Habakkuk 2
I will take my stand at my watchpost
and station myself on the tower,
and look out to see what He will say to me,
and what I will answer concerning my complaint.
2 And the Lord answered me:
“Write the vision;
make it plain on tablets,
so he may run who reads it.
3 For still the vision awaits its appointed time;
it hastens to the end—it will not lie.
If it seems slow, wait for it;
it will surely come; it will not delay.
Habakkuk is a Prophet, he communicates with the Lord. And is relatively unknown.
Three chapters long, and filled with God's on going, Living Word. We would then think Habakkuk, we can take it or leave it if there isn't a Bang. Not exactly, in 2 B.C. Habakkuk, listed, one of the 12 Prophets. The eight to be exact. The Septuagint could recite Habakkuk exactly. And the Dead Sea Scroll does not differ in jot or iota. The 3rd Chapter of Habakkuk is not included in the Dead Sea Scrolls, not lacking truth or importance; it reveals the Essenes personality. Essenes leaving the Temple declaring the Temple is dead, when Simeon, Anna could recognize Jesus, infant Jesus Messiah, immediately. The Septuagint is confirmation of Holy Spirit.
So when did Habukkuk write? Probably 597 B.C. as Judah was exiled to Babylon.
John 6 tells us Jesus walked on water, entered the boat and immediately the boat arrived 13 miles, or 6 miles halfway. Time threw open a window and one side touched the other. Something 2,000 years later, we would call Einstein's theory of general relativity. Gravity, matter, time travel.
Peter tells us a day to God is thousands of years. John 6 was no more difficult to Jesus than walking on water, healing the lame, blind and deaf. Healing Jairus' daughter, or the widow of Nain's son, by touching his funeral bier in front of a large crowd. Jesus merely walked away from His Hometown, attacking and wanting to throw Jesus from Nazareth's cliff.
When we sit down to eat a great feast, we can merely plow through this as an everyday meal. Or we might sample some of all and, then, come to a better memory and understanding of the effort and art of the feast.

Today, this is the concern. Have we lived? Equality.
Habakkuk 1:3
Why do you make me look at injustice?
Why do you tolerate wrongdoing?
Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and conflict abounds.
The answer is also in Habakkuk. The Talmud calls this the most important statement in all the 3 Chapters:
Habakkuk 2:4
“the righteous will live by their faithfulness”

The Scriptures are unique. God wants to save the world in Jesus Christ. His Mission. God says believe in the Power of God. Believe in Jesus Christ. God says you are His Temple. God says Love the Lord with all your mind, all your heart. And love yourself. Then, you have the ability to love others as yourself.
Speak the Scriptures, if you have to, use words.
The Gates of Heaven are open - always. Peter has the keys. God has humor. God says you can tell Him anything.
