Exodus 27 ~ four corners of the network

Acacia tree and Acacia wood

The Table - made and shown today in Israel by the Temple Institute
The Lampstand made by Temple Institute. Today in Jerusalem Museum for Temple Institute
The Altar of Incense - Temple Institute

Relief of King Darius of Babylon and slaves (Link to Scripture of the Day)
Gate of Ishtar in Ancient Babylon (Link Scripture for Today)
Rebuilding of the Second Temple went on for centuries, this is a model (Link Scripture for Today). Although the Second Temple was given the listed Temple Treasures back, the Babylonian king could not return the Ark of the Covenant, because it has already been hidden and never was in the Second Temple. It's interesting the First Temple, built by Solomon, simply stood while the Ark was there, but the Second Temple was always being destroyed by war, or remodeled.

Jerusalem falls in 70 A.D. to Titus, this would have been about the end of Jesus' natural life on earth.
Model of the Coliseum, built from the money taken out of Jerusalem by Emperor Titus.

The coin of the Coliseum, made by Emperor Titus. Perhaps made with gold from the Temple.

The Arch of Titus in Rome today.
Relief carved on the Arch of Titus showing the Truimph after the destruction of Jerusalem, these are the Temple Tools, but not the Ark of the Covenant. After 1,935 years, Roman Jews proudly walked under the Titus Arch, for the first time, because Israel was again a nation, May 14, 1948.
About the 3rd to 4th century AD, the Jews collected enough money to rebuild the Temple, but the building was destroyed by earthquake while still in construction. Then war.

How the relief appears today - 2,000 years later.

Exodus 27

“Build an altar of acacia wood, three cubits high; it is to be square, five cubits long and five cubits wide. 2 Make a horn at each of the four corners, so that the horns and the altar are of one piece, and overlay the altar with bronze. 3 Make all its utensils of bronze—its pots to remove the ashes, and its shovels, sprinkling bowls, meat forks and firepans. 4 Make a grating for it, a bronze network, and make a bronze ring at each of the four corners of the network. 5 Put it under the ledge of the altar so that it is halfway up the altar. 6 Make poles of acacia wood for the altar and overlay them with bronze. 7 The poles are to be inserted into the rings so they will be on two sides of the altar when it is carried. 8 Make the altar hollow, out of boards. It is to be made just as you were shown on the mountain.

9 “Make a courtyard for the tabernacle. The south side shall be a hundred cubits long and is to have curtains of finely twisted linen, 10 with twenty posts and twenty bronze bases and with silver hooks and bands on the posts. 11 The north side shall also be a hundred cubits long and is to have curtains, with twenty posts and twenty bronze bases and with silver hooks and bands on the posts.

12 “The west end of the courtyard shall be fifty cubits wide and have curtains, with ten posts and ten bases. 13 On the east end, toward the sunrise, the courtyard shall also be fifty cubits wide. 14 Curtains fifteen cubits long are to be on one side of the entrance, with three posts and three bases, 15 and curtains fifteen cubits long are to be on the other side, with three posts and three bases.

16 “For the entrance to the courtyard, provide a curtain twenty cubits long, of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen—the work of an embroiderer—with four posts and four bases. 17 All the posts around the courtyard are to have silver bands and hooks, and bronze bases. 18 The courtyard shall be a hundred cubits long and fifty cubits wide, with curtains of finely twisted linen five cubits high, and with bronze bases. 19 All the other articles used in the service of the tabernacle, whatever their function, including all the tent pegs for it and those for the courtyard, are to be of bronze.

20 “Command the Israelites to bring you clear oil of pressed olives for the light so that the lamps may be kept burning. 21 In the tent of meeting, outside the curtain that shields the ark of the covenant law, Aaron and his sons are to keep the lamps burning before the Lord from evening till morning. This is to be a lasting ordinance among the Israelites for the generations to come.

What these ol' things? Pure gold.

From where? Oh, Egypt. The gold the Egyptians gave the slave as recorded in the Ipuwer Papyrus housed in the Dutch National Museum of Antiquities in Leiden.
Documentation found on the Exodus? A few items not covered over like Mao.
The Exodus. Circa 1447-1446 B.C. connects when the words Joseph, Israel, Goshen, Yahweh appear in tax records and official Egyptian documents.

