Colossians 3:1-4

If then you have been raised with Christ, 

seek the things that are above, 
where Christ is, 

seated at the right hand of God. 

Set your minds on things that are above, 

not on things that are on earth. 

3 For you have died, 

and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 

4 When Christ who is your life appears, 

then you also will appear with Him in glory.

We all have a certain amount of slog along. Stiff upper lip and go forth. It is what it is.

But there is a higher existence. To find what is good and go there. I saw this in my grandmothers and in my step-grandfather.  The desire to be better, to be good. Bring life and light.

Titus in the Scriptures has this as well. Today, people debate over DNA and say the Jews aren't really Hebrews. Well, that's not exactly the thing. In the Gospels, we find John 12 discusses the Jewish Dispersion in 30 A.D.

John 12: 20-23  

  

20 Some Greeks had gone to Jerusalem to worship during Passover. 21 Philip from Bethsaida in Galilee was there too. 

So they went to Him and said, “Sir, we would like to meet Jesus.” 22 Philip told Andrew. Then the two of them went to Jesus and told Him.

23 Jesus said:

The time has come for the Son of Man to be given His Glory. 

Titus was part of asking Jesus to move away from Herod and come to Crete, Greece, to live in honor among the Jewish Dispersion. And we find Titus, in seeking, like His Mother Mary did, to save the life of Jesus, found life.  And Titus lived to be exceedingly old on Crete, where Christians lived in peace and flourished. Titus, who had publicly, tried to help Jesus and find Him more honorable surroundings.

Titus 1:15

To the pure, all things are pure, 

but to the defiled and unbelieving, 

nothing is pure;

 but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.

Those who rest easy in faith, rest in this life. We have seen this and know this as mature Christians.

If we see the DNA of Jews today as unpure, having been in Europe since the time of the Gospels being lived on earth by Jesus Christ, we fail to see lives and generations lived in faith of the Promises, Word and Works of God.  Those who profess The Lord and live as His. Intermarriage among the Hebrews. No one goes to a Temple or Church and asks for bloodline.

To live for Christ is to seek His Goodness and look for His Blessings.

Philippians 4:8 

  Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, 

  whatever is noble, 

  whatever is right, 

  whatever is pure,

  whatever is lovely,

  whatever is admirable

  —if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—

  think about these things

 Now you are light in the Lord.

 Walk as children of light 

9 (for the fruit of light 

is found in all that is good and right and true), 

10 and try to discern what is pleasing to the Lord. 

11 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness,

Ephesians 1 ~ Heavenly places †

 

Texas has had Violent, non-Hurricane Storms, with 500 year historic range flooding on May 3rd, Northern Lights on May 11th, Non-Hurricane Winds of 127 mph on May 16th. And Spectacular sunsets, reminding us of --- Northern Lights for several weeks. The Galveston Railroad Bridge as a USA supply chain was knocked down by a barge, May 15th.

Drudge Report says Houston has apocalyptic weather. Historically, this would be the weather reported by the Roman Empire in the First and Second Century A.D.

Ephesians 1

Paul, 
an apostle of Christ Jesus by the Will of God, 

To the saints who are in Ephesus, and are faithful in Christ Jesus: 

Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.


3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the Heavenly Places.

Even as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before Him.

In love He predestined us for adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of His will, 6 to the praise of His Glorious Grace, with which He has blessed us in the Beloved.

In Him:

We have redemption through His blood, 

The forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace Which He lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 

Making known to us the mystery of His Will, 

According to His purpose, 

Which He set forth in Christ 

As a plan for the fullness of time

To unite all things in Him, 

Things in Heaven and things on earth.

In Him:

We have obtained an inheritance, 

Having been predestined according to the purpose of Him 

Who works all things according to the counsel of His Will

So that we who were the first to hope in Christ 

Might be to the praise of His Glory.

In Him, you also,

When you heard the Word of Truth, 

The Gospel of your salvation, 

And believed in Him, 

Were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 

Who is the guarantee of our inheritance

Until we acquire possession of it, 

To The Praise Of His Glory.



