Today was an extraordinary Church Service
at
St. Martin's Episcopal Church
in Houston, Texas
Father and Dr., Rector, Russ Levenson, Jr. is retiring.
No one wanted less than a Glorious Sunday
Worshiping God.
St. Martin's needs a YouTube Song Page,
Having searched all the continents for "Jesus Christ is Risen Today"
and this is spot on.
Psalm 98
Oh
Sing to the Lord a new song,
for
He has done marvelous things!
His right hand and His Holy arm
have worked salvation for Him.
The Lord has made known His Salvation
He has revealed His Righteousness
in the sight of the nations.
He has remembered
his steadfast love and faithfulness
to the house of Israel.
All the ends of the earth have seen
the Salvation of our God.
Make a joyful noise to the Lord,
all the earth;
break forth into joyous song
and sing praises!
Sing praises to the Lord with the lyre,
with the lyre and the sound of melody!
With trumpets
and the sound of the horn
make a joyful noise before the King,
The Lord!
Let the sea roar, and all that fills it;
the world and those who dwell in it!
8 Let the rivers clap their hands;
let the hills sing
for joy together
before the Lord,
for He comes
to judge the earth.
He will judge the world
with righteousness,
and the peoples
with equity.
Recently, Neil Cavuto, of Fox News, had Russ Levenson on to ask him to remain in the pulpit.
You wouldn't want to miss this Sunday at St. Martin's Episcopal Church:
Psalm 1
1 Blessed is the man
who walks not in the counsel of the wicked,
nor stands in the way of sinners,
nor sits in the seat of scoffers;
2 but his delight is in the Law of the LORD,
and on His Law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like a tree
planted by streams of water
that yields its fruit in its season,
and its leaf does not wither.
In all that he does, he prospers.
4 The wicked are not so,
but are like chaff that the wind drives away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment,
nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous;
6 for the LORD knows the way of the righteous,
but the way of the wicked will perish.
We will pray this for Russ Levenson and his family. And our Church Family as well. We pray
in the Highest Name of Jesus for these abundant Blessings. Amen.
