A sorrow to remember the wonder of Jesus suffering to heal our sins, flaws and brokenness. The Son of God. His Gift to redeem us from our sins.
Picture the Sea of Galilee
So filled with Jesus moving from shore to shore healing
and bringing the wonder of God Himself. God would choose to live Grace upon Grace with the Sheep. Bleating and unsure.
Easter 2 millenniums later, is our celebration, Jesus has arrived for me and for you. Healing. Giving Grace upon Grace.
If not for the Salvation God the Father brings
our Good, Wonderful Jesus we Love. We could not picture this Resurrection.
Like Christmas, Easter has work and duties. And the Joy of Easter makes this easier, on Easter. To see the whole Church celebrate Eternal Life from the profound Sacrifice of Jesus' Life. To Celebrate Eternity as the unearned Gift of God for knowing Jesus is The Lord. Forgiven.
The End of Lent: “We are fine, yes, of course we are fine. But maybe not a little, ok, fine.”
I will borrow from Pope John Paul II,
“We are the Easter People and Alleluia is our song.”
And we will get through Holy Week because of God's Steadfast, Unrelenting Love.
Hear O Israel, The Lord is One.
Good Friday for Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Jesus did not tear the Veil.
The One God of the Trinity has torn the veil between life and death. Life is granted Eternally.
The faith God tells us of in Scripture, mankind wobbles.
God asks us to live faithfully, to be righteous. And only to have faith the size of grain of mustard. The size of a mustard seed. When God upholds the Universe with the Power of His Word.
Luke 1:76-79
You will go before the Lord to prepare His ways,
to give knowledge of salvation to
His people
in the forgiveness of their sins,
because of the
tender Mercy
of our God
Whereby the sunrise shall visit us
from on high
to give Light
to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
to guide our feet into the way of
peace.
Abba, Father,
Our heart hears the call from You.
And we see in Scripture
the mercy of the merciful
Luke 17:17-19
Then Jesus answered,
“Were not ten cleansed? Where are the nine?
Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?”
And He said to him,
“Rise and go your way; your faith has made you well.”
Help us to live each day
putting You first.
As the Name of Jesus covers us
and
The Holy Spirit dwells in us.
We pray diligently
and with our hearts
We thank You, Father,
And pray Your Mercy
on the people,
animals, homes
and businesses.
We ask healing
of Your Good Creation
The fullness of the earth is Yours.
The healing of those we pray for
in our heart and soul.
in our heart and soul.
Dwell in us, Father,
Dwell fully in those we love,
Help us to seek You first
and we will finish well in Jesus Christ.
Thank You.
Our God is working. His Son,
Jesus is working.
