing to accept release, so that they might rise again to a better life.

We can deal more readily with life being like shifting shadows.



Isaiah 41:10
10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Because the Bible is living Word of God, we can approach the Gospels, the Psalms, the New Testament and find comfort in times of need. Keep reading the Word of God has vast comfort. The ability to reach in to you. The Old Testament is just a study of the generations we see today.

John 1:16
16 Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given.

Yes, the fullness of God reaches deep within us. Reading His Word.



Genesis 27:28-29
28 May God give you heaven’s dew and earth’s richness— an abundance of grain and new wine. 29 May nations serve you and peoples bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers, and may the sons of your mother bow down to you. May those who curse you be cursed and those who bless you be blessed.”

Life Triumphant in Abundance Forever More.


Psalm 1:1-3

Psalm 23:1-4

God tells us the Holy Spirit is Comforter and Teacher.

The explanations of overcoming wickedness and the real anger, allow us to be close to God even when the battle is fierce. Welcome to come to God because we need Him.

3 my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation. He is my stronghold, my refuge and my savior— from violent people you save me. 4 “I called to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and have been saved from my enemies.

Psalm 138:7
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, you preserve my life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes; with your right hand you save me.

We really believe in the intervention of God. Abraham saw God change His plans when He gave the ability in Prayer to reason together.

to bless you abundantly,
 so that in all things at all times, 
having all that you need, 
you will abound in every good work.

Philippians 4:7

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Abba, Father God

You are The Good Father asking us to Love ourselves.

Jeremiah 3:15-22

“‘And I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will feed you with knowledge and understanding. 16 And when you have multiplied and been fruitful in the land, in those days, declares the Lord, they shall no more say, “The ark of the covenant of the Lord.” It shall not come to mind or be remembered or missed; it shall not be made again. 

17 At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the Lord, and all nations shall gather to it, to the presence of the Lord in Jerusalem, and they shall no more stubbornly follow their own evil heart. 18 In those days the house of Judah shall join the house of Israel, and together they shall come from the land of the north to the land that I gave your fathers for a heritage.

19 “‘I said,
    How I would set you among my sons,
and give you a pleasant land,
    a heritage most beautiful of all nations.
And I thought you would call me, My Father,
    and would not turn from following me.
20 Surely, as a treacherous wife leaves her husband,
    so have you been treacherous to me, O house of Israel,
declares the Lord.’”
21 A voice on the bare heights is heard,
    the weeping and pleading of Israel's sons
because they have perverted their way;
    they have forgotten the Lord their God.
22 “Return, O faithless sons;
    I will heal your faithlessness.”
“Behold, we come to you,
    for you are the Lord our God.

The year before the Obama Administration, 2007, travel to Mexico required a Passport. I know because my family traveled to the Border Towns of Mexico about twice a year. We love Nuevo Progresso, Mexico and Nuevo Laredo.

And about 2008, crews drove through the passport check points 8 times in Laredo, Texas and Nuevo Laredo, Mexico and ran down the barricades between our two nations and assassinated Journalists and USA and Mexican Police and Police Chiefs. The situation was so terrible, my family and two families traveling with us were asked to buy 'narcotics' in front of bored men with vests saying, "Policia".  The Pharmacist standing nearby was so ashamed and hunkered over in a completely down manner of abandoned and abused pets.  His posture was something we had seen in Nazi movies. We RAN, all 10 people, back to La Posada Hotel in Laredo and have not been to Mexico again. Seeing this violence, personally, we didn't accompany our Youth Group to the annual Border Town help for a problem relating to the 525 Children abandoned at the Border.

We were going to visit, we heard it was better and the weekend we were going, a tourist was hung by the neck to die on the bridge welcoming visitors. And the poor man was left to hang as shots rang out to attempt to retrieve the body.  Matamoros, also in this time period, had a massive gun attack in the restaurant and pharmacy famous to tourists. Previously welcoming. Now mass murders in their parking lot. 

