I've been asked if we will always dwell on Political Opinions. No. 

This time is a different time than your average "Ordinary Time",  people are deeply concerned with the larger movements of life when Pandemic occurs. During World War I and World War II, the bombs dropped and after the hostilities ceased, people lost faith.  And our last Pandemic was during a World War. 

 Addressing the concerns of the people surrounding us, to uplift us is what we hope to hear from Father God.

The United States Congress

Let's remember, although we have the parties disparaging each other to a new level, with "Covid brains", we had 4 years of enormous goodness for ALL. This is saying the Congress and the Presidential level worked well together. Politico leans left and listed 238 accomplishments have been achieved in record numbers for 4 years. A working Legislature and Presidential Branch. Delving into the policies carried out by the Branches of Government. Very interesting about 150 paragraphs of in-depth reading.

There are all types of Alarmist News. 

Alarmist news is spread to gain economic advantage. Clickbait.

And then again, we don't want to be quiet when we need with great importance to speak up.

And Proverbs 31, we have to speak up for all the afflicted, especially those who can't speak for themselves. It is a call of God. Real and Really. We daily act as more Heaven on earth, being positive, and not harsh, we can find Pandemic fears will resolve much faster.

A few years back, my brother took me to Washington D.C. for my birthday.

 My brother, my niece and I walked about 15 miles a day, or more, seeing all the sights as slowly as possible. The first evening, we were tired and hailed a cab. My brother loves cabs and cab drivers for being interesting. That night the cab driver was from the area outside of Houston where we live. And we all felt joyous about that. And as we talked about the vast changes of what was and what is. The Cab Driver asked us to allow him to give the tour around the United States Congressional Building and surrounding area. And we drove past well-maintained buildings, but not large apartments and not flashy. And Our Neighbor Cab Driver pulled over and said before he let us out, did we know what all the Apartment Buildings were? I offered up aids to Congress. No, the rent would be high for a typical staff person. The Apartments are filled with the People of Congress, not flashy, not in your face, who maintain a family home in their home state and in their duty to their people, keep costs down and have an apartment nearby to Congress. I'd like to add, there are many, many, many buildings.

Talking Points, Talking Heads

When you think of how many people give interviews for the House and the Senate, remember the calm, cool, logical people are more interested in building working relationships and advancing the Nation. Congress has 535 people elected. We didn't even hear from more than 35 to 45 people in the whole year 2020.

The Most incredible rhetoric of politics is being given by the usual sources for clickbait. The incredible rhetoric people don't have the influence, means or longstanding. Even the Speaker of the House rolls her eyes at the drama.  Historically, Pandemic makes chickens run around screaming for bad, terrible, awful, no-good, not going to happen things. Okey Dokey.

Write and send an email.

And the logical, hardworking Elected Officials want to hear what their constituents are thinking. Politely is far better. Makes one credible. Short emails work fine. Shout out to Texas, Y'all are doing Super Fine. Thanks. Louisiana, Howdy Neighbor. 

And the nice thing about the Truth, you see how the Truth fits together.

Despite the news telling us the Sky is falling, we have Space Force and many people - who are very normal, want to be elected to The United States Congress. People aren't running from the building screaming. Remember Congress has 495 Normal People.  Like the Police Department. And the Supreme Court. About like Life really works. 

The Real Bottom Line

The Financial Analysts (who have to be great at their jobs or lose them) look at this and the Stock Market is going up as all types of junk is being said in the clickbait news. Basketball = hips. Let's fix clickbait. Oh, Lord Jesus. The truth is, We (all) the People control the ratings.  and we need to support real news.  The truth is We (all) the People control the Social Media and publicly held companies by our patronage. Put your life, your money, your attention where God leads you in His Righteousness.

Let the same ol' news of same ol' outrage, just let it flow by like the river. Don't click to it.

Philippians 4:4-7

4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, rejoice.

but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving

Now, let's look at the Exodus and pray as we do - to leave "Pandemic Historically off brain" behind and get to peace and joy in Jesus Christ.

Psalm 78:1-39

1 Give ear, O my people, to my teaching;
incline your ears to the words of my mouth!
2 I will open my mouth in a parable;
I will utter dark sayings from of old,
3 things that we have heard and known,
that our fathers have told us.