For this reason, 

Because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus

And your love toward all the saints, 

I do not cease

To give thanks for you, 

remembering you in my prayers

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, The Father of Glory, 

May give you a spirit of wisdom 

and of revelation in the knowledge of Him

Having the eyes of your hearts enlightened,

That you may know what is the hope 

To which He has called you, 

What are the riches of His glorious inheritance in the saints,

And what is the immeasurable Greatness

Of His power toward us who believe, 

According to the working of His Great Might 

He has worked in Christ 

When He raised Him from the dead 

And seated Him at His Right Hand in the Heavenly places, 

Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, 

and above every name that is named, 

not only in this age 

but also in the one to come.

And He put all things 

under His feet 

And gave Him as Head over all things to the Church

Which is His body, 

the fullness of Him who fills ALL in ALL.

Paul writes from a place in our valid and real History, Paul's generation is the very first to hope in Jesus Christ. And in this newness, The Acts of the Apostles and all the New Testament came alive for us today and tomorrow. Yesterday, too.

Today, our area, outside of Houston, had a simple message on Social Media about giving Thanks to God for being Friday.  And this immediately began the pattern of obliterating the message to put feelings and life events first.  Well, after seeing winds clocked at 127 mph and downed electrical towers in a row, with historic range flooding - why not. 

However... this was simply amazing.  The Wow! 2 people, began to have a question and answer that was civil, pleasing, open, caring and even loving.  The author wrote to Thank God we survived. Thank You, God.  The next woman came to say, as a non-Christian was she to believe that the people losing their homes to floods, the 4 people killed in the gigantic storm, those destroyed or badly damaged in the next storm hadn't prayed in a manner pleasing to God who brought us the storms? And another man chimed in to say those he loved died recently. 

The author of the Post politely said he didn't have the answers, was sorry for their loss and had no ill intent towards them, was really expressing his gratitude in God. Had this in his heart. Heart spoke to heart and both people appreciated the other having Heart.

I had to go back and read this twice.  A passage of graceful, gracious behavior in a city that had experienced the unbelievable in weather for 2 weeks.

The Heart to Heart opened up a whole list of people to say why they felt grateful. How God had helped them. 

Then hours later, at the end of today, we sat next to a table of friends. 

The area of town is very upscale, now closes at 6 pm, has so many empty shops and people gather to listen to good music. The restaurant, once packed, now has seating available. 50% available. And as we sat and enjoyed the sunset and the view.

At this precise moment, we will now say the table next to us, the people were all in their 80s. Friends for a long, long time.

The conversation was about the events that happen and shape lives. Loss of a grandchild, a child. Who had lost a sibling. When this tragedy happened. Who had lost a grown child. Who had moved and made a new life. When jobs were scarce.  These things happen in life.  We will not escape life without having trouble and pain.  And in the conversation was comfort, acceptance, sorrow.  A wine glass was raised. People remembered.  Help. Helper. Comfort. Comfort.  An evening of joy.  To overcome. To believe. To endure. To have the heart strengthened by the Lord.  To be honest. To be real.  

And then, "What time will we go to Church tomorrow?"

This. This is precisely, accurately what it is to have Gratitude for The Lord.

To know days will come.  This phrase was used by our Lord Jesus Christ to say, we will all reach a day when we would like Jesus to be alive and sitting with us. To see miracles and the works of God change circumstance and health. Days will come.

And in the days to follow we will, now, know Help. Helper. Comfort. Comforter. And sit with people, we love, to see the sun blaze across the sky. To Love. To attain the belief and hope - The Best is Yet to Be In Jesus Christ. Forever.

Mercy for the merciful. Joy.

Abba, Father,

Almighty God, our Heavenly Father,

 guide the nations of the world

John 17:20-26 ~ One

John 17:20-26

Lifting up His eyes to heaven, Jesus prayed saying:

"I pray not only for these,

but also for those who will believe in me through their word,

so that they may all be one,

as you, Father, are in me and I in you,

that they also may be in us,

that the world may believe that You sent Me.

And I have given them the glory You gave me,

so that they may be one, as We are One,

I in them and You in Me.

That they may be brought to perfection as one,

that the world may know that You sent Me,

and 

that You loved them even as You loved Me.

Father, they are Your Gift to me.

I wish that where I am they also may be with me,

that they may see My Glory that You Gave Me,

because 

You loved Me 

before the foundation of the world.

Righteous Father, the world also does not know You,

but I know You, 

and they know that You sent me.

I made known to them Your Name 

and I will make it known,

that the Love with which You Loved Me

may be in them and I in them."

One of the aspects of people who have been declared dead, people who are declared dead on an operating table, they report how interconnected our lives are from one another in Heaven. They report they can see cells. Meet people who forgave them or didn't like them and found joy, peace to live with Love.