 Relate this to the 525 Abandoned Children at the Border 

Completely.

About 15-17 years ago, before Churches started showing up to feed the refuges of abandoned at the USA/Mexico border, the people lived in fields.

Calling it a field was polite. This was the field of Abandonment, where the people walking past two continents, dumped what they carried and thought about the last portion of a journey - many times bringing them from South America or far Central America. Ill, exhausted, down-hearted. It was a garbage dump. Populated mostly by 95% women and young children. Children frequently died of dehydration, malnutrition and starvation. The Border towns were too poor to help the abandoned. Abandoned because the men knew they could survive the- don't- be- caught portion of the journey.  These are not the immigrants we hope for. They abandon the women and children they took from families at home. They always promise to return and the success leaving ratio is under 10 percent.

Churches heard of children bodies to bury. Bodies were adding up. And asked for help. Finally, help began to arrive. The housing upgraded to boxes. More children began to survive. Still quite a few died. Especially during the winter when missions are down.

My own Father-in-law would travel in this area to hunt doves in dove season. And was utterly astonished to find the pallet towns. The Pallet Towns were the almost 20-year improvement. My father-in-law started bringing His Suburban loaded with goods. He was so touched to see beautiful little girls share their Coca-Cola tenderly with their siblings. He said it was so very touching to find children rejoice and share the good fortune of a canned Coca-Cola.

Why Pallet towns? It is the desert. The resources are expensive and to bring in goods at this time, required significant bribery, as my father-in-law discovered. You can't do this on a massive scale. In a dire attempt to get the children out of wet, freezing boxes, the Missionaries found the townspeople wanted to help these foreigners with dying children. Shared labors make Hope Possible. Pallets were being let go of locally. And a 10' x 10' house with a roof, blocking out the rain had the town of women and children in grateful tears.

Missionary trips found this:

Locals were building during the winter times. Trade was starting to become possible. 

Missionaries brought tools - The housing was improved upon. Better roof. Secure foundation to keep flooding out.

The downside is more women and little children were left because there was some shelter.  The areas in the Border towns became so violent with drug cartels, locals in Nuevo Laredo (we knew them from my brother)  - formerly raising cattle - quit. The Pallet towns huddle together for safety. People live in constant fear.

The Local Border towns were expanding into regular towns. Until the Drug Cartels.

When we see 525 abandoned children worried over by the United States, all the way up to the White House. We find we are a Nation who has lifted abandoned families out of human garbage fields. 

The news would be the Orphanage is thought of far differently from people living in Pallet housing. 

This Presidential Administration is having discussions between President Trump and our First Lady.

To the families living in this amount of poverty - maybe the mother has cancer. Or maybe the mother has mentally collapsed from being abandoned with children. Murder is not unknown for no exact reason other than drug cartels. The idea their child will be in the United States with meals, clothing and the hope of not living in a Pallet city. What we lack is the compassion for finding a way for the children to be Foster Children. A time period when legal adoptions are so low, because abortion has all but ended adoption. These children could be further blessed from warm beds, good meals, clean housing, not being killed by a Cartel with the murder rate so high in Juarez. Mexico is dangerous at the Borders.

Before we start jumping up and down and pointing the more compassionate finger -

See the people who have been attending to these people - Regularly.

The Church of Jesus our Wonderful, Jesus Christ.

Churches are Good Places!

Let's not burn them down - in any way.

Strength. To live in affection and Love brings us faith, hope and Love.

You are The Good Father asking us to Love ourselves.

1 Thessalonians 2:9-16

For you remember, brothers, our labor and toil: we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you, while we proclaimed to you the Gospel of God. 

10 You are witnesses, and God also, how holy and righteous and blameless was our conduct toward you believers. 11 For you know how, like a father with his children, 12 we exhorted each one of you and encouraged you and charged you to walk in a manner worthy of God, who calls you into his own kingdom and glory.

13 And we also thank God constantly for this, that when you received the word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, the word of God, which is at work in you believers. 