4 We will not hide them from their children,
but tell to the coming generation
the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might,
and the wonders that he has done.

The name of the city Jacob-El was recorded for the first time in Thutmose’s III era.

Thutmose III actually created Egypt’s wealth. Thutmose III possessed the archetypal qualities of a great ruler. A brilliant general who never lost a battle, he also excelled as an administrator and statesman. 1479 – 1425 BC

 
Yahweh was also recorded for the first time during Thutmose III.

Thutmose III was like Charlemagne. He is the most famous of the Pharaohs. And his ring and a plan for a Temple he was interested in are in the Houston Natural Museum of Science on the 6th floor.

Ramses II spent Egypt’s wealth on massive building projects where as Thutmose III actually created Egypt’s wealth.

During this time period, according to Egyptian historical documentation, Israel was not a recorded as a name, the people were recorded as hyksos.
On a statue of Amenhotep III (monotheistic Pharoah) at Kom el Hetan is Amenhotep’s funeral statue and on the base of the statue is Joseph-el.

1. In Ramses II's topographical list (ca.1275 BC) the place-name "Jacob-El" (#9) appears again (ANET 1969, 242; Simons 1937). The first appearance was in Thutmose III's list. This means that this city of Jacob has been around for two hundred years. Another interesting name that was found is yhw which is "Yahweh" in Hebrew (Horn 1953, 201; Giveon 1964, 244).
2. It seems abundantly clear from all these topographical lists concerning Canaan that the Hebrews were in Canaan at this time, but they did not use the name "Israel" until there league of tribes was well formed by the time of Merneptah.

9 The Ephraimites, armed with the bow,
turned back on the day of battle.

Yet He, being compassionate,
atoned for their iniquity

Proverbs 31:1-9 ~ the rights of ALL the afflicted

 

Proverbs 31:1-9 

The words of King Lemuel. An oracle that his mother taught him:

2 What are you doing, my son? What are you doing, son of my womb?

    What are you doing, son of my vows?

3 Do not give your strength to women,

    your ways to those who destroy kings.

4 It is not for kings, O Lemuel,

    it is not for kings to drink wine,

    or for rulers to take strong drink,

5 lest they drink and forget what has been decreed

    and pervert the rights of all the afflicted.

6 Give strong drink to the one who is perishing,

    and wine to those in bitter distress;

7 let them drink and forget their poverty

    and remember their misery no more.

8 Open your mouth for the mute,

    for the rights of all who are destitute.

9 Open your mouth, judge righteously,

    defend the rights of the poor and needy.

The Babylonian Talmud (Tractate Aboth, Chapter 5) says six names were given to Solomon:

Solomon, Jedidiah, Qoheleth, Ben Iokoh, Agur,

and Lemuel.

King Lemuel — David's son is “Towards God” or “For God.”

Marriages and Nations. Both require work.

If a couple decides to stay married for five years, a dedication to being married, the marriage in great probability will work. A High Percentage Success Rate.  Not always in great speed, but with a lot of dedication and care.

Covid

Covid - taking all the logic we have and being rude to each other and make sure our slice of life looks bigger, is heftier and looks spiffier. Not considering the normal-looking person speaking has stress brain fall out.

Reported today is the warm comfort of Back to the Future, 2015.  The arguments are the same, the stereotypes are cast and the news will repeat. Na.  This is a different season and stereotypes are not going to make this warm and better.

James Dobson wrote a book called, "Tough Love." 

Overcoming dog paths and stereotypes to find Peace and Love.

The main story of the book is working past the broken down stereotypes of repeat sound bites and imagery. Taking all the time required putting the Healing of the Whole People and getting past anger and illogical speaking. Anger can create whims not supported with logic statements and are made in discord. Threats seek to be heard and win because the angry and impassioned know best. 

Proverbs makes a point, even anger and harsh talk can be mistaken as substance. Be clear-headed.

Several key points to consider for redeeming broken down communication:

Let Love be Genuine. Speak the truth, in love.

