We spent Thursday evening at home with a massive rainstorm. And on Friday, we got up at 6 a.m. and went to Dallas. Texas is unusually green for July. We pray for the West Coast to have rain to stop their fires as well.
My mother had the opportunity in her Hospice Nursing Facility to change rooms across the hall and see mature trees and a park from her 4th floor. She now has a set of sliding glass doors and a second window as well. My mom has been thrilled to have the view and has started speaking, some, again to have this happen for her. Four people moved her all day to put in a new, and had to be built, recliner. She was so pleased. Many years back, we used to have a deep, white plastic shelf for growing plants, we added this in with faux plants. Her Aunt Clarice used to greet her with blue Hydrangeas, and this is repeated, again.
Edward's mother is now in Assisted Living as well. As we finished up, he had the first time experience of going to see his own mother, now out of her home. This was a tough day.
After going in the car there and home again, we were just too tired not to just sit. We did when we returned home!
Psalm 46:10
Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth.
Abba, Father,
We rejoice You are God.
We lean on You today, when we are busy and
in emotional climates.
You do all for us.
Thank You.
Dwell in us.
Dwell in those we love.
Help us to seek You first.
Talk Political Hours on the radio are very alarming
so we all pray for the Nation
to recover Love, Peace and Sensibility
and Rational post pandemic minds.
Believing full well in the Healing Power of Jesus Christ.
Going Forth in Hope.
We are lifting up Elliott, Dennis and Lynn to
Your Wonderful Love and Healing.
Praying for us all
to end well.
In JESUS CHRIST,
we Are SAVED.
AMEN!
