Isaiah 12:1-6 ~ I will trust

Isaiah 12:1-6

You will say in that day:
“I will give thanks to you, O Lord, for though you were angry with me, your anger turned away, that you might comfort me.

“Behold, God is my salvation;
I will trust,
and will not be afraid;
for the Lord God is
my strength and my song,
and he
has become my salvation.”

With joy, you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

And you will say in that day:
“Give thanks to the Lord, call upon his name,
make known his deeds among the peoples,
proclaim that his name is exalted.

“Sing praises to the Lord,
for he has done gloriously;
let this be made known in all the earth".

I love this art of Jesus. Jesus Living Water in the water. Jesus in Life - Jesus calls Joy. Jesus welcoming the child the Disciples thought would waste His schedule and time.
Jesus Loves the Disciples.
We are the Beloved of Jesus.
Jesus Joy.

Jesus was always appropriate. Always in thought for His Father. Jesus in Proverbs 8 delights in mankind and plans to put the Holy Spirit inside of believers. Jesus Living Water. A two by two plan. Place the Holy Spirit in mankind God loves so well.. A new earth - but two by two - a new Heaven. God the Father is given to by His Son. A New Heaven.

Jesus sends the 72 Disciples out two by two. Jesus arrives in John 1 as two by two. With John the Baptist.

John the Baptist has a ministry that looks much like the Prophets of the Old Testament.

When we see Jesus Christ.
We see the Son of God speaks of the Bible, with unique Authority of the Son of God in His Father's House. We find Jesus telling the Truth. Speaking to all. And displaying what Isaiah saw.

Jesus bore our diseases and healed our infirmities. The Old Testament shows us Elijah pressed and hunkered down in a cave. Worried to magnificently do the Will of God. Jesus tells us He is the Bridegroom. He is healing. And three times in the New Testament we see "Jesus healed them all."

Only in the Ministry of Jesus do we see the phrase the Disciples used in the Road to Emmaus.
"All of Israel knows." All the people coming from every quarter to see Jesus. Because there is nothing like Jesus. The Love and Healing God has revealed in Jesus and His Mercy. His Truth. His Life. Multitudes and Multitudes fill the Temple because Jesus is Alive. Alive Today. Alive.

As John the Baptist passed from life to eternity, we see Jesus feeding the multitudes. The Son of God feeding the multitudes by the Power and Word of God beside the Sea of Galilee. If we apply the magnitude of what Jesus is able to accomplish - in this delight of His mankind - His Beloved Children - as Jesus fed the Multitude - it's possible - Jesus could have walked on the Sea of Galilee that evening - because the Sea of Galilee was Living Water supporting the Living Water of God - His Only Son Jesus Christ.

This is the Level of Joy - God the Father would see in the Love and Mercy of Jesus.

This is the Alpha and Omega of God. Almighty God. This is the God of Love and Encouragement we put our faith in.

Abba,

More Jesus. More Holy Spirit. More Joy.

Abba we trust You with our cares.
Abba we trust You with our dearly held Love ones.
Abba we trust You with the people You Give us.
Abba we trust You with today, we trust You with tomorrow.

We are the people who will rest tonight safely.
We are the people who will rise up to the Work You give us.
We are the people You nourish in the Holy Spirit.
We are Joyful to be Your Beloved.

Thank You, Abba, to care for the people who delight You.
We see two solar flares. Five Hurricanes. Terrible flooding. Fires in the United States.

We believe You have a Plan. And as we trust in You,
we can do all things in Jesus Christ.

We have seen Amazing Grace during the flood of Houston.
We are seeing Amazing Grace caring for those in recovery.
We Thank You for the Holy Spirit You display in this time.

The Father still at work. With His Son Jesus. Joy.

Amen and Amen Father God for Jesus and the people with Your Holy Spirit. Amen.

Psalm 8 ~ Your Glory in the heavens and the work of Your fingers

Psalm 8

A Psalm of David.

1 LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!
You have set your glory in the heavens.

2 Through the praise of children and infants you have established a stronghold against your enemies,  to silence the foe and the avenger.

3 When I consider your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place,

4 What is mankind that you are mindful of them, human beings that you care for them?

5 You have made them a little lower than the angels and crowned them with glory and honor.

6 You made them rulers over the works of your hands; you put everything under their feet:
7 all flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild, 8 the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea,
all that swim the paths of the seas.

9 LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name in all the earth!

2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

The Prodigal Son is our Story.
God has put in His Plan for our Hope and Future. The ability to be exactly who we are to show God what we will do with the Talents He has given us. What we will do with - today.

Last week I was up early with an old Jackson dog calling for attention for being elderly. The sunrise was both beautiful and ordinary. Life was exciting to see the sun come up. To be enjoying the beauty of a new day. For the old dog to still be lumbering along and equally enjoying the new morning and the beautiful and ordinary sunrise. Breakfast would be with those I love. God's Mercy was spiritual, physical and emotionally Renewing.

I was reminded to take hold of each moment of Beauty and Glory. The rest of the day was tremendous rain, but I'd seen an hour of beautiful sun rising up. And the rain was welcomed as freezing temperatures would be arriving during the week. The rain bolstering the Wonderous Pine Forest of the Gulf of Mexico stretching from East Texas to the Atlantic shores of South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.