James 1:20

man's anger does not produce the Righteousness of God

Believe God backs a good cause and wouldn't use a harsh reply. Explain your mercy. Not the same old reasons. Explain. Find why your reason is merciful and blesses the afflicted. 

You don't necessarily have to be part of a huge, angry debate.

Proverbs 31 doesn't say carry a sign. 

Doesn't say go walking about. Proverbs 31 says, "Speak Up." And Up is a Key Point in your words. Don't be silent. Don't spend your words without effort. Communicate most courteously with your Legislature, State and National. Be pleased for polite.

Keep speaking up, to the people elected to make changes. 

Logic. Several times Proverbs teaches about sobriety. Angry people are easier to ignore and not always in their most convincing or sober moments. Scriptures tell us anger is fleeting. Anger is a huge topic in the Scriptures and says anger can be dismissed.  

Frame your words with Mercy.

Abba, Father God,

May the words of my mouth,

the meditations of my heart

be pleasing in Your Sight,

Oh Lord,

My Rock and My Redeemer.

Father God,

We ask in the Highest Name of Jesus,

You would be a restorer of Life and nourisher.

Hosea 6:6

For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, 

and the knowledge of God 

rather than burnt offerings.

  And what does the Lord require of you?

To act justly 

and 

to love mercy

    and 

to walk humbly with your God.

We invite You, Father God,

to know us and dwell in us.

You are the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Know all of us completely.

Help the Light of mankind, Jesus Christ to Shine.

To calm and heal the enormous upset in the world of Covid minds.

To renew our mind and spirit

to be Your Holy Spirit.

Fill us with the Love found in Jesus Christ,

every day of our lives to eternity.

Help us all to have Good Health

and to love ourselves without

perverting the rights of all the afflicted.

Love is genuine and sincere.

Love ourselves with strength to give to others.

You Are the Good Shepherd.

Help us, Father God.

Ruth 4 ~ He shall be to you a restorer of life and a nourisher

Boaz 4

Now Boaz had gone up to the gate and sat down there. 

And behold, the redeemer, of whom Boaz had spoken, came by. So Boaz said, “Turn aside, friend; sit down here.” And he turned aside and sat down. 2 And he took ten men of the elders of the city and said, “Sit down here.” So they sat down. 3 Then he said to the redeemer, “Naomi, who has come back from the country of Moab, is selling the parcel of land that belonged to our relative Elimelech. 4 So I thought I would tell you of it and say, ‘Buy it in the presence of those sitting here and in the presence of the elders of my people.’ If you will redeem it, redeem it. But if you will not, tell me, that I may know, for there is no one besides you to redeem it, and I come after you.” And he said, “I will redeem it.” 

5 Then Boaz said, “The day you buy the field from the hand of Naomi, you also acquire Ruth the Moabite, the widow of the dead, in order to perpetuate the name of the dead in his inheritance.” 

6 Then the redeemer said, “I cannot redeem it for myself, lest I impair my own inheritance. Take my right of redemption yourself, for I cannot redeem it.” 7 Now this was the custom in former times in Israel concerning redeeming and exchanging: to confirm a transaction, the one drew off his sandal and gave it to the other, and this was the manner of attesting in Israel

. 8 So when the redeemer said to Boaz, “Buy it for yourself,” he drew off his sandal. 

9 Then Boaz said to the elders and all the people, “You are witnesses this day that I have bought from the hand of Naomi all that belonged to Elimelech and all that belonged to Chilion and to Mahlon. 

10 Also Ruth the Moabite, the widow of Mahlon, I have bought to be my wife, to perpetuate the name of the dead in his inheritance, that the name of the dead may not be cut off from among his brothers and from the gate of his native place. You are witnesses this day.” 

11 Then all the people who were at the gate and the elders said, “We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman, who is coming into your house, like Rachel and Leah, who together built up the house of Israel. May you act worthily in Ephrathah and be renowned in Bethlehem, 12 and may your house be like the house of Perez, whom Tamar bore to Judah, because of the offspring that the Lord will give you by this young woman.”

13 So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife. And he went in to her, and the Lord gave her conception, and she bore a son. 

14 Then the women said to Naomi, “Blessed be the Lord, who has not left you this day without a redeemer, and may his name be renowned in Israel! 15 He shall be to you a restorer of life and a nourisher of your old age, for your daughter-in-law who loves you, who is more to you than seven sons, has given birth to him.”

