1 John 3:21-24
But, dearly loved friends, if our consciences are clear, we can come to the Lord with perfect assurance and trust, and get whatever we ask for because we are obeying him
and doing the things that please him.
And this is what God says we must do:
Believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another.
24 Those who do what God says—they are living with God and he with them.
We know this is true because the Holy Spirit he has given us tells us so.
Today, Edward and I went to a restaurant and had lunch like we have not done since January 2020. Sixteen months. Subtle changes are seen wherever we go. In Texas, even the trees and plants leafing out, the usual patterns show some changes. Texas had Snowvid. One man working on Mother's house says, construction jobs can be slow in the residential market as supplies are sometimes working hard to fill the specialty builders' stores and the usual retail hardware markets. I remember my father had play things about the World War II war. And I've seen the ration cards after the War ended. I was surprised and said to my grandmother Bit, I've never heard anyone mention the changes after the 2nd World War. And she said some things did take some time to regain normalcy.
Change is always inevitable and happens suddenly or slowly. We do well to find the joy in each day and adapt to what is presently the news of today. Alzheimer's family has to be glad for the joy the patients have. If we only suffer the loss, we haven't seen the Blessings of having today.
We pray in the Lord's Prayer to have more of God's will on the earth as in Heaven. We should look at life around us to see the glimmers of the Eternal Life in Heaven. The Almighty who knows all or our names before we were born, and has each of our days in the Book of Life, knows the names of all the Heavenly Host. He is the Creator of All Things and is the same for earth or Heaven.
Abba,Father,
Help us always to seek You first.
Thank You for Your Willing Blessings
Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.
This is according to the eternal purpose realized in Christ Jesus our Lord,
in whom we have boldness and access.
And access with confidence through our faith in Him.
We arrive in Your Home by our souls in Jesus. We live Revelation One.
Abba, Father, You ask us not to lose heart over what we suffer for you, which is to Your glory.
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father,
from whom every family in heaven and on earth is named!
Let us have Love, Mercy and Peace.
Joy of the day!
According to the riches of Your glory, You may grant us to be strengthened with power
through Your Holy Spirit in our inner being.
We want Christ to dwell in our hearts through faith — that we, being rooted and grounded in love, may have strength to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge,
that we may be filled with all
the fullness of God.
We pray for our Nation to be filled with You
and Your Mercy and Love.
To fill Your Beloved with the Light of Jesus worldwide
and bring more Heaven and Your Good Will to earth.
May we have the comfort of Jesus in our families
and Healing for Elliott at age 43 from Multiple Myeloma
Now to Jesus Christ,
Who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think,
according to the power at work within us,
to Jesus Christ be glory in the church
and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever.