14 For you, brothers, became imitators of the churches of God in Christ Jesus that are in Judea. For you suffered the same things from your own countrymen as they did from the Jews, 15 who killed both the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove us out, and displease God and oppose all mankind.

• A Major News Network name was quoted saying astonishingly radical things about his idea of justice without relevancy to any law we have.
• 
  
• The follow up did not include the information this newsman was 'retired' (again.) And no mention was made of this famous name retiring and announcing he would begin his new YouTube show. The report did mention the man had a history of mental issues and care. This man's retirement seems to be placed around the outrageous statement. Kudos to the News network for the retirement.

• The Congress does not look concerned about the Mardi Gras News event. They surely did look panicked like the rest of us as we all Quarantined for Covid. 
• 
  
• Plans are being made in the United States Senate to call up news sources to make sure news carriers do not fail to allow Freedom of Speech.
• 
  
• By next week, news carriers will be asked to take part in discussions with the United States Senate, making sure our news is more responsible.

We have all avoided, or watched cynically, some news programs. 

Suddenly any voice to say something unkind are voices are making news 'News Mardi Gras'.

Who is calm. 

This is what we are looking for:

3 Here is a trustworthy saying: 

Whoever aspires to be a bishop or overseer desires a noble task. 

2 Now the overseer is to be above reproach, faithful to his wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, 3 not given to drunkenness, not violent 

but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.

When Bill Clinton was elected, quotes from those attending the huge, outdoor Inaugural were so off to the left, I remember them. I was alarmed. Looking back on the quotes - none of them played out.

Congress is not looking terrified. 

Instead, we are finding out those repressing news and sending forth Agendas are going to be called before the Senate. Changes will be made. Changes we can support in truth.

Not this October, but in this season, let's be far from happy the 4 people in Congress who have called for violence in the Streets. I believe we will all pray for Peace. In the United States Congress History, those asking for violence have actually been removed from Congress, by Congress. We should anticipate the removal of those asking for violence. Pray this with me.

Who is calm.

Both of the Presidential Candidates. 

One is so calm, 55% of the USA says he is mentally unready for the hardships of the office due to mental incapacity.

Identify what looks radically uncalm and move on. 

This Season is a 'News Mardi Gras'. You don't have to attend.  Put your efforts into what is Positive and Healing and Health.

1 John 4:1

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God. 

For many false prophets have gone out into the world. 

2 By this you will know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ 

has come in the flesh is from God

Abba, Father God,

We will Look to find what is Good.

Abba, You have told us what Shepherds do:

For you: Remember, brothers, labor and toil: we worked night and day, 

that we might not be a burden to any of you,

We want the Gospel of God. 

We want holy and righteous and blameless conduct toward believers. 

We ask to find the Light of Jesus Christ

enfolding all the troubled world

And all the difficulties of the first century, we see again today.

We ask and want the framework of God establishing this Nation.  

Father God with His Children. We want our Nation  to exhort each one of you and encourage you and charge you to walk in a manner worthy of God, who calls you into His Own Kingdom and Glory.

We thank God constantly for this, that when you received the Word of God, which you heard from us, you accepted it not as the word of men but as what it really is, 

the Word of God, which is at work in you believers. 

 In God, we Trust.

We want our Freedoms, brothers, 

our good works are from the Churches of God in Christ Jesus. 

Our Constitution, was created by men who suffered the same things from their past countrymen. 

We want to please God and 

encourage the Light of Jesus Christ in the world and in mankind.

Certainly, Fight the Good Fight is a Process.

Find Good News!!!

Dr. Birx earlier said the death rate of 200.000 USA Beloved people

would be perfect, for our hard work. 

Today, we found hospitalized/people death rates, due to all help, has 

Fallen from 21% to 7%.

Just as 1917 Spanish Virus weakened, just as Bird Flu ended, we thank You.

Unemployment from 42% to 7%  and Employment Rises.

Thank God for those who have Recovered from Covid.