 16 Then Naomi took the child and laid him on her lap and became his nurse. 17 And the women of the neighborhood gave him a name, saying, “A son has been born to Naomi.” They named him Obed. He was the father of Jesse, the father of David.

18 Now these are the generations of Perez: Perez fathered Hezron, 19 Hezron fathered Ram, Ram fathered Amminadab, 20 Amminadab fathered Nahshon, Nahshon fathered Salmon, 21 Salmon fathered Boaz, Boaz fathered Obed, 22 Obed fathered Jesse, and Jesse fathered David.

The events of this Bible Chapter caused the Temple Pillars to be called Boaz.  A Pillar of all God's Heart and Love.

If you combine Ruth 4, the story of a foreigner God chose to be Jesus' ancestor, this would complete the command of go forth and be Fruitful.  To die with leaving Love behind. To hope for Reunion. Having the Fruit of the Spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience.

God the Nourisher. Begins with an older woman who calls herself Worthy. No. The woman who calls herself 'Blessed' among His people. Absolutely the opposite, she calls herself "Mara", Bitter. And wouldn't we do well to say:

  

James 1:20

For man's anger does not accomplish God's righteousness. 

I was speaking to a man who doesn't consider himself to be part of mainstream, what he calls "Religion." He says to be in a star filled, quiet sky is to know the weight of the History of the world and to the vast mystery of the Universe. To know you are God's Child.  Bitterness would cut you off from feeling so Blessed. 

And here trudges Mara, actually Naomi. She has lost what she has Loved. Surrendered her husband, her sons, most of their wives. Starved out of Israel, starved out of Moab and selling her family lands. Without Ruth, she would have no one.

The Scriptures being alive, repeat and repeat. Where would we find Ruth 4?

We often picture Jesus as the Lamb of God and think of the lost Sheep as being a Lamb. Not so. Even a Mara aged Sheep.

Luke 15:3–7

Then Jesus told them this parable: 

“Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’"

God has worked past Mara/Naomi's Bitterness. God has a policy. Save the world in Jesus Christ. God has a policy. Prayer - Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 12 Gates of Heaven, 12 Huge Single Pearls, Open at all times. God gives us His only Son, Jesus Christ.  God sees us coming Home and runs to us, to put a Robe of His Righteousness on us and the ring of His Finger.

 She walks past the desert. Mara/Naomi waits to announce she is Bitter upon walking past the farms and houses of women she has known all her life with husband, children, grandchildren. She had tried to save Ruth from the desert and to send her home with people and opportunities. Mara/Naomi has announced she is weary.  And does not prepare in herself to find Good Deeds. Or a Hope or a Future. 

 Galatians 6:9 

Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time 

we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.

Mara/Naomi has shown Mercy at a crucial time to Ruth. Even if it was in hopelessness and depression of mourning her lost family. She has done so with goodness and without thought of her reward.  Like The Gospel of Matthew, a personal God is revealed from generations of Fathers, the Nativity Story is just a personal story of a worldwide Salvation.

Matthew 24:40-41 

Then two men will be in the field; one will be taken and one left. 

Two women will be grinding oat at the mill; one will be taken and one left.

Where else would this Bible set of events point us?

The widow of Nain.

 Jesus was followed by a great crowd on a walk in the wilderness. And Jesus reached out and touched the bier of the dead son. He didn't even put His body on the dead one as Elijah had done. Jesus is proving Life, even when only death seems possible. The joy of the widow of Nain doesn't just merely flip to the Next Chapter of the Gospels. The widow of Nain was given Salvation. God said it is not good in His Good Creation to walk alone. The situation in Ruth explains the joy of the widow of Nain. 

Despite her Bitterness, Naomi has given Mercy.

Micah 6

  With what shall I come before the Lord

    and bow down before the exalted God?

Shall I come before him with burnt offerings,

    with calves a year old?

7 Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams,

    with ten thousand rivers of olive oil?

Shall I offer my firstborn for my transgression,

    the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.

    And what does the Lord require of you?

