Isaiah 43:16, 18-19
Thus says the Lord, who makes a way in the sea, a path in the mighty waters, “Remember not the former things, nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
We have had a year to remember, a Christmas to remember and God is moving us forth to a New Year.
Prepare Your Hearts going Forth in the Lord Jesus!
We had new ways to find Gratitude.
One son lives in the nearby city. He turned up to cook his father's favorite thing they share. We laughed when the gifts weren't all that. And chuckled. The gifts were opportunities to expand life. Like grow herbs in the house. One awesome shirt was deemed too much like a pajama top to be seen publicly.

Our other son woke us up like Christmas some time ago, to let us know it was Christmas morning and settled down for a long winter chat. Family far away had phone calls to warm us all.
New Year's Eve is quickly turning out to be a toe tapper. Om.
I think it's our first less than toe tapper.
Oh, the Virtue of Easter.