And all of this is an analogy for being grateful for what God is doing in our lives. And with Gratitude having Thanksgiving pour into us to be reminded of the Larger Picture and Plan God has for us. In our beautiful and ordinary moments.

Father God has given us this tremendous freedom to make of our Lives what we will. Ordinary days the Scriptures tell us Angels have longed to look into the Salvation God brings us. And Angels are perfectly suited to being messengers of God Himself. God places in each of us a desire to do what He would want us to do. To lean into the gifts and talents our Loving Father God has given us.

Gratitude holds no regrets. And is fuel for the day.

Our Abba,

You alone are the LORD. You made the heavens, even the highest heavens, and all their starry host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them. You give life to everything, and the multitudes of heaven worship you.

You are God of all grace, calling us to Your glory in Christ eternal.

You will, Yourself, restore us and make us strong, firm and steadfast. Renewing us daily.

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow, You are for us. Cover us, the ones we Love and You Love with the Strong Name of Jesus. Covering all of us, the world You will save in Jesus Christ. Knowing we are very Blessed in Jesus.

Being blessed knowing all the world prays for more of Your Heaven on earth. Amen.

Psalm 91:4 ~ He will cover you

Psalm 91:4

He will cover you with his pinions,

and under his wings you will find refuge;

his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

Jesus longed to hold His People in His arms. What does it look like to be held and covered as if God covers us in His Wings.

Jesus is the exact representation of His Father.

Luke 5

7 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. 8When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees. “Go away from me, Lord,” he said, “for I am a sinful man.” 9For he and his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken.

Jesus did the Will of God. Jesus would expect Peter to continue in God's Will.

There were 10 lepers healed. 1 turned back to give thanks. How many people Jesus healed do we know their name?

Mark 10:46-52 Where the walls fall

46 And they came to Jericho.
And as he was leaving Jericho with his disciples and a great crowd, Bartimaeus, a blind beggar, the son of Timaeus, was sitting by the roadside. 47 And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out and say, “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!” 48 And many rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” 49 And Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” And they called the blind man, saying to him, “Take heart. Get up; he is calling you.” 50 And throwing off his cloak, he sprang up and came to Jesus. 51 And Jesus said to him, “What do you want me to do for you?” And the blind man said to him, “Rabbi, let me recover my sight.”

52 And Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your faith has made you well.”

And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him on the way.

We also know the name of Simeon, for recognizing the Glory of God in Jesus Christ.

Luke 2

25 Now there was a man in Jerusalem named Simeon, who was righteous and devout. He was waiting for the consolation of Israel, and the Holy Spirit was upon him. 26 The Holy Spirit had revealed to him that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. 27 Led by the Spirit, he went into the temple courts. And when the parents brought in the child Jesus to do for Him what was customary under the Law, 28 Simeon took Him in his arms and praised God, saying:

29“Sovereign Lord, as You have promised,
You now dismiss Your servant in peace.
30For my eyes have seen Your salvation,
31which You have prepared in the sight of all people,
32a light for revelation to the Gentiles,
and for glory to Your people Israel.”

Jesus healed privately for kindness. Jesus healed the deaf man with privacy.

We know who supported Jesus on Good Friday.
Simon a Cyrenian
Near the cross of Jesus
Mary stood,
His mother's sister, Mary the wife of Clopas,
and Mary Magdalene.
John the Beloved Disciple.
Joseph of Arimathea
Nicodemus

And they stood for Jesus Christ because as the only Son of God they knew His faithfulness. God gave the Law through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

God's Word Promises He knows the number of hairs on our head. Zacchaeus the Tax Collector climbed a tree to be recognized by Jesus Christ from the crowd. God waits for us as the Prodigal Father to recognize Him in our lives.

Jesus came for more than the blind, the deaf, the lame and the poor - Jesus came to heal and save us all. Jesus is for you.

Isaiah 55

1 "Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters; and he who has no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without price. 2 Why do you spend your money for that which is not bread, and your labor for that which does not satisfy? Listen diligently to me, and eat what is good, and delight yourselves in rich food. 3 Incline your ear, and come to me; hear, that your soul may live; and I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my steadfast, sure love for David. 4 Behold, I made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander for the peoples. 5 Behold, you shall call a nation that you do not know, and a nation that did not know you shall run to you,
because of the LORD your God, and of the Holy One of Israel,
for he has glorified you.

Abba,

You have Blessed us. We have been carried all our lives by Your Love, Mercy, Comfort and Teaching.

We will remember just one of Your Mercies and have Thanksgiving.

Blessed be the Name of God, Our Father. Blessed be the Highest Name of Jesus. Who gives us the Holy Spirit who understands the Power, Glory - God's Love to know merely by asking the Holy Spirit of Jesus to dwell in us - He Will. And Jesus is our Hope and Future.

Merely by asking in the Name of Jesus. Because of His Word. The Promise of God.

All who seek God find Him.

When we call upon the Name of Jesus, we are saved.