[1. In Ramses II's topographical list (ca.1275 BC) the place-name "Jacob-El" (#9) appears again (ANET 1969, 242; Simons 1937). The first appearance was in Thutmose III's list. This means that this city of Jacob has been around for two hundred years. Another interesting name that was found is yhw which is "Yahweh" in Hebrew (Horn 1953, 201; Giveon 1964, 244).

2. It seems abundantly clear from all these topographical lists concerning Canaan that the Hebrews were in Canaan at this time, but they did not use the name "Israel" until there league of tribes was well formed by the time of Merneptah.

3. On a statue-base of Amenhotep III at Kom el Hetan which is the funerary temple of Amenhotep III there is a topographical list with the place-name Yspir (Series a:1; Kitchen 1965, 2). This is the same name translated "Joseph-El" in Thutmose III's Topographical list (ANET 1969, 242). After Yspir in both lists the place-name Rkd appears (Series a:2 in Amenhotep III's list, and #79 in Thutmose III's list; Simons 1937, 112). Rkd is the same place-name as Ruhizzi in the El Amarna letters (EA 53:36, 56; EA 5426; EA 56:26; EA 191:2; Rainey 1982, 354). The ruler of Ruhizzi is Arsawuya who seems to be located in northern Palestine or southern Syria (EA 53:36, 56; Moran, 125)]

Temple Tools are recorded again in 500 B.C. being carried out by King Nebuchadnezzar. Sustainable facts for reporting? Try the Museums. Complete Documentation of the Babylonian Exile as paralleled in - Scripture. Israel driven down into total annihilation and brought back to life by a character almost from the movie "The 300." That particular king was completely covered up and discredited by bureaucrats. Check this out as well. Except we took a historical leap there of a few feet. (Hollywood style.)

The Temple Tools? Returned by Emperor Darius. He took a shine to the God of the Hebrews and wanted that Good God to be restored. His funeral etching in the side of cliff is an ancient shape - recognizable today...

So the next time we hear about the Temple Tools - Arch of Titus - which is - very visible today in Rome. Matter of fact, Benjamin Netanyahu, got a tip from one of the finest espionage sources in the world - and went to see Pope John Paul II - asking for the Vatican Archive return of an unnamed Temple Tool - still intact from Moses.

Father God -
Give us the day! The wonders of Your eternal Word in Jesus.

Let us pray the end of Psalm 64.  Remembering what our God has brought about.
Pondering the Wonders of  our Father God, what He has done.

Let us be covered with the Name of Jesus, Believing His Word, Promises and Righteousness. And let us be in His Righteousness, rejoicing in the Lord.

This is where we take refuge.
Let all the upright in Heart see in awe our God's Wonders.

Christ Jesus has seen this world through tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger and sword. The Kingdom of Heaven knows about difficulties and violence.

The Church and the People of God are more than conquerors through the Love of Jesus Christ. Nothing from death, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God Himself has given us our loved ones. His Work saves us all. Covering our concerns and sometimes anxieties with the Name of Jesus. We ask His Righteousness over our communities, Churches, States, Nation and rejoice in the Lord with all who call upon the Name of Jesus in Prayer.

In His Majestic gift of Salvation, we will never earn His favor. And this is only the Grace of Jesus saving us.

We ask Him to bless us, because He is our Father. Amen.

Mark 7:24-37 ~ Proclaimed

Tyre and Sidon were supposed to belong to the Tribe of Asher. They were called Rock (Island) and Fishing. Jacob spoke of it as the boundary of Zebulun.

Mark 7:24-37

24 And from there he arose and went away to the region of Tyre and Sidon.

And he entered a house and did not want anyone to know, yet he could not be hidden. 25 But immediately a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit heard of him and came and fell down at his feet. 26 Now the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophoenician by birth. And she begged him to cast the demon out of her daughter. 27 And he said to her, “Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs.” 28 But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs.” 29 And he said to her, “For this statement you may go your way; the demon has left your daughter.” 30 And she went home and found the child lying in bed and the demon gone.

31 Then he returned from the region of Tyre and went through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, in the region of the Decapolis. 32 And they brought to him a man who was deaf and had a speech impediment, and they begged him to lay his hand on him. 33 And taking him aside from the crowd privately, he put his fingers into his ears, and after spitting touched his tongue. 34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.” 35 And his ears were opened, his tongue was released, and he spoke plainly.

