Revelation 20 ~ Great White Throne

Revelation 20

20 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain. 2 And he seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years, 3 and threw him into the pit, and shut it and sealed it over him, so that he might not deceive the nations any longer, until the thousand years were ended. After that he must be released for a little while.

4 Then I saw thrones, and seated on them were those to whom the authority to judge was committed. Also I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God, and those who had not worshiped the beast or its image and had not received its mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. 5 The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended. This is the first resurrection. 6 Blessed and holy is the one who shares in the first resurrection! Over such the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and they will reign with him for a thousand years.

7 And when the thousand years are ended, Satan will be released from his prison 8 and will come out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea. 9 And they marched up over the broad plain of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, but fire came down from heaven and consumed them, 10 and the devil who had deceived them was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur where the beast and the false prophet were, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

11 Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. From his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them. 12 And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to what they had done. 13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and they were judged, each one of them, according to what they had done. 14 Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. 15 And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

There are so many questions about Revelation and Heaven. All of them are answered by Jesus Christ. He is seated on the Great, White Throne. Jesus Light of the world. And in this great Love He has for us earth and sky melt away.

When we hear of near death experiences, we find the Mercy of God is plentiful and so many have seen Life. Immediately. Life pleasing to God. From the Author of Life.

Abba, Father God,

Thank You for Your Blessings. More Heaven on earth. The Love and Mercy of Jesus to cover us all. Amen in Jesus.

Psalm 18:1-20 ~ O Lord, my strength

Psalm 18:1-20

1 I love you, O LORD, my strength.
2 The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer;
my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge.
He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

Earthquake painted at the foot of the Cross, James Tissot

3 I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise,
and I am saved from my enemies.

Calvary Rock of the Earthquake geologist forensically say occurred in 33 A,D. Jerusalem

4 The cords of death entangled me;
the torrents of destruction overwhelmed me.

5 The cords of the grave coiled around me;
the snares of death confronted me.
6 In my distress I called to the LORD;
I cried to my God for help.
From his temple he heard my voice;
my cry came before him, into his ears.

7 The earth trembled and quaked,
and the foundations of the mountains shook;
they trembled because he was angry.

8 Smoke rose from his nostrils;
consuming fire came from his mouth,
burning coals blazed out of it.

9 He parted the heavens and came down;
dark clouds were under his feet.

10 He mounted the cherubim and flew;
he soared on the wings of the wind.

11 He made darkness his covering, his canopy around him—
the dark rain clouds of the sky.

12 Out of the brightness of his presence clouds advanced,
with hailstones and bolts of lightning.

13 The LORD thundered from heaven;
the voice of the Most High resounded.

14 He shot his arrows and scattered the enemies ,
great bolts of lightning and routed them.

15 The valleys of the sea were exposed
and the foundations of the earth laid bare
at your rebuke, O LORD,
at the blast of breath from your nostrils.

16 He reached down from on high and took hold of me;
he drew me out of deep waters.

17 He rescued me from my powerful enemy,
from my foes, who were too strong for me.

18 They confronted me in the day of my disaster,
but the LORD was my support.

19 He brought me out into a spacious place;
he rescued me because he delighted in me.

20 The LORD has dealt with me according to my righteousness;
according to the cleanness of my hands he has rewarded me.

This Psalm of David is rejoicing with an overflowing heart in the mercy of God.

 Prophetic David is telling of events of Jesus Christ before the Temple is built and before the birth of Jesus our Lord a thousand years before Jesus.

The earthquake & events after Jesus forgave us and dismissed His Spirit.

Because Jesus gave us His Holy Spirit, the Psalm is about us, individually. In our day of trouble, we call out to Him and He saves us forever.

Abba, Father God,

We call out to You when we have circumstances to call upon You.

I pray for my loved one's new life and God given opportunity, blessings in adjustments, being blessed by You, to walk with Your People. Thank You for this opportunity.

You give us Hope in our lives. Thank You, Father God.

I pray for our family to be complete in Your mercy. I pray Jesus over Elliott, Dee, Janice and their families.

Your great Love assures us that Your Plan learning how high, how wide, how deep is the Love You have for us.

I lift up all of this week to You in expectation of Your goodness.

We pray Jesus over our Nation for this Labor Day Weekend approaching.

More Heaven for us all in the Name of Jesus covering His Good Creation.

Psalm 130 ~ O Lord, hear my voice

Psalm 130

A Song of Ascents.

Out of the depths I cry to you, O Lord!
2 O Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my pleas for mercy!

3 If you, O Lord, should mark iniquities,
O Lord, who could stand?
4 But with you there is forgiveness,
that you may be feared.

5 I wait for the Lord, my soul waits,
and in his word I hope;
6 my soul waits for the Lord
more than watchmen for the morning,
more than watchmen for the morning.

