Psalm 103 ~ Bless the Lord

Medieval Ring - Jesus dwells within

Since Acts 1 - People gather to pray in the name of Jesus Christ.

Psalm 103

Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and all that is within me,
bless his holy name!
2 Bless the Lord, O my soul,
and forget not all his benefits,
3 who forgives all your iniquity,
who heals all your diseases,
4 who redeems your life from the pit,
who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,
5 who satisfies you with good
so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

6 The Lord works righteousness

and justice for all who are oppressed.

7 He made known his ways to Moses,

his acts to the people of Israel.

8 The Lord is merciful and gracious,

slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.

9 He will not always chide,

nor will he keep his anger forever.

10 He does not deal with us according to our sins,

nor repay us according to our iniquities.

11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth,

so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him;

12 as far as the east is from the west,

so far does he remove our transgressions from us.

13 As a father shows compassion to his children,

so the Lord shows compassion to those who fear him.

14 For he knows our frame;

he remembers that we are dust.

15 As for man, his days are like grass;
he flourishes like a flower of the field;
16 for the wind passes over it, and it is gone,
and its place knows it no more.
17 But the steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear him,
and his righteousness to children's children,
18 to those who keep his covenant
and remember to do his commandments.
19 The Lord has established his throne in the heavens,
and his kingdom rules over all.

20 Bless the Lord, O you his angels,
you mighty ones who do his word,
obeying the voice of his word!
21 Bless the Lord, all his hosts,
his ministers, who do his will!
22 Bless the Lord, all his works,
in all places of his dominion.
Bless the Lord, O my soul!

Renewal like the promise fulfilled of the LORD.

Ezekiel 37:9
Then he said to me, "Prophesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.'"

Joshua 1:5-9
Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you. Be strong and courageous, for you shall cause this people to inherit the land that I swore to their fathers to give them. Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law that Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go. This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

Titus 3:4-8
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us generously through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.

Traveling  the Path God has for us with Love and Forgiveness
as Jesus has shown us

This begins Holy Week. I love archaeology linking the Word of God to our God, our Father God, Ancient of Days. Everlasting God. When we pray, we are in conversation with our Father God. Abraham filled his life with prayer, so much so - that Psalm 139 God before, God within, God surrounds - surrounded Abraham in Genesis.

Prayer helps us complete our faith and connecting us to Jesus, Jesus fills us with Him and we have righteousness. We believe God because He calls us first. Prayer is the circle of love and relationship.

Abba,

Thank You for Jesus and His Love He gives me. Your Amazing Love.

You give us Relationship as You have Loved Millenniums of Your Beloved.

We pray this Easter Season is pleasing for all You have given us.

We live each day in the renewal of Your Willing Blessings. We pray for the path of Love making our Loved ones secure and on Your Path. We thank You, You hear every word. Hearing our prayers.

Thank You so much for this weekend with our family. This time was truly a Blessing and Memory of many days lived with Your Love enfolding us.

We pray daily for our concerns and find peace and joy in Your Blessings. Blessing our Nation. Blessing our world with Nations trusting the goodness of Jesus Christ.

We pray You circle the entire planet, Your Good Creation with the Blessing of more Heaven on earth, doing Your Good Will.

Bless You, Father, for what You have Given. Bless You, Father, for Your Mercy. Bless You, Father, for Your Love. Forever.

In Jesus we rejoice for His Prayers for us.

Amen Amen Amen.

Matthew 18:35, 19:1-2 ~ forgive from your heart

Matthew 18:35, 19:1-2

35 So also my heavenly Father will do to every one of you, if you do not forgive your brother from your heart.”

1 Now when Jesus had finished these sayings, he went away from Galilee and entered the region of Judea beyond the Jordan. 2 And large crowds followed him, and he healed them there.

The Scriptures are written with the Help of the Holy Spirit. Not only does the chronological report of Matthew explain what the disciple called later saw, this explains Jesus working in his soul to understand the wondrous works of God.

The Holy Spirit connects the teachings of Abba.

Forgiveness creates as circle and makes wellness, wholeness, holiness.

When the Exodus is heard about, God says some very good and memorable points about the simplification of who God is. Heartwarming and to the point. God is creating the more clear relationship.