36 And Jesus charged them to tell no one. But the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it.

37 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”

Jesus travels outside of Judah. He is with the goy - the gentiles. Deliberately. Something Jesus did not suggest for his extended 72 Disciples.

Matthew 11:21–24)
Jesus pronounced judgment on Chorazin and Bethsaida suggesting that if the pagan cities of Tyre and Sidon had experienced what Chorazin and Bethsaida did, they would have long ago repented in sackcloth and ashes.

An interesting set of circumstances.

Jesus was known to travel the distance of the Sea of Galilee three times in a day to find that one specific person on God's calendar. And here, Jesus tells the Syrophoenician woman to be humble - she is not of the elect. I'd bet ... Jesus traveled to meet her.

Her heritage was closely known to Judah:

David loved the Phoenicians and built his Palace in the Phoenician style. Tyre was considered an ally and friend to Israel and then Judah. They supplied wood and laborers for both Temples.

Early in Jesus’ ministry, people from Sidon and Tyre heard about Jesus. They came to see Him (Mark 3:8) and be healed by Him (Luke 6:17).

Christ Jesus really tells us He is a Light to the Nations.

The Bible is arranged carefully by people who had seen Jesus. Mark's Gospel is the top hits of Jesus to help Peter tell the Biblical narrative quickly. At the time of the early Church - these were the Chapters on Jesus' life people liked the most and understood the best describing Jesus' personality.

Jesus returns from the Syrophoenician woman to the blind and deaf of Judah. Healing what is blind and deaf. The two events of Jesus' life are linked not by coincidence, instead to say, wake up see that Jesus sees the gentiles have humility and faith. Saying what matters to Jesus is a person as an individual. This healing was not to please the masses, is a personal God to one individual. Jesus is telling us the blind and deaf man is not healed by the reason of popular support - this is Jesus' Own Choice.

The people so new to following Jesus as Christ - saw Jesus as personal to them.

Jesus said to be quiet. Why? The answer goes as far back as Jeremiah. A personal God. Answering one person.

Jeremiah 45

The word that Jeremiah the prophet spoke to Baruch the son of Neriah, when he wrote these words in a book at the dictation of Jeremiah, in the fourth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah:

2 “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, to you, O Baruch:

3 You said, ‘Woe is me! For the Lord has added sorrow to my pain. I am weary with my groaning, and I find no rest.’ 4 Thus shall you say to him,

Thus says the Lord: Behold, what I have built I am breaking down, and what I have planted I am plucking up—that is, the whole land. 5 And do you seek great things for yourself? Seek them not, for behold, I am bringing disaster upon all flesh, declares the Lord. But I will give you your life as a prize of war in all places to which you may go.”

Baruch had to be terrified. And Father God had compassion on the man He would not make famous.

However:

Found beside the prison holding cell in the King's Palace (David's Phonetician Palace he bravely built outside the fortified walls of Jerusalem to obtain the view and have God's protection) was the Bulla, the stamp, the letter sealer belonging to Baruch, the son of Neriah. Freed by Emperor Nebuchadnezzar II from this prison. And including from 597 B.C. the very fingerprint of Baruch. Willing to Abide in the Lord, even when all was dire. There was not a parade for Jeremiah or Baruch and yet they were abiding in the Lord.

Father God uses all His Majesty to reach out to you and to me. The Bible is a miracle in our hands today. Brought to us by men and women who gave their lives to bring Truth. The astonishing and eternal proclamation, "Jesus does all things well." The horn of the Temple Shofar tells us "Nothing is impossible for God." All things are possible with God.

Father God,

When we look at Luke 7, we find when circumstance is dire. The point even of death - feel worthy to ask Jesus. A loving heart calls to Jesus.

When we read the Bible, we are far away in time and sometimes circumstance. We rarely think to presume to come to You, past the Gates of Heaven, to Your Home and Throne.

On one Word of Jesus, of Abba, what You say will be done. We will aspire to this faith, only in Love of the Lord Father God Almighty.

Let us hear from Jesus this: When Jesus heard these things, he marveled at him, and turning to the crowd that followed him, said, “I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.” 10 And when those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the servant well.

