Pentecost
Acts 2
2 And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind,
and it filled the entire house where they were sitting.
3 And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them.
Like the unconsumed bush that drew Moses to speak with God the Almighty.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. [“Xenolalia” or "xenoglossy" the phenomenon when the language being spoken is a natural language previously unknown to the speaker,]
The Holy Spirit is part of Genesis the First Chapter. The Holy Spirit is displayed through out all of the Scriptures.
Moses was radiating the Glory of God when he came down from speaking with God.
just like John described in the First Chapter of Revelation.
and this thought of Fire and of Light of Christ continues through out Scriptures and even today in worship.
5 Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven.
6 And at this sound the multitude came together, and they were bewildered, because each one was hearing them speak in his own language.
This explains halo's. When Jesus was born, visionaries through the millenniums said, "The Star of Bethlehem did not shine upon the Christ child, the Star was the Light shone from Jesus Christ."

All who were sitting in the Sanhedrin looked intently at Stephen, and they saw that his face was like the face of an angel.

13 But others mocking said, “They are filled with new wine.”
17“‘And in the last days it shall be, God declares,
that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh,
and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
and your young men shall see visions,
and your old men shall dream dreams;
18
even on my male servants and female servants
in those days I will pour out my Spirit, and they shall prophesy.
19
And I will show wonders in the heavens above
and signs on the earth below,
blood, and fire, and vapor of smoke;
20
the sun shall be turned to darkness
and the moon to blood,
before the day of the Lord comes, the great and magnificent day.
21
And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.’
22 “Men of Israel, hear these words:
Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that God did through him in your midst, as you yourselves know— 23 this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men.
24 God raised him up, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it.
25 For David says concerning him,
“‘I saw the Lord always before me,
for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken;
26
therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced;
my flesh also will dwell in hope.
27
For you will not abandon my soul to Hades,
or let your Holy One see corruption.
28
You have made known to me the paths of life;
you will make me full of gladness with your presence.’
29 “Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30 Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, 31 he foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption.
32 This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses. 33 Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, he has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing.
34 For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says,
“‘The Lord said to my Lord,
“Sit at my right hand,
35
until I make your enemies your footstool.”’
36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.”
37 Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.”
40 And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation.” 41 So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.
. 43 And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. 44 And all who believed were together and had all things in common. 45 And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need.
46 And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
I was sitting with a group of long time church friends, and one of the older ladies I know well said, What's the least favorite sermon topic you really don't like? And the consensus of the ladies was, "The Holy Spirit." Why? Because the Holy Spirit is so mysterious and no one makes any sense of it. Does anyone have a good explanation?
The Father creates All. All people, all of creation, all things. And for life to be present there has to be Light within. The Son comes to Teach about His Father, do His Works, and reveal His exact nature. To bring forth the Plan of His Father. The Holy Spirit dwells within those who ask and do not ask. But being the Gentleman of God, He would prefer to be asked. He will never leave nor forsake you. And The Spirit dwells to give Life and Faith to accomplish all God puts in and before us.
And we all did agree this is the best explanation. And my friend said, but I'm not even sure I know the Holy Spirit. Oh, tish tosh. To love Jesus Christ is to Love God and His Holy Spirit. To have this love in us, we do know and have the Oneness with God.
Father,
Live, Move and have your Being with me. Teach me to Love what You Love.
Surround me and fill me with the Fruit of God. To Love. To have Joy. To Hope for the Best. To Endure with Love and Faith and Hope.
Forgive me for when I fall short. Love me to guide me and teach me. Always be there with me. And I will know encouragement and hope all the days of my life. Help and Comfort me to see and appreciate all the Gifts You bestow on my soul and heart.
Know every aspect of me. And in being known, I am truly Love. I ask in Your Precious Son, Jesus' Name. From here to forever, a child of God, eternal in Jesus Christ. Live within me Holy Spirit of God.

Praying for safety and prosperity in these days.
Please continue to pray for peace and the wishes of our parents and great

grandparents to be fulfilled in a peaceful and complete manner.
This is Our Father and Jesus,
comforts us
enabling us,
strengthening us,
able to comfort those in any affliction,
Blessings of Grace
Blessings of Peace,
we ourselves are comforted
by God.
Dwell in me,
Dwell in us,
Dwell in those we Love,
Help us to seek You first.
Peace and the Joy God gives us.
And we will finish well,
in Jesus Christ.

to put
aside
Tyranny
and Cartels.
In Christ’s one offering of His life, and in His sufferings,
we share abundantly in comfort.
We pray the
impossible
more Heaven on earth and
for the believers of God
and
the ones they pray for
To Know Your Love
and
See the weary world REJOICING in Christ Jesus.
We can do absolutely nothing about Massachusetts killing babies. Shake our heads at the horror of babies murdered. We can moan and cry and do absolutely nothing. And those babies will die badly.
Or we can find life and grace. Blessing the great and grand and parents to find Love has made a path straight forward.
Pray and make a path for these preborn children to LIVE.
And we will pray
Abortion will end.
Life for preborn children. Human Beings. Babies. Hoping for love and warmth to give and receive. So many willing hearts and homes. Valid Adoption Agencies. Hope for the biological mother, instead of a life of sadness.
