John 2:25 ~ He knew

John 2:25

He did not need man's testimony about man, for He knew what was in a man.

If life is problem-solving,

Isaac is having a heck of a time.
He knows and believes he is the Keeper of Abraham's Blessing, "Cursed be everyone who curses you, and blessed be everyone who blesses you."

And he knows he is surrounded by Rebecca, who is his love, yet is a self-interested, chess player.

And Jacob, the shifty son who already has Esau's birthright for a bowl of stew. You'd think Isaac would have put a caveat saying, if you're Jacob, no dice on the blessing.

However, Isaac did think he was dying, but, instead, held on for Jacob to grow up and return with all his sons. And Rebecca did herself in, that Leah, daughter-in-law was a long time in coming and then, oi vay, the bickering of the two of them. More sibling rivalry.  More trouble.

We know from the Scriptures - Rebekah and Isaac will have troubles in life; the Scriptures tell us are part of life. In the midst of signs, births, prosperity, betrayal, all trouble and stages of life; we learn from Isaac’s life, forgiveness allows the Holy Spirit to help Isaac to end well. We can almost hear Father God say to Isaac, “Well done, good and faithful servant.”

Is this a love story? Yes, we know it. We all root for Rebekah, in Genesis, to complete the sign God was asked for and become Isaac’s wife. We all want the signs of God’s approval in our life. We know Rebekah will place her son’s prosperity over her husband’s peaceful illness and anticipated death. We know Isaac will still have Rebekah as his wife, when a life-time of years pass before the family is reunited in forgiveness.

We know this miracle only can come from God.

If we look at Lent as the expectation of Jesus Victorious and Alive, we eventually have to come back to sincerity. Who are we and who are the people in our lives.  If the Scriptures were all easy lessons, we would hardly have any hope at all.

And sometimes as people leave Church, they are their most unhappy. Least uplifted. Having been sincere with God in worship, lets us know where we are in His Righteousness. This can be very daunting. Instead! Remember how much of a tangled heap are the Family of Jesus Christ. And Jesus said several times, "Rise! Let us go from here!"

Jesus Christ came from the Tomb. With God all things are possible. Let the Glory of God be sprinkled upon us! As Numbers 6 Blessing says, Let the Name of God cover us and we are Blessed. AMEN!!!

Matthew 4:18-22 ~ followed Him

Abba, Father,

You know.

Matthew 4:18-22

As Jesus was walking by the Sea of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon who is called Peter, and his brother Andrew, casting a net into the sea; they were fishermen.

He said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

At once, they left their nets and followed him.

He walked along from there and saw two other brothers, James, the son of Zebedee, and his brother John.

They were in a boat, with their father Zebedee, mending their nets. He called them, and immediately they left their boat and their father and followed Him.

One Day

we will all Live! Matthew 4:18-22

In the Old Testament, this was called Sleeping with his Fathers.
The Beginning of the Gospels tells us an echo of the
first day
of the Rest of our Lives.

Amos 5

4 For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel:
“Seek me and live;

He who made the Pleiades and Orion,
and turns deep darkness into the morning
and darkens the day into night,
who calls for the waters of the sea
and pours them out on the surface of the earth,
the Lord is his name;
9 who makes destruction flash forth against the strong,
so that destruction comes upon the fortress.

13 Therefore he who is prudent will keep silent in such a time,
for it is an evil time.
14 Seek good, and not evil,
    that you may live;
and so the Lord, the God of hosts, will be with you,
    as you have said.

15 Hate evil, and love good,
    and establish justice in the gate;
it may be that the Lord, the God of hosts,
will be gracious to the remnant of Joseph.

17 and in all vineyards there shall be wailing,
for I will pass through your midst,”
says the Lord.
to the melody of your harps I will not listen.

24 But let justice roll down like waters,
and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.

John 15:1

“I am the true vine, and my Father is the vinedresser."

Abba, Father,

Dwell in us, please.
Dwell in those we love, Jesus.
Help us to seek You first.
And in Your Love and Grace we will finish well.

In Your Good Plan.
Your Will;

Lent is placed as the Light is returning.
When new thoughts are being planned.

With Jesus, we are able to do this:

Face the hardship of the Season.
Understand what is broken.
Ask Forgiveness
Seek the Strength of the Lord.

Face New Changes with
Hope and Joy.

Overcome Fears.

Give more.
Draw together
Gratitude for what Jesus has given
Thankful Heart for God's Provision.

We can add in to our Lives.
We can give Mercy.
We will.

Please Bless our Nation
with Jesus.
Help our world to peace.

The earth is the Lord's and the
Fullness thereof!

In Jesus Christ
God has
Blessed us.

Amen.

Psalm 1:1-2,3,4 and 6 ~ His Delight

Psalm 1:1-2,3,4 and 6

 Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers

But his delight is in the law of the Lord,
and on his law he meditates day and night.

3 He is like a tree
    planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
In all that he does, he prospers.

4 The wicked are not so,
but are like chaff that the wind drives away.

For the Lord knows the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked will perish.

