1 Kings 21:17-29
Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite, saying: Go down to meet King Ahab of Israel, who rules in Samaria; he is now in the vineyard of Naboth, where he has gone to take possession.
You shall say to him, "Thus says the Lord: Have you killed, and also taken possession?"
You shall say to him, "Thus says the Lord: In the place where dogs licked up the blood of Naboth, dogs will also lick up your blood."
Ahab said to Elijah, "Have you found me, O my enemy?"
He answered, "I have found you. Because you have sold yourself to do what is evil in the sight of the Lord, I will bring disaster on you; I will consume you, and will cut off from Ahab every male, bond or free, in Israel; and I will make your house like the house of Jeroboam son of Nebat, and like the house of Baasha son of Ahijah, because you have provoked me to anger and have caused Israel to sin. Also concerning Jezebel the Lord said, 'The dogs shall eat Jezebel within the bounds of Jezreel.' Anyone belonging to Ahab who dies in the city the dogs shall eat; and anyone of his who dies in the open country the birds of the air shall eat."
(Indeed, there was no one like Ahab, who sold himself to do what was evil in the sight of the Lord, urged on by his wife Jezebel. He acted most abominably in going after idols, as the Amorites had done, whom the Lord drove out before the Israelites.)
Then the word of the Lord came to Elijah the Tishbite: "Have you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before me? Because he has humbled himself before me, I will not bring the disaster in his days; but in his son's days I will bring the disaster on his house."
Ahab?
Romans 11:34-36
“For who has known the mind of the LORD?
Or who has become His counselor?”
“Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?”
For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things,
to whom be glory forever.
Amen.
Who has known the mind of the Lord? !
We do! The Word of the Lord says we do.
Matthew 22:29
Jesus answered, “Know the Scriptures, the power of God."
And the four living creatures, each of them with six wings,
are full of eyes all around
and within,
and day and night they never cease to say,
“Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty,
who was and is and is to come!”
Jeremiah 17:10
“I the Lord search the heart and test the mind,
to give every man according to his ways,
according to the fruit of his deeds.”
The Book of Revelation is the sorting of the weeds and the wheat. And filled with sadness and great determination. Not without all His wisdom. To create a new Heaven
Luke 10:18
And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven."
To create paths of Life.
He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousness
for His name's sake.
Psalm 23
4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.
5 You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me
all the days of my life,
and
I shall dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.
Hebrews 9
27
And just as it is appointed for man to die once,
and after that comes judgment,
28 so Christ, having been offered once
to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time,
not to deal with sin
but to save
those
who are
eagerly waiting for Him.
Luke 10:19,20
Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions,
and over all the power of the enemy,
and nothing shall hurt you.
Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this,
that the spirits are subject to you,
but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.
1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see through a glass, darkly;
but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

Matthew 5
Seeing the crowds,
He went up on the mountain, and when He sat down,
His disciples came to Him.
2 And He opened His mouth and taught them, saying:
3 “Blessed
are the poor in spirit,
for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
4 “Blessed
are those who mourn,
for they shall be comforted.
5 “Blessed
are the meek,
for they shall inherit the earth.
6 “Blessed
are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness!
For they shall be filled.
7 “Blessed
are the merciful,
for they shall receive mercy.
8 “Blessed
are the pure in heart,
for they shall see God.
9 “Blessed
are the peacemakers,
for they shall be called sons of God.
10 “Blessed
are those who are persecuted for righteousness' sake,
for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven.
11 “Blessed are you
when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. 12 Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
“You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste,
how shall its saltiness be restored?
It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out
and trampled under people's feet.
“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket,
but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house.
16 In the same way,
let your light shine before others,
so that they may see your good works
and give glory to your Father
