Malachi 3:10-18
Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in My House.
And thereby put Me to the test, says the Lord of Hosts,
if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need. 11 I will rebuke the devourer[Probably a name for some crop-destroying pest] for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of your soil, and your vine in the field shall not fail to bear, says the Lord of Hosts. 12 Then all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a land of delight, says the Lord of hosts.
13 “Your words have been hard against me, says the Lord.
But you say, ‘How have we spoken against you?’ 14 You have said, ‘It is vain to serve God. What is the profit of our keeping His charge or of walking as in mourning before the Lord of Hosts? 15 And now we call the arrogant blessed. Evildoers not only prosper but they put God to the test and they escape.’”
16 Then those who feared the Lord spoke with one another. The Lord paid attention and heard them, and a book of remembrance was written before Him of those who feared the Lord and esteemed His Name.
17 “They shall be mine, says the Lord of Hosts,
in the day when I make up My treasured possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his son who serves him. 18 Then once more you shall see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between one who serves God and one who does not serve him.”
We know the Promises of God. So well we know His Words, we need another way to think of all the Astonishment Jesus Spoke and stirred up many to either love the Rock of our Salvation or the stumbling block God speaks of.
Most of us remember Indiana Jones and The Raiders of the Lost Ark and the vast storehouse hiding God, Who Cannot be hidden. However, "Thee" First Council of Nicaea approved by the Holy Spirit approved Maccabees: Jeremiah wrote the Babylonian Exiles, while Jeremiah was free, 2 Maccabees 2:4-9 - The Ark is on Mt. Nebo and is well hidden by Jeremiah knowing the Babylonian Empire was coming, then hidden and sealed by God Himself.
Romans 10:9
If you declare with your mouth,
“Jesus is Lord,”
and believe in your heart
that God raised Him from the dead,
you will be saved.
Deuteronomy 28:12
The Lord will open to you His good treasury, the heavens,
to give the rain to your land in its season
and
to bless all the work of your hands.
And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.
Luke 12
31 But seek His Kingdom,
and these things will be added unto you.
32 Do not be afraid, little flock,
Your Father is pleased to give you the Kingdom.
Psalm 38
38 Then the Lord answered Job out of the whirlwind and said:
2 “Who is this that darkens counsel by words without knowledge?
3 Dress for action like a man;
I will question you, and you make it known to me.
4 “Where were you when I laid the foundation of the earth?
Tell me, if you have understanding.
5 Who determined its measurements—surely you know!
Or who stretched the line upon it?
6 On what were its bases sunk,
or who laid its cornerstone,
7 when the morning stars
sang together
and
all the sons of God shouted
for joy?
8 “Or who shut in the sea with doors
when it burst out from the womb,
9 when I made clouds its garment
and thick darkness its swaddling band,
10 and prescribed limits for it
and set bars and doors,
11 and said, ‘Thus far shall you come, and no farther,
and here shall your proud waves be stayed’?
12 “Have you commanded the morning since your days began,
and caused the dawn to know its place,
13 that it might take hold of the skirts of the earth,
and the wicked be shaken out of it?
14 It is changed like clay under the seal,
and its features stand out like a garment.
15 From the wicked their light is withheld,
and their uplifted arm is broken.
16 “Have you entered into the springs of the sea,
or walked in the recesses of the deep?
17 Have the gates of death been revealed to you,
or have you seen the gates of deep darkness?
18 Have you comprehended the expanse of the earth?
Declare, if you know all this.
19 “Where is the way to the dwelling of Light,
and where is the place of darkness,
20 that you may take it to its territory
and that you may discern the paths to its home?
21 You know, for you were born then,
and the number of your days is great!
22 “Have you entered the storehouses of the snow,
or have you seen the storehouses of the hail,
23 which I have reserved for the time of trouble,
for the day of battle and war?
24 What is the way to the place where the light is distributed,
or where the east wind is scattered upon the earth?
25 “Who has cleft a channel for the torrents of rain
and a way for the thunderbolt,
26 to bring rain on a land where no man is,
on the desert in which there is no man,
27 to satisfy the waste and desolate land,
and to make the ground sprout with grass?
28 “Has the rain a father,
or who has begotten the drops of dew?
29 From whose womb did the ice come forth,
and who has given birth to the frost of heaven?
30 The waters become hard like stone,
and the face of the deep is frozen.
31 “Can you bind the chains of the Pleiades
or loose the cords of Orion?
32 Can you lead forth the Mazzaroth in their season,
or can you guide the Bear with its children?
33 Do you know the ordinances of the heavens?
Can you establish their rule on the earth?
34 “Can you lift up your voice to the clouds,
that a flood of waters may cover you?
35 Can you send forth lightnings, that they may go
and say to you, ‘Here we are’?
36 Who has put wisdom in the inward parts
or given understanding to the mind?
37 Who can number the clouds by wisdom?
Or who can tilt the waterskins of the heavens,
38 when the dust runs into a mass
and the clods stick fast together?
39 “Can you hunt the prey for the lion,
or satisfy the appetite of the young lions,
40 when they crouch in their dens
or lie in wait in their thicket?
41 Who provides for the raven its prey,
when its young ones cry to God for help,
and wander about for lack of food?
Deuteronomy 11:13-15
And it shall come to pass,
if ye shall hearken diligently unto
My Commandments
which I command you this day,
to love the LORD your God,
and
to serve Him
with all your heart
and
with all your soul
Galatians 6:9
9 And let us not grow weary of doing good,
for in due season we will reap,
if we do not give up.
Psalm 33:7
He gathers the waters of the sea as a heap;
He puts the deeps
in
storehouses.
Psalm 135:7
He it is who makes the clouds rise at the end of the earth,
Who makes lightnings for the rain
and brings forth the wind from
His Storehouses.
Abba, Father,
Almighty God, our heavenly Father,
guide the nations of the world
into the way of justice and truth,
and establish among
them that peace which is the fruit of righteousness,
that they
may become the kingdom of our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen.
Eternal God,
in whose perfect kingdom no sword is drawn
but the sword of righteousness,
no strength known but the
strength of love:
So mightily spread abroad your Spirit,
that
all peoples
may be gathered under the banner
of the Prince of Peace,
as children of one Father;
to whom be dominion
and
glory, now and forever.
Amen.
Dwell in us, Father,
we ask in the Highest Name of Jesus.
Dwell, fully, in those we love
Help us to seek You
first
and we will finish well
in Jesus Christ.
We pray
Peace
for Israel
and Your Good Creation.
Continued Healing
and all Good Health!
Very Grateful for the help
we have received from each other
to complete this work
for my mother.
