Matthew 6:6-14 ~ Pray

Matthew 6:6-14

6 But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door 

and pray to your Father, Who is in secret. 

And your Father Who sees in secret will reward you.

7 “And when you pray, 

do not heap up empty phrases as the Gentiles do, 

for they think that they will be heard for their many words.

 8 Do not be like them, for your Father 

knows what you need before you ask Him. 

9 Pray then like this:

“Our Father in Heaven,

Hallowed 

be Your Name.

Your Kingdom come,

Your Will be done,

    on earth

 as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day

 our daily Bread,

And forgive us our trespasses,

    as we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation,

   Deliver us from evil.”

14 For if you forgive others their trespasses, 

your Heavenly Father will also forgive you.

  

  

  Exodus 3:14

God said to Moses, 

"I AM WHO I AM. 

This is what you are to say to the Israelites: 

'I AM has sent me to you.'”

  

  Hebrews 13:8 

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.

and the victory and the majesty, 

for all that is in the Heavens

the Glory

of Your Kingdom

and tell of Your Power

12 to make known 

to the children of man 

Your Mighty Deeds,

The Glorious Splendor of Your Kingdom.

Daniel 2:37

You, O King, The King of Kings, 

to Whom the God of Heaven 

has given 

The Kingdom,

 The Power, 

and the Might, 

and the Glory

Revelation 1:5-6

From Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, 

and the Ruler of the kings of the earth.

 To Him 

Who loves us 

and 

has released us 

from our sins by His blood

 

Who has made us to be a Kingdom, 

priests to His God and Father

— to Him 

be the glory and power forever and ever!

Revelation 5:13

And I heard every creature 

in Heaven 

and on earth 

and under the earth 

and in the sea, 

and all that is in them, saying: 

"To Him 

Who sits on The Throne 

and to the Lamb 

be praise and honor

 and glory and power forever and ever!"

Abba, Father God,

Dwell in us, Father.

Help the ones we Love to have You dwelling in them.

Help us to Seek You First.

And we will finish well in Jesus Christ.

Help us to see

Help us to seek

Help us to be

More Heaven upon earth.

We want to live, to speak

to see

You

and what is true, whatever is noble, 

whatever is right, 

whatever is pure, 

whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable

—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—

think about such things