Critics of God say the New Testament was written in 400 A.D. because the Disciples were illiterate. Which is to say, Critics have not read the Bible. Paul was educated by Gamaliel.  Peter had ideas of God about a day of the Lord is equal to thousands. It wasn't a perfect criticism. The other criticism is like unto It. The miracles of Jesus and the 400 or more prophetic aspects of Jesus' life merely write down the Old Testament. Flaw:

Deuteronomy 21

22 If a man has committed a sin worthy of death, and he is executed, and you hang his body on a tree, 23 you must not leave the body on the tree overnight, but you must be sure to bury him that day, because anyone who is hung on a tree is under God’s curse.

Given Deuteronomy is the Pentateuch of Moses, we can't disregard this in Prophetic Skills. Jesus could have been killed by the Temple Guard the first time the Temple Guard was sent to destroy Jesus. Or thrown from the cliffs of Nazareth. Instead, Jesus has broken with Prophecy.

And with grand style, Jesus has thrown out not mentioning a tree. John 1 begins with Jesus hearing Nathaniel's prayer under a tree, before Nathaniel knew of Jesus that day. Nathaniel is the third person in the First Chapter of John 1 to declare Jesus is the Messiah of God. Even Peter's brother Andrew tells Peter the first day they meet Jesus.

John 1 begins with the Blessing of God hearing Prayer under a Tree.

And an implication of the beginning of the Discussion of Heaven, has ties with the end of Jesus' life on earth. Jesus is joyful from beginning to John 21.

Nathaniel begins under a tree praying and that day, Nathaniel meets Jesus Christ, Messiah of God.

Matthew 13

31 He put another parable before them, saying, “The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed that a man took and sowed in his field. 32 It is the smallest of all seeds, but when it has grown it is larger than all the garden plants and becomes a tree,
so that the birds of the air come
and make nests in its branches.”

Jesus mentions the type of tree. Mustard. We don't know the tree as time has passed. Jesus knew the tree.  Mustard, properties include: block microbial growth. ... promote skin and hair health. ...  Alleviate pain. ...  Slow cancer cell growth. ... support heart health. ... reduces inflammation. ... help treat cold symptoms.

Jesus tells us not to be too quick to take Heaven, without the fruit.

Mark 11:12-20

On the following day, when they came from Bethany, he was hungry. 13 And seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to see if he could find anything on it. When he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 And he said to it, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again.” And his disciples heard it.

15 And they came to Jerusalem. And he entered the temple and began to drive out those who sold and those who bought in the temple, and he overturned the tables of the money-changers and the seats of those who sold pigeons. 16 And he would not allow anyone to carry anything through the temple. 17 And he was teaching them and saying to them, “Is it not written, ‘My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But you have made it a den of robbers.” 18 And the chief priests and the scribes heard it and were seeking a way to destroy him, for they feared him, because all the crowd was astonished at his teaching. 19 And when evening came they went out of the city.

20 As they passed by in the morning, they saw the fig tree withered away to its roots.

Peter understood what needed to developed. He wrote 8 Chapters.

1 Peter 2:24
"He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed."

Peter let Mark tell of the Miracles of Jesus. Peter was dealing with moving beyond the boundary of Salvation and deep into the Joy of Jesus as his Strength.

Paul would proclaim the Life Jesus is bringing us into eternity.  Zacchaeus, Luke 19, Jesus knows us and knows our family - This is our hope to find in our gatherings on Easter:

Abba, Father,

We ask in the Highest Name of Jesus,
Dwell in us
and Dwell in those we love.
Help us to seek You first.
In Jesus Christ, we will finish well.

Ephesians 3

11 This was according to the eternal purpose that he has realized in Christ Jesus,
 our Lord,
12 in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through our faith in him.

13 So I ask you not to lose heart over what I am suffering for you, which is your glory.

14 For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, 15 from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named, 16 that according to the riches of his glory he may grant you to be strengthened with power through his Spirit in your inner being

17 so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith—that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

18 may have strength to comprehend with all the saints
what is the breadth and length and height and depth,

19 and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge,

that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

20 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us, 21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen.

Revelation 2:7
Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
To those who are victorious,
I will give the right to eat from the tree of life, which
is in the paradise of God.

Help us, Jesus Christ,
to see and find our Blessings in You, daily.

We pray these Jesus blessings
of Heaven on earth
for those we Love
and those on the other side of the globe, Ukraine.

For nothing will be impossible with God.
Alleluia in Jesus.

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
Eternity with Heaven is now at hand.

Luke 12:32
The words of Jesus
“Fear not little flock; for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom”

To You, our Father, be the Glory
Our God is an Awesome God! Amen
and Alleluia
in Jesus Christ and His Glory!

Matthew 13:31,3

Jesus put before them another parable: “The Kingdom of Heaven
is like a mustard seed that a man planted in his field.

Although it is the smallest of all seeds,
yet it grows into the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree,
so that the birds of the air come
and
nest in its branches.”

Abba, Father,

You Hear Prayer.
You Love to Save the World in Jesus Christ.
Fill us with Jesus.

We pray for the end of despots.
For Freedom.

Jesus to be evident in people
praying.

We will Pray in the Highest Name of Jesus.
We will See Our Blessings Arrive
Heaven upon earth

In Jesus Christ.
Amen.

Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