When the Second Exodus - the Exile to Babylon occurs - God is very loquacious about what He has found to be the problems with their relationship. And the exiles work to do the goodness they honestly find in themselves and in relationship to God. The miracles are not like the Grand Exodus and are more of the nature of "Believe God. Trust God." God helps them to understand they bring His Light to the nations. Ezekiel says the goal is not just to return to Home, the goal is to build today that our works, words, deeds help us to have peace in times of peace. And to be covered in God's Mercy.  Then they return to Jerusalem with Moses made Temple Tools and a foreign Empire helping rebuild. And they begin to enact rules over relationship and work and busy-ness.

Father God lets this continue and eventually sends in His Only Son to say, see and understand the Holy Spirit and Light of the world in each soul. Now save them all through Jesus Christ. God has put enormous effort into the communication, the relationship, the sacrifice of Himself to cause the bridge. This is Father God demonstrating - His Grace. His Love. His Mercy. This is the forgiveness of God.

Father God's love - something unearned. Father God's Grace - to obtain this we need Faith. God says He alone calls this inside us to call us to Father God. Hope - the belief prayer to Father God is always working and we will always call upon Jesus the Lord for ourselves and others. Creating in us all Jesus - God of Love.

Father God,

With care and hope and faith and love, we lift up those we Love to You. Covered in the name of Jesus. You know our prayers before we speak them. We speak them to have our hearts touch Your's.

Touch those we Love with Your Love. Let Your Love warm our path and the paths of our communities, Churches, Nation. We rejoice to know 2/3rd's of the world calls You Jesus the God of Love.

Amen in our Jesus.

Psalm 91 ~ Rest in the shadow of the Almighty

Psalm 91

1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust."

3 Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare
and from the deadly pestilence.

4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,

6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.

8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.

9 If you make the Most High your dwelling—
even the LORD, who is my refuge-

10 then no harm will befall you,
no disaster will come near your tent.

11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;

12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.

13 You will tread upon the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.

14 "Because he loves me," says the LORD, "I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.

15 He will call upon me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him
and show him my salvation."

No matter where we are as we pray, our Father has 12 open Gates of Heaven. Our Father promises to hear us. Our Father wants to save the world in Jesus Christ. Our Father tells us in our heart, mind and soul - Father of mankind, Light to the world, Creator of All Things - will hear us.

If we pray on our feet, on the go, on our knees, in the car, in an elevator, in the hospital corridor - we have access to God Himself in Jesus Christ.

1 John 3

How great is the love the Father has lavished on us,
that we should be called children of God!
And that is what we are!

Abba, our Father,

With Your Blessing we are on our way up!
Seeing great sights!
We'll join the saints
who soar to high heights.

We won't lag behind, because we'll have the speed.
You'll pass the whole bang up and we'll let You have the lead.
Wherever we fly, You'll be best of the best.
Wherever we go, You will top all the rest.

And in this life
Because, sometimes, we won't.

I'm sorry to say so
but, sadly, it's true
that Bang-ups
and Hang-ups
will happen to us.

We can get all hung up
in a prickle-ly perch.
And our gang will fly on.
We'll be left in a Lurch.

And we know we will all
come down from the Lurch
and we will even leave the Slump.

We know we will all come to a place where the streets are not marked.

The windows are lighted.
Do you dare to go in?
How much can you lose? How much can you win?
With Jesus we know.

We know His Mind
We know His Promises
and we know we will Stand on His Word
and His Mercy.

And in Jesus Christ, to all a Good Day.

As Christ is our Light. Up, Up and A Way. Faith. And Love.

Each Day Renewing in Jesus Christ. Amen.

John 14:13-14 ~ the Father glorified

John 14:13-14

13 Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14 If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.

Matthew 7:7
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

John 15:16
You did not choose Me, but I chose you. And I appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will remain--so that whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.

1 John 5:14
And this is the confidence that we have before Him: If we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

Matthew 21:22
"And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive."

Mark 11:24
Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe that you have received them, and they will be granted you.

So if these are magic beans, why doesn't this work?

Would we be the first to ask Jesus this?