Father God, I pray for my ears to stop ringing, I pray for my mother's hearing and her Pneumonia and her failed x-ray swallow study - for her healing. For the joy in seeing her on her 83rd Birthday to have as much Joy as she did in her younger years. A blessing of a filled soul. We pray this for our families.

We lift up the concerns to you of our loved ones. And pray daily for them to be loved and encouraged by Your Wonders. We lift up our Communities to be led by You and radiate Your Joy and Love. We lift up our Churches for Your Love. We lift up this Nation to be led by You. We praise You for the Love and prayers of all around the world the believers who Love You.

We look to You with expectation of Your Glory. We want to see more Heaven on earth. We encourage Your Glory. Your Promises of Salvation are now. The Kingdom of Heaven is here in Christ Jesus. Glory, Glory, Alleluia.

Amen - Jesus - Amen.

John 15:5-17 ~ Abide in Jesus

The dead stick harshly given to the novice nun to water, is today St. Rita's 600 year old grapes covering the nunnery and sending wine to the Vatican for 500 + years. A miracle of Jesus and His Abba. This is really quite rare.

John 15:5-17

5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. 6If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned.

7 If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. 9 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love. 10 If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commandments and abide in his love. 11 These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

12“This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command you. 15 No longer do I call you servants,a for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you.

16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name, he may give it to you. 17 These things I command you, so that you will love one another.

John 9
The man born blind healed by Jesus with saliva and mud, sent to the Pool Siloam/Sent

30 The man answered, “This is a very strange thing. You don’t know where he comes from, and yet he opened my eyes. 31 We all know that God does not listen to sinners, but he listens to anyone who worships and obeys him. 32 Nobody has ever heard of anyone giving sight to a man born blind. 33 If this man were not from God, he could do nothing.”

St. Rita had some unusual stories, for instance how did a widowed Rita get into the locked Church to apply for the nunnery? St. Rita said she had help from Heaven. Did Rita ever have trouble being considered part of the branches? Yes, for years she got along barely, barely with her violent husband. Her sons did not appreciate her ways. She made peace with them all.

The first few years in her desired career path, nun, had rather a harsh tendency for being heckled.

Who else felt this way about the mystery of Godliness?

Jeremiah.
Peter.
Jonah.
Zechariah. They didn't want the job - too many difficulties.

When Father God says we are part of His Vine - He truly means His path. His Plan. His Way, His Truth, His Life.

Recently, this tied in for me reading Isaiah 51

51 “Listen to me, you who pursue righteousness,
you who seek the Lord:
look to the rock from which you were hewn,
and to the quarry from which you were dug.

7 “Listen to me, you who know righteousness,
the people in whose heart is my law;
fear not the reproach of man,
nor be dismayed at their revilings

The daily deep and abiding Scriptures of Facebook - actually are that. A Word from God - Today.

Someone recently said that one million people might say, "No." And all we need is one "YES" from the Lord and His Will and Word will prevail.

Don't we all think abiding in the Vine of the Lord is a bunch of happy grapes???

Jesus Himself prayed to Abba and said lead us out of Temptation. To not act like the herd, to do merely what society says is ok. To take the road less traveled. To be pleasing to the Lord God. To not put ourselves in life first. To avoid hurting others. To keep giving. To keep saying Yes. To believe. To trust. To endure. To hope. To love.

To be salt. To find reserves in ourselves that we are filled with Jesus and are the flour Elijah blessed by God and did not run out on the Widow of Zarephath. The Joy of the Lord is our strength.

Doesn't God approve of a quiet life and say that the joy of the world is not the plan?

Yes this is the message of the stoic. The steadfast, the enduring. And all Biblical people see seasons. We don't have to hope for all lean years. We can Hope in the Lord to provide. We can lift ourselves as the mercies of each new day and remember the Joy Jeremiah had when the war was over.

We can remember the Brothers of Jesus traveled with their wives. We can think upon John in his beautiful cave overlooking the bay on Patmos. We can think of the French cliffs of Lazarus, Mary and Martha. The Tomb of Lazarus that says "Friend of Jesus."

Psalm 102:18
Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the LORD:

Romans 15:4
For everything that was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures, we might have hope.

