The Shroud is unique, the AB Human blood and the depth allows 3D Images. Rome Forensic Police work. The interior of the Shroud is far, far older than the Renaissance edge. About 2,000 years old compared to the 1400 A.D. edges where repairs were done by nuns.
Luke 2:41-52
41 Now his parents went to Jerusalem every year at the Feast of the Passover.
42 And when he was twelve years old, they went up according to custom.
Inside the Temple, Menorah were the street lamps.
43 And when the feast was ended, as they were returning, the boy Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem.
His parents did not know it, 44 but supposing him to be in the group they went a day's journey, but then they began to search for him among their relatives and acquaintances, 45 and when they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, searching for him.
46 After three days they found him in the temple,
sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions.
47 And all who heard him were amazed at his understanding and his answers. 48 And when his parents saw him, they were astonished.
And his mother said to him, "Son, why have you treated us so? Behold, your father and I have been searching for you in great distress."
49 And he said to them, "Why were you looking for me? Did you not know that I must be in my Father's house?"
50 And they did not understand the saying that he spoke to them. 51 And he went down with them and came to Nazareth and was submissive to them.
And his mother treasured up all these things in her heart.
52 And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.
A story of Jesus' younger life, we all know. So many days of the life of younger Jesus - we would LOVE to know.
We can all understand Jesus is fully God and fully understanding His Father. Oh, the adventures we will know in Heaven. Perhaps even the Holographs we will see. Jesus is King of Kings at age 12.
Jesus has said to us, "I do the will of my Father."
John 6:38
For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me.
Actually this:
38 For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but to do the will of Him who sent Me. 39 And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day.
Which will gives me and, hopefully, you, hope Father God loses none of those days and He will raise them up Holograph style for us in the Eternal Kingdom.
So the larger point of the day of Jesus - is - Jesus is King of Kings. Age 12. John, the Beloved Disciple, told us watching Jesus;
John: 21
24 This is the disciple who is bearing witness about these things, and who has written these things, and we know that his testimony is true.
25 Now there are also many other things that Jesus did. Were every one of them to be written, I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.
Jesus is not alien as a younger King of Kings and Savior. He continues to be the same Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
How would we connect the days of young Jesus to older Jesus? This is an important task. We connect our need for prayer, the Word of God with the aspects of Jesus Himself.
The questions His Parents would ask of Jesus would be similar,
as the family met again,
to the questions adult Jesus would see and speak of.
17“Why do you ask Me about what is good?” Jesus replied, “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” Matthew 19
The people speaking with Jesus in the Temple would not have been astonished to know Jesus would speak about anxiety.
Can any of you by worrying add a single moment to your lifespan? Matthew 6:27
Jesus could convince us fear is unnecessary.
We know Jesus faced an absolute storm of people in faith, yet wanting to be sure. Jesus faced a sea of doubt.
Why did you doubt? Matthew 14:31
Jesus could speak and calm wind, waves and fear.
17 “Why do you ask Me about what is good?” Jesus replied, “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.” Matthew 19:17
Jesus as Light of the World, could do as Genesis began, explain God and His boundaries. In the middle of a "3 Day Journey." The Authority of God.
32 Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want Me to do for you?” He asked.
33“Lord,” they answered, “let our eyes be opened.” Matthew 20
Jesus explained about asking God for what we think is apparent to Him. Prayer.
Jesus was very, very God of Gods.
26 He said to him, “What is written in the Law? How do you read it?”
27 And he answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
28 And he said to him, “You have answered correctly; do this, and you will live.” Luke 10
Basically Jesus said this to His Mother and Joseph. I cannot picture a child saying this in the Temple of Jerusalem. We may safely conclude: "This is the Son of God."
Father God, Abba,
Not being Jesus, but always asking Jesus to pray with us, we do not see all of Your direction for each day. And yet we are guaranteed by Your Love and Your Word, You Work each day. All things work together for Good, for those who Love the Lord and work for His purposes.
Jesus tells us not to worry. When we don't worry, we wonder if we are living in denial!!! Worry tends to arrive even through the Kitchen window. God is God, larger than the concerns just for today. We thank You, Abba, You are our Refuge.
Abba, we give You thanks, You are God. All of our concerns, we lift up to You. We know the Hands forming the Universe will take care of the concerns of Your Child. Jesus told Mary, "My Father and your Father."
And here we pray, putting God's own love upon our prayers for those we Love. The Fullness of God, Your Abundance flowing Love on the Prayer requests of our heart. Seal the ones we love in the Holy Spirit. Cover the people You have given us with the Name of Jesus.
The immeasurable Love - as Living Water flowing into the far away places we cannot even fathom. God who is far above us, does more than we can imagine without us asking. Of course. Father of All tells us, if we ask, He Loves and cares. We Thank You for Your Word - Jesus Christ. Amazing God, amazing Grace of God.
With gratitude, God is God. Amen in Jesus.