No, indeed not. The Disciples came to Jesus and said, roughly, to Him:

Luke 17
5 The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”

6 And the Lord said, “If you had faith like a grain of mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.

Jesus has so much personality, He answers this rather rude demand for more Power. He replies:

7 “Will any one of you who has a servant plowing or keeping sheep say to him when he has come in from the field, ‘Come at once and recline at table’? 8 Will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare supper for me, and dress properly, and serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you will eat and drink’?

9 Does he thank the servant because he did what was commanded? 10 So you also, when you have done all that you were commanded, say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done what was our duty.’”

That is very profoundly unworthy - if  anyone expects to treat God as a waiter. If despair and unhappiness are left as a wake and blithely asking Jesus to clean up sins. This will not cause the empathy of God.

Or if someone barely nods to the Lord and says, "Ok, but this is good prayer."

Or maybe these magic beans are for these particularly worthy saints. The Father needed to give them His Power to plant the Church.

Yes. Exactly.
And No.

These men put God first in their lives. What their goal was - is and was and will be - Father God's will.

The reason Jesus taught them to pray and gave them His Words:

"Thy will be done on Heaven and on earth."

John 14, 15, and 16 and 17 - The Joy of Jesus is the Hope and Future, the Today of God's Good, Good Will. The Goodness of God's Plan.

These People, Children of God, truly want to be like Isaiah, "Send me!" They Love Jesus.

They want God's Will to unfold in front of them. Wonders. Acts of God. When we Love Jesus and believe His Will is a Hope and a Future, we are these saints of God. Trusting all things interweave to work for Good for those who Love the Lord and work according to His Purpose!

The Living Word of God is for the people who look to Him. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

Jesus and His Father are still working. And we trust the Holy Spirit to be the light in all of mankind  working the Will of God to save the world through Jesus Christ.

Jordan Peterson, Ben Shapiro, Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report have said if we take the ideas and the time phases where these ideas are prevalent: Nietzsche, Jung, Nihilism, Totalitarianism it would boil down to this - not to be too religious - the bottom line is mankind's DNA has moral worth and we are picking with every choice - Heaven or hell.

And then we are saying the Rock of our Foundation is our Father. Our hope for redemption and for hope itself - is from God in Jesus. And His Holy Spirit dwelling in mankind and in our loved ones. In ourselves to fuel those around us.  To lift each other up, instead of pulling them down.

Father God,

When we remember Your Words,

We know thanksgiving is what You love. Even in hard circumstance, to find Your actions, what You are doing and how the day and the time will lead us to grow up and go Home to You.

Our Daily Thanksgiving is a fragrant offering, a sacrifice acceptable and pleasing to You, Father God.

Your kindness has tolerance, and patience. In genuine sincerity, we are to walk the path and all grace abounds, in all things, at all times, having all that we need, we will abound in every good work.

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things, we will live in peace.

In looking to do Your good will, You will supply every need of ours according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. We pray this for the people we love, we carry our love for them in our souls and pray for Jesus to help us move, carry, encourage, and persevere to the Joy of Jesus. We pray for our communities, Churches, jobs and Nation. The troubles of believers around the world, Isis and asking tender hearts for the Lord.

And we will be joyful. For to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.

2 Chronicles 14 ~ Valor

2 Chronicles 14

14 Abijah slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David.

And Asa his son reigned in his place. In his days the land had rest for ten years. 2 And Asa did what was good and right in the eyes of the Lord his God. 3 He took away the foreign altars and the high places and broke down the pillars and cut down the Asherim 4 and commanded Judah to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, and to keep the law and the commandment.

5 He also took out of all the cities of Judah the high places and the incense altars. And the kingdom had rest under him. 6 He built fortified cities in Judah, for the land had rest. He had no war in those years, for the Lord gave him peace.

7 And he said to Judah, “Let us build these cities and surround them with walls and towers, gates and bars. The land is still ours, because we have sought the Lord our God. We have sought him, and he has given us peace on every side.” So they built and prospered. 8 And Asa had an army of 300,000 from Judah, armed with large shields and spears, and 280,000 men from Benjamin that carried shields and drew bows. All these were mighty men of valor.