Hebrews 12:27
The words, "Once more," signify the removal of what can be shaken--that is, created things--so that the unshakable may remain.

Father God,

When Jesus made disciples, He immediately sent them out away from His fellowship. He expected them to tangle with things like illness, demons, and to produce results. He was interested in not their clothing, nor their plans, but His plans. He planned for rejection. And a plan of recovery to try again.

The Disciples returning from His work asked Him to send the crowd away. Jesus told them to feed the multitudes. And Jesus created the first small groups of 50. They ate meals together. Discussing Christ. Jesus spoke of the harshness of the Plan and His Glory. Jesus tells us to Listen to Jesus. He wants us all to be astonished at the majesty of God.

Jesus said in groups, the least is the greatest. And remember, we receive Jesus. Jesus said to include all who want Jesus, with fewer judgments. Jesus taught His Disciples to be merciful to rejection and try at the next opportunity. Jesus said choose Life over Death. Even when this means picking Jesus over family. Jesus said keep on with the Journey. (Even in the middle of dying family).

Father God, we don't just pray the Psalms, we can pray Luke 9.

1 Timothy 3:10 says life will test our strength of faith in Jesus. Let us be firm and stand for the Love and the Mercy and the Diligent Steadfastness of God. Who in His Vast Attributes tells us to search for Wisdom. Making the most of each day - creating the seasons.

Father God, give us joy in this journey. The ability to find the goodness of You interweaving in all things. In Your Plan, let us find gratitude. In your path, keep us nourished, on the path, with Your comfort and Your Love with Your Protection. Help us to see the gifts and build today as well as possible to please You in the Days ahead. In times of trial, be our Encouragement. In all days, let us invite others to share Your goodness. And lean upon You to make the Path.

For our concerns, like health and hearing and placement of parents, all lifted to You. For the Loved ones. For those of today and tomorrow. For our communities. For our Churches to be nourishing us in the Word of God. For our Nation, for His help and protection and blessing. For all who call on the name of Jesus today, we will expect others to join us tomorrow as the Journey continues.

In Jesus Christ, Our Lord God, always the Amen.

James 1:17 ~ from above

James 1:17

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change.

After thinking about yesterday's  Bible passage, Psalm 67, I realized there wasn't an explaination about my prayers with Jesus. The Words of God in the Bible are really a miracle. The Bible is written for you, telling you of God's Living Will. Father God's vast attributes. His subtle discernment in various circumstances drawing us to the Good of God.

I began to pray for the people I pray for daily, starting with the Lord's Prayer and then Numbers 6, and then sometimes just internally singing the Highest Name Jesus over my prayers for these loved ones. I pray for about 50 people every day. Just about the same 50 people. And being me, that's a flowchart list. And since I've been doing this for a while, I can say the Lord's Prayer over them pretty quickly or take my time.

And to be honest, and geeky, I sometimes also include the prayer for Anglican Baptism too. Why, because it's a sacrament and I feel like prayers are serious, heard, and I want my prayer life to count in holiness. After all, if you are going to pray, why not expect some answers.

Have I seen answers. Yes. Especially when I receive a new Word on how to pray. For example,  pray especially with Love, expect the answer tomorrow. Pray with Love - is the best prayer advice I've ever heard. Picture love as a light in the soul mid-body and put your Loving Prayer there. The Light of Christ in all of mankind. John 1. What makes this person - who they are.

Daily? Can you just drum up love. Sometimes. And sometimes you pray as you experience love.

Saturday morning I woke up, usually I say my prayers as I wake up, and I felt like singing internally. So that happened. And then I felt pretty euphoric. So I asked Jesus to pray with me, like the Chapters in John's Gospel say to abide in the Word of God - Jesus - and Jesus was asked to pray with me. The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand, so I prayed visualizing - this.

It was like this, but looking UP

(At this perspective, looking up, you see wall and roof tops. Not a Temple. I believe the what we would call Temple is actually God's Home.)

- This IS what I believe I saw a glimpse of the night my Aunt Clarice died. The Kingdom of Heaven is MUCH more VAST and is Way Up High on a Huge Hill. I believe I saw the Border of Heaven.