John 17 speaks of the One, being offered in the Holy Spirit.

We often pray, "Your Will be done on earth as it is in Heaven."  

One of the major scientific studies with profound accomplishment is the understanding of Lightning. 

 Lightning - Extremely Low Frequency and Very Low Frequency

Nova did a Very interesting program, 11/20/2013, on new discoveries of Extremely Low Frequency and Very Low  Frequency Lightning. 

Scripture records Lightning as the Voice of God.

(Frequency Lightning ELF/VLF lightning was found going back to the 1800's, when telegraph lines were established. The first operators reported hearing bizarre sounds described as clicks and tweeks, increasingly loud on days of lightning, these probably were just 'sferics' picked up by telegraph lines, basically acting like an antenna.)

Now let's cut to the chase:

If we simplify this: 

The Sun makes solar flares and through the galaxy, as if pantyhose, leggings, surrounds the earth, then the leggings are pulled from the Sun to... let's say Texas. And Japan can see, with specialized equipment, the same pull surrounding Japan towards Texas on the earth.

A System of One.

Scientists see a lot of these in the Colorado Rockies and found this moved spontaneously creating ELF/VLF energy in the magnetosphere, like chorus waves (again named for its sound if played as an audio file, resembling a chorus of birds).

Also referred to as Schmann's responder. Or vertical lines on spectrograms are radio atmospherics, or `sferics', originating from lightning strikes. This sounds very complicated, but the bottom line is that lightning through these instruments -could be heard anywhere in the world. The discovery, lightning touches and pulls and arcs the electronic particles that make up our atmosphere. In Colorado, the lighting arcs to the antenna in Rhode Island and on around the world.

Let me repeat this. The discovery is sunbeams from our sun to the magnetosphere to the ionosphere through the atmosphere to the earth - where we mostly live - is connected by one set of electrical particles. That is one system. 

When one bolt of lightning strikes, we now can trace the electricity moving through the whole system. Making us understand more why the Aurora Borealis forms. Creating scientific excitement on the Aurora Borealis storm that in seconds destroyed Quebec's entire electrical network for nine hours in 1989.

This discover is so new, science hasn't sorted out what names they all agree to label this information. Are these red sprites, blue jets, white sprites, elves, Extremely Low Frequency and Very Low Frequency Lightning, Schmann's responder, spectrograms are radio atmospherics, or `sferics'. This is so new, the phrases trip over each other.

A System of One.

Houston has had very severe weather from May 3rd and again today, May 16th. May 3rd, we had flooding from intense rains in Huntsville, Texas. 70 miles north. So much water that it was compared to the Flooding of Hurricane Harvey in 2018. The Dams were let out and neighborhoods again experienced 500 year flooding. 

Today, Houston had a storm come from the Austin Area and it had 121 mph wind. Even the 60 mph wind had very damaging debris in the wind.  The Storm was so very fast. Almost everyone knew it was coming and the highways were relatively empty being forewarned.  Within an hour, downtown and high rise windows were shattered. 

Weathermen say this is like 2 Hurricanes that haven't been generated by the Oceans.

The Drudge Report Headlines says Houston has faced apocalyptic weather.

This section is important. Our cultural events are similar to the 1st and 2nd centuries. The weather is as outrageous.

Why is the weather so weird? 

Perhaps it is the out of balance culture affecting the norms.  The One is out of balance. This isn't fatal, but it is a suggestion of the reason for the weather that is so severe in different areas.  Seattle hardly had a drop of water for six years, British Columbia's verdant forests were on fire in 2018.   2017 Moscow saw the unbelievable thing, the Siberian forest was on fire.  We are not in the One.

What can we do when events are past our control.

 Pray. 

Bring more Heaven to earth.

Be the Heaven on earth.

See more Heaven on earth.

Talk more Heaven on earth to others.

Do all the good put before you to do.

Walk the walk, talk the talk and sin no more to rely upon the Mercy of God. Count the Law and the Commandments, and let Jesus encourage us more and more to Love the Lord our God with all our mind and heart.

How would we believe God would move His Heart, Hands and Words in our favor in Prayer without knowing the Word of God!

You are truly are as vast as the Universe itself and as gentle as a breeze. 

Speak the Word, Father God, and we know Your healing. 

Prayers for healing in health are being answered.