To act justly 

and 

to love mercy

    and 

to walk humbly with your God.

Deuteronomy 10:12

And now, O Israel, what does the LORD your God ask of you but to fear the LORD your God 

by walking in all His ways, 

to love Him,

 to serve the LORD your God 

with all your heart and with all your soul

Proverbs 21:3

To do righteousness and justice is more desirable to the LORD than sacrifice.

Isaiah 57:15

For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, 

whose name is Holy: 

"I dwell in a high and holy place, 

and 

with the oppressed and humble in spirit, 

to restore the spirit of the lowly 

and 

revive the heart of the contrite.

Hosea 6:6

For I desire mercy, not sacrifice, 

and the knowledge of God 

rather than burnt offerings.

Hosea 12:6

But you must return to your God, 

maintaining love and justice, 

and 

always waiting on your God.

Amos 5:24

But let justice roll on like a river, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream.

Zechariah 7:9

This is what the LORD Almighty said: 'Administer true justice; 

show mercy 

and 

compassion to one another.'

To what will we relate this Miracle?

1 The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.

2 Abraham was the father of Isaac, and Isaac the father of Jacob, and Jacob the father of Judah and his brothers, 3 and Judah the father of Perez and Zerah by Tamar, and Perez the father of Hezron, and Hezron the father of Ram, 4 and Ram the father of Amminadab, and Amminadab the father of Nahshon, and Nahshon the father of Salmon, 5 and Salmon the father of Boaz by Rahab, and Boaz the father of Obed by Ruth, and Obed the father of Jesse, 6 and Jesse the father of David the king.

And David was the father of Solomon by the wife of Uriah, 7 and Solomon the father of Rehoboam, and Rehoboam the father of Abijah, and Abijah the father of Asaph, 8 and Asaph the father of Jehoshaphat, and Jehoshaphat the father of Joram, and Joram the father of Uzziah, 9 and Uzziah the father of Jotham, and Jotham the father of Ahaz, and Ahaz the father of Hezekiah, 10 and Hezekiah the father of Manasseh, and Manasseh the father of Amos, and Amos the father of Josiah, 11 and Josiah the father of Jechoniah and his brothers, at the time of the deportation to Babylon.

12 And after the deportation to Babylon: Jechoniah was the father of Shealtiel, and Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel, 13 and Zerubbabel the father of Abiud, and Abiud the father of Eliakim, and Eliakim the father of Azor, 14 and Azor the father of Zadok, and Zadok the father of Achim, and Achim the father of Eliud, 15 and Eliud the father of Eleazar, and Eleazar the father of Matthan, and Matthan the father of Jacob, 16 and Jacob the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.

17 So all the generations from Abraham to David were fourteen generations, and from David to the deportation to Babylon fourteen generations, and from the deportation to Babylon to the Christ fourteen generations.

18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child from the Holy Spirit. 19 And her husband Joseph, being a just man and unwilling to put her to shame, resolved to divorce her quietly. 20 But as he considered these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, “Joseph, son of David, do not fear to take Mary as your wife, for that which is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins.” 22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet:

23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son,

    and they shall call his name Immanuel”

(which means, God with us). 24 When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, 25 but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. 

And he called his name Jesus.

Abba, Father God,

Dwell in us richly, daily and fill us. 

When we are weary, walking in the desert of our lives

help us find more Heaven to give on earth.

To be more Heaven on earth.

We invite You, Father God,

to know us and dwell in us.

You are the Way, the Truth and the Life.

Know all of us completely.

Help the Light of mankind, Jesus Christ to Shine.

To calm and heal the enormous upset in the world of Covid minds.

To renew our mind and spirit

to be Your Holy Spirit.

Fill us with the Love found in Jesus Christ,

every day of our lives to eternity.

We Thank You for the Glories we have seen in our Life Time.

Draw us in to Gratitude each day.

Lift us from worries to

Worship and Love You

to Spread Love to all of Your Good Creation.

Delight in us as You have delighted to look into mankind

Jesus delights in His Father for His Master Workmanship.

In Your Mercy, forgive us what is Trespass

and we forgive Trespass.

And in the Highest Name of Jesus,

we will expect Your Willing Mercies and Wonders.