The Border of Heaven is the 12 Gates of Heaven. Laid out to look like we catch a glimpse of Heaven when we see the Jerusalem of God.  This I saw -  when I was about 32 years old - and had no idea until later that The Book of Revelation saying this Jerusalem is from on high.

So I visualized strolling through this. God says we have the Kingdom of Heaven, not far away, but at hand.

And I went through the gates with Jesus, in my prayer life - casually in my estimation.. We are welcome here. This was a stroll.
This is Abba. Our Father.

So I pictured going with Jesus into the Gates of His Heaven and I looked for the path of Shining Water.

And taking the path beside the Still Waters.

Being with Jesus and going up to the Throne of God, Abba, Jesus tells us to approach with confidence. We are Loved.

To draw close to Abba. To place myself upon the floor at His Feet, kneel upon His Knees. And be drawn closer. By My Father.

And to place my prayers with My Father who Loves me.

To me, Father God is in charge of all things and circumstance. And the Bible is a miracle in our hands. To be used with Love, mercy, discernment, and Joy.

Later I came to the Bible, flung this Bible open and read this with increasing joy and astonishment.

I read all of Hebrews 9 and will repeat the last portion, but all of the Chapter brought me Joy.

23 Thus it was necessary for the copies of the heavenly things to be purified with these rites, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

24 For Christ has entered, not into holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true things, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God on our behalf. 25 Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as the high priest enters the holy places every year with blood not his own, 26 for then he would have had to suffer repeatedly since the foundation of the world.

But as it is, he has appeared once for all at the end of the ages to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment, 28 so Christ, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time, not to deal with sin but to save those who are eagerly waiting for him.

Father God,

When we pray with Jesus, dwelling in us as the Light of God, we will not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

And in abiding with Jesus, and in His words abide in us, ask whatever we wish, and it will be done for us. We want the Will of God. This is Good. Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. And we are mortals before God, telling Him our will. Believing that we will received this, His Good Will, and it will be ours.

Pray without ceasing. In Conversation to You.

The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand. And Father God, You, tell us, ask, and it will be given to us; seek, and we will find; knock, and it will be opened to me.

You are our one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

Therefore, confess our sins to You, Father God, and praying for one another, that You, Father God, may give healing The prayer of a righteous person has great power as it is working in the Name of Jesus.

We pray for our loved ones, our concerns, putting them in Your Loving Hands, Path, and Plan. Giving mercy for the voyage with Jesus Christ. For our communities, Churches, this Nation and the world calling upon Jesus. We join them. Through this all -  Jesus the Lord. Amen.

Psalm 67 ~ God, our God, shall bless us.

Psalm 67

May God be gracious to us and bless us
and make his face to shine upon us, Selah
that your way may be known on earth,
your saving power among all nations.
Let the peoples praise you, O God;
let all the peoples praise you!

Let the nations be glad and sing for joy,
for you judge the peoples with equity
and guide the nations upon earth. Selah
Let the peoples praise you, O God;
let all the peoples praise you!

The earth has yielded its increase;
God, our God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us;
let all the ends of the earth fear him!

Father God tells us in Revelation His Face Shines. Showing us sometimes we have to have trouble, like dark, to see the Blessings. If we are surrounded by Blessings, we can have trouble seeing all our blessings.

When God speaks and important message to us, sometimes He uses repetition. Jesus sometimes spoke a parable twice. Today I talked to a man having some difficulties. And expecting a blessing soon - the type of blessing God does all the time - and yet this is a miracle of God.

His attorney called him and she said in a calm fashion that she is one of the best attorneys she knows, because she believes Jesus Christ and he will receive a good outcome. She prayed with her client. He went to his next business meeting, and the new business person told him - the thing in life is this - God has to be depended upon, more than ourselves. Our real strength comes from God. And as he rode home from the business meeting - the man found out that his friend traveling along also believes trusting Jesus Christ is our foundation.

The man at the crossroads of his life realized even if he seen difficult times - he has family and he has a wife who loves him - regardless of the difficult times.. Business people who support and appreciate him. In fact, he and his wife realized the Church sermons really seem to have their life in mind. They have laughed and wondered if the Church had someone follow them. Like... The Holy Spirit!

This is God reaching out in super natural ways.
God who wants us to know, He is part of our lives. Our destination. Our Father.
The dark is not dark to God, His Light reaches out and has not been overcome.