9 Zerah the Ethiopian came out against them with an army of a million men and 300 chariots, and came as far as Mareshah.

10 And Asa went out to meet him, and they drew up their lines of battle in the Valley of Zephathah at Mareshah.

11 And Asa cried to the Lord his God, “O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.”

12 So the Lord defeated the Ethiopians before Asa and before Judah, and the Ethiopians fled.

13 Asa and the people who were with him pursued them as far as Gerar, and the Ethiopians fell until none remained alive, for they were broken before the Lord and his army. The men of Judah carried away very much spoil. 14 And they attacked all the cities around Gerar, for the fear of the Lord was upon them. They plundered all the cities, for there was much plunder in them. 15 And they struck down the tents of those who had livestock and carried away sheep in abundance and camels.

Then they returned to Jerusalem.

When we look at the Story of the Kings of Judah and Israel - we find our own stories. When Israel has peace, Israel believes the Promises of God. Be it 910-869 B.C. or 1967 A.D. Israel.

So a million warriors in the Bible, huh? Yes. Miraculous God does Amazing Wonders.

God has graciously given us the Archaeological Evidence of Asa and the war. Tel Dan Steele.

Psalm 81

1 Sing aloud to God our strength; shout for joy to the God of Jacob!

2 Raise a song; sound the tambourine, the sweet lyre with the harp. 3 Blow the trumpet at the new moon, at the full moon,
on our feast day.

4 For it is a statute for Israel, a rule of the God of Jacob. 5 He made it a decree in Joseph when he went out over the land of Egypt. I hear a language I had not known: 6 "I relieved your shoulder of the burden; your hands were freed from the basket. 7 In distress you called, and I delivered you; I answered you in the secret place of thunder;

I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah

8 Hear, O my people, while I admonish you! O Israel, if you would but listen to me!

9 There shall be no strange god among you; you shall not bow down to a foreign god. 10 I am the LORD your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.

Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it. 11 "But my people did not listen to my voice; Israel would not submit to me.

12 So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts, to follow their own counsels. 13 Oh, that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways! 14 I would soon subdue their enemies and turn my hand against their foes. 15 Those who hate the LORD would cringe toward him, and their fate would last forever.

16 But he would feed you with the finest of the wheat, and with honey from the rock I would satisfy you."

Isn't it wonderful to celebrate the Glories of God?

God who saw His Creation as Good 10 times in Genesis 1 and 2. God, our Almighty God speaks of yesterday, today and tomorrow.

God who raised up David out of so many terrible times. David's  22 years of endurance to believe with awe and wonder of the Love, Mercy and Tender Compassion of God.

Abijah's success against every effort by Israeli Jeroboam to defeat him. "Judah prevailed because they relied upon the Lord God of their fathers." (2 Chr. 13:18) God gave the Kingdom to David and his descendants (1 Chr. 17:14) by a covenant of salt, meaning, of permanence. (Leviticus 2:13)

Isaiah worked so diligently and in his 3rd King, found Hezekiah to be like Asa - rejecting even his own father's idea to reject the Temple of God (to break down the gold and be a puppet state of Assyria) - Hezekiah Gloried in the Temple of God. Hezekiah Gloried in the Word of God. And in this faith - built up - what we can even see in Israel today of the Glories of this faith. Hezekiah probably came close to surpassing the amazing reign of Solomon.

We see the Old Testament with so many battles blending together, we forget to see - The Glory. The Victory of Faith. The call to be community believing the Word of God. Jesus Manifest.

The Glory of Josiah and the wonder of attaining a Book of the Old Testament.

The wonder of David to be considered by the Almighty God.

The Glories of Faith are in Chapters and Chapters of the Bible - never to forget - Faith is Life. Way, Truth and Life.

Good News. The Real Glories of God are Incredible and God is for you.

Father God, our Abba,

We pray for safe travel as our family will gather this week.

Thanksgiving for all the mighty works of the Scriptures with all the threads God pulls together in answered prayer. All these threads becoming the Hem of His Robe - filling our heart, mind and soul with His Glory - in our wonder.

May The Blessing of OUr Father God, Himself, Alpha and Omega, Ancient of Days, Merciful and Mighty God of All be your blessing and for those you love. For His Mighty Love to warm this Nation each day.

For all the Nations who Trust in Him to have His own Peace. And the Comfort of our Helper to be int he hearts and prayers of those asking in God's favor for more Heaven on earth.

Blessed Be our Jesus Christ - Savior. Amen!!!

Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