We call on the Name of Jesus for ourselves, for our Loved ones. Just as the people lowered the man through the roof - we Know we will have Your Love and Mercy.

Jesus Christ cover us for this Nation. For all the Nations trusting in Jesus. For all the Beloved of God, pleasing Him for asking more Heaven upon earth.

Covered in Jesus Christ. Blessed Immeasurably.

Amen in Jesus.

Job 37:5-7

5 God thunders wondrously with his voice;
he does great things that we cannot comprehend.
6 For to the snow he says, ‘Fall on the earth,’
likewise to the downpour,
his mighty downpour.
7 He seals up the hand of every man,
that all men whom he made may know it.

Job 38:21-23

21 Surely you know, for you were already born!
You have lived so many years!

22 “Have you entered the storehouses of the snow
or seen the storehouses of the hail,
23 which I reserve for times of trouble,
for days of war and battle?

Isaiah 13:4

Psalm 40 ~ trust in the Lord †

David lived in Ziklag - so awful - it couldn't be a cave - it's more of a natural ditch. This is where his family was kidnapped. While David was out earning a living as a mercenary.

Psalm 40

To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.

1 I waited patiently for the LORD; he inclined to me and heard my cry.

2 He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure.

3 He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God.

Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.

4 Blessed is the man who makes the LORD his trust, who does not turn to the proud, to those who go astray after a lie!

5 You have multiplied, O LORD my God, your wondrous deeds and your thoughts toward us; none can compare with you!

I will proclaim and tell of them, yet they are more than can be told.

6 In sacrifice and offering you have not delighted,
but you have given me an open ear.
Burnt offering and sin offering you have not required.

7 Then I said, "Behold, I have come; in the scroll of the book it is written of me: 8 I delight to do your will, O my God; your law is within my heart." 9 I have told the glad news of deliverance in the great congregation; behold, I have not restrained my lips, as you know, O LORD. 10 I have not hidden your deliverance within my heart; I have spoken of your faithfulness and your salvation; I have not concealed your steadfast love and your faithfulness from the great congregation.

11 As for you, O LORD, you will not restrain your mercy from me;
your steadfast love and your faithfulness will ever preserve me!

12 For evils have encompassed me beyond number; my iniquities have overtaken me, and I cannot see;
they are more than the hairs of my head; my heart fails me.

13 Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me!
O LORD, make haste to help me!

14 Let those be put to shame and disappointed altogether who seek to snatch away my life;
let those be turned back and brought to dishonor who delight in my hurt!
15 Let those be appalled because of their shame who say to me, "Aha, Aha!"

16 But may all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you;
may those who love your salvation say continually, "Great is the LORD!"

17 As for me, I am poor and needy, but the Lord takes thought for me. You are my help and my deliverer; do not delay,

O my God!

Obviously, David has shot way past being anointed of God. Certainly a hopeless case. The criminals and malcontents were the only people who traveled with David.

Let's look at some of the disastrous - not pleasing to God - losing moments:

Losing his friendship with the Prince of Israel. Jonathon.

Eating the shewbread and all the priests who helped - were murdered.

Living in a cave. With more criminals. Having to figure out how to hide his family.

Loosing his first wife. Marrying a widow he and his friends really needed to be fed by her. Participating in a kidnap rescue.

Seeing Saul's last son crowned after Saul died with his friend Jonathon. 22 years as a criminal. Seeing Saul's Concubines sons crowned. Realizing his anointing was not working out.

Psalm 33:11
The counsel of the LORD standeth for ever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Jesus said this of hopelessness.

Luke 11:8
I tell you, even though he will not get up to provide for him because of his friendship,
yet because of the man's persistence, he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

David might disagree with Jesus - they could debate - the man with 10 talents believed the Master was Good.

1 Timothy 4
10 That is why we labor and strive, because we have put our hope in the living God,
who is the Savior of all people,
and especially of those who believe.

Father God,

Because of Your Blessing - we live, move and have our being.

Before we were born - You knew our days and called our name. Psalm 139 and Ephesians 3. You have said Your thoughts about one of Your beloved Children - is more than the grains of sand. Your Plan of Salvation is God of Encouragement and Love. Your Word upholds the Universe. A day to You is thousands of years.

You have said when 2 or 3 gather in Your Name - You are there. And at times David - like Jesus prayed alone. Father, Son and Holy Spirit are one. And when we Love Your Will, You abide in us. Father - You do more than we could ask or even imagine.

When we pray with the Beloved around the earth asking for more Heaven on earth, we have reached for the Heart and Love Jesus told us of in our Father. We cover all our cares with the Name of Jesus. This covers our work, our family, our health, the people we pray for and have been asked to pray for.

We pray for the Nation and include all the ways a Nation would work and prosper and strive. We pray for God's Heaven on earth in our Nation and for the Nations trusting in God.

When we pray for the people we Love we cover all of the people we love and pray for. All of their cherished hopes and cares. We cover the past, today and tomorrow as we speak the Words Jesus taught us about Heaven on earth.

We place all of our hopes, loves and care in Your Loving and Willing Heart - we thank You for Your Love.

In Jesus Christ. Amen.

Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