Father God,

We live near the 4th largest city in the U.S.A. A place where the Justice of the Peace quotes Scripture. Each day I see more of the godly, hear more concern that we all need to rely on God more. I'm encouraged in the midst of so much news, we'd like to improve.

When we affirm each other in speaking of You, Father God, we have community. And usually great joy in sharing the faith of 80% of Americans who mostly could all tell of something joyful and amazing You, Our Father God, has brought to their lives.

Father, in Jesus, bless those who speak up. Help us to encourage each other to do that.

We are praying for our city, we have jobs being sought. We are in a time of outrageous political thoughts. And the national conventions sound like Churches. Why wouldn't You, Father God, hear the prayers of those seeking to bring godly leadership for us. I believe You will.

We are praying for my mother's hearing to return, for my ear infections and ear buzzing. For the continued thank You's my arm was benign. Thanking You for Your miracles. For those waiting for Your help. For our loved ones to thrive in Your Love, Salvation and Joy. For our Communities. For our Nation. For the World God is saving through Jesus Christ, the people calling upon Jesus in faith. Let us bring more Heaven to earth.  Amen.

James 1:20 ~ the righteousness of God

God has more wisdom, insight, older, more creative and He is Larger

James 1:20

For the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God.

This is James, the brother of Jesus, son of Mary and Joseph - interesting to read the brother of Jesus speak of growing up across the dinner table from the Son of God.

9 Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; 20 for the anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God. 21 Therefore put away all filthiness and rampant wickedness and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

22 But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. 23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks intently at his natural face in a mirror. 24 For he looks at himself and goes away and at once forgets what he was like.

25 But the one who looks into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and perseveres, being no hearer who forgets but a doer who acts, he will be blessed in his doing.

26 If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless. 27 Religion that is pure and undefiled before God, the Father, is this: to visit orphans and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained from the world.

Evidently, Jesus traveled going to see people - for the benefit of God. Jesus was doer.

Looking into the perfect law? The Law of Liberty?

Matthew 5:17
“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them."

James has witnessed Jesus for decades.

Jesus is quick to hear, slow to speak. Slow to become angry. Not meek and mild.  Jesus told us to be salt. Jesus was not perceiving Himself as Religious, but as pure and deliberate in the use of His Speech. Jesus is the Word with God. Never forgetting Who HE is. Blessing others in His Actions and pure Words.

Jesus is not boastful, using the Word of God as "It is Written" - not as "Religious Law" - using the Word of God to save the ones Jesus came to save - you and me.

Jesus saw Himself as a doer of God's plan - love in action. Loving Father God with all His Spirit.

Jesus' family did tease Jesus to go to the Festival and be boastful, but when Trouble came - they sought to bring Him home to them. Jesus is recorded as going home with His friends - disciples - to attend a wedding and see His Mother.

When we have anger at injustices in life - we remember:

The Exodus is the reminder - God cares very much about the lives of His Children on earth. Our Father God made a huge and sweeping statement - God longs for His Children to have Liberty. And Advantages.

We all can picture Israel as God's viewpoint, and yet God chose His Son to see this of the world. God's viewpoint is different than ours.

God Loves us. God seeks for each of us to know - He created us to be individuals. God loves us that much to write this Letter to you - His Child - to have power, together with all the Lord's holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ,

Father God,

Help us to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Jesus Christ to us personally. To fully know this love that surpasses knowledge.

Fill us the to the measure of all the fullness of God.

Today God calls us, the fullness of the earth and Heaven is His. He calls to us from Paradise - Today God's Begotten Son tells us He longs for our lives to be abundant. Today God would be a Father to us. Today we open our hearts to hear His Voice.

Today we come to share our confidence in Jesus Christ. Today, Father God, You are the same as yesterday and tomorrow in Your Love and Steadfast Promises to those who call upon You.

Today, as the Lord wills, we ask He guide us in the right thing to do.

Knowing Tomorrow, we still rely upon You Father God. And in expectation of Your Word - look for Your promises to us in Faith. God, You are Love. Let us lay down our hurts and have our hearts love. Love is of God.

Thank You, Father God, for James recording his love for His Brother - Jesus. Amen.

About Me

My photo
Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
