Psalm 6
To the choirmaster: with stringed instruments; according to The Sheminith. A Psalm of David.
O Lord, rebuke me not in your anger,
nor discipline me in your wrath.
2 Be gracious to me, O Lord, for I am languishing;
heal me, O Lord, for my bones are troubled.
3 My soul also is greatly troubled.
But you, O Lord—how long?
4 Turn, O Lord, deliver my life;
save me for the sake of your steadfast love.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of you;
in Sheol who will give you praise?
6 I am weary with my moaning;
every night I flood my bed with tears;
I drench my couch with my weeping.
7 My eye wastes away because of grief;
it grows weak because of all my foes.
8 Depart from me, all you workers of evil,
for the Lord has heard the sound of my weeping.
9 The Lord has heard my plea;
the Lord accepts my prayer.
10 All my enemies shall be ashamed and greatly troubled;
they shall turn back and be put to shame in a moment.
We have seen Hardship,
Fear
Uncertainty
and Confusion.
Anger and Revenge.
God does not tell us Life is easy.
God instead offers Love, Hope, Future.
The Joy of the Lord is our Strength.
Psalm 6

And many women were there, watching from a distance.
They had followed Jesus from Galilee to minister to Him.
5 For in death there is no remembrance of you;
in Sheol who will give you praise?

Abba, Father God,
Jesus said Pray with Hope.
You are the Good Father. And in Seeking You first
we see. Your Willingness to teach us Your Way, Truth and Life.
Jesus Comforter
Jesus Teacher.
You do not hide Life from us in Scripture.
You teach us the conditions of Mankind.
You are the
The Light of the world.
Lamp of the Body of Christ Jesus.
Jesus is wholly Bright.
Your Beams give us Light.
Jesus is alive.
Jesus is John 1:9
True Light giving Light to us all.
We see Jesus and His True Light
that we will Believe.
Jesus please in Your Willingness draw us to You.
The Lord's Blessing and Favor on us. Especially to see your heart in all our days.
Keep us in Your Love every day.
Jesus favor Elliott to heal.
Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom and thanksgiving and honor and power and
might be to our God forever and ever!