7 O Israel, hope in the Lord!
For with the Lord there is steadfast love,
and with him is plentiful redemption.
8 And he will redeem Israel
from all his iniquities.

Usually I sleep well. And then every once in a while, I get in a pattern (not now) of waking very early in the morning and then wondering why I'm awake and worrying.

I've found, from time to time, I get up and read the Bible, the Gospels and then the Psalms until I find the passage of deep comfort to me. Some of the time, I didn't know what was of concern until I found the passage bringing peace. I guess we'd have to call this the Polio Vaccine of Scripture Studies.

And once I've found the comforting Scripture, if I wake up, then remember the Promises of God, The Power of God and knowing the Scripture Verse alive and active in God's Comfort - allows real comfort and rest to return.

I've witnessed Father God will answer prayer from eleven and more years past for true Love. And find in my heart knowing the Scripture is the Balm Gilead.

Gilead

God has an amazing long memory and being Almighty and Father and Creator of All Things - we know God has heard our prayers for many years. Mary was astonished thinking of God's Memory and Promise.

When Joseph was carted off to slavery in Genesis 37 by slave traders bring the aromatic balm of trees from Gilead.

The first record of Joseph is with Thutmose III, 1425 to 1479 BC. Widely considered a military genius by historians, Thutmose III conducted at least 15 campaigns in 20 years. He was an active expansionist ruler, sometimes called Egypt's greatest conqueror or "the Napoleon of Egypt." It would be vastly interesting to know who his Vizier was. Thutmose III successor, his son, Amenhotep II's funeral pyre statuary has the word "Joseph" carved upon this.

So - if our Father God has such a long memory for our prayers and He tells us to think of His Holy, Holy, Holy Spirit as our personal "Comfort" and "Comforter" and first tells us of the Balm of Gilead in Genesis 37 - when does Father God pick up on The Balm of Gilead again?

Jeremiah. The Prophet thrown in to King David's Kingdom line hole in the cellar called prison - speaks a lot about The Balm of Gilead. Jeremiah we know from Babylonian Chronicles is from 597 when the foreign emperor he kept prophesying about would release him, sent Nebo-Sarsechim in Jeremiah Chapter 39 and actually the Babylonians record this too - a Tablet Confirms a Biblical Babylonian General Nebo-Sarsechim following the orders of Nebuchadnezzar II to release God's Prophet.

So the Balm of Gilead has traveled in God's Word from 1425 B.C to 597 B.C. Which, of course, according to St Peter is less than one day to God Almighty.

God Himself as called His Holy Spirit "Comforter." For? You and for me. And God has said He remembers all of our tears and could have quite a talk with us about our thoughts and lives. Giving us His Son - Jesus Christ - His Only Son. Making sure in faith we could dwell with God forever.

Astonishing to remember all the details of the Scriptures hold up impossibility as fact. Solid Truth.

And our Father GOD wants to be "Comfort."

My thoughts tend to run like this in remembering:

1 Thessalonians 1 ~ gospel came to you not only in word, 2 Samuel 4:1-12 ~ David answered. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing in Your sight, 32-40 ~ by faith we understand, Acts 14:19-28 ~ disciples gathered. Being the disciples of Jesus today., Acts 6 ~ full of faith. Our belief in Him grows as we pray., and all that is within me, Beauty instead of ashes, bless His Holy Name - Jesus.

Jesus said something very strong. Pray with Hope. Know the Scriptures, Know the Power of God.

Mary told Jesus, "We have been looking for you?"

Jesus replied, "Why were you searching for me?" I would never leave or forsake you...

Abba,

Your willing Blessings give us Life.

Jesus is the Eternal Word of God.

“I have manifested your name to the people whom you gave me out of the world. Yours they were, and you gave them to me, and they have kept your word. 7 Now they know that everything that you have given me is from you. 8 For I have given them the words that you gave me, and they have received them and have come to know in truth that I came from you; and they have believed that you sent me. 9 I am praying for them. I am not praying for the world but for those whom you have given me, for they are yours. 10 All mine are yours, and yours are mine, and I am glorified in them.

"I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them[b] in the truth; your word is truth. 18 As you sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sake I consecrate myself, that they also may be sanctified in truth.

20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, 23 I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me. 24 Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world."

We Thank You for Your Comfort.

We Thank You for Overcoming.

We Thank You for Your Words of Life.

We Thank You to give us to know to pray for Heaven on earth.

We Lift up our Cares to Jesus. We lift up Elliott, Dee and Janice. With Love and Faith!

We Lift up our Loves to Jesus.

We Lift up the People You Give us to Jesus.

We lift up our Nation to Jesus.

We lift up the cares of the world shown to us.

We Thank You for all the people praying for more Heaven on earth.

We Thank You for the Blessings You give daily and we Thank You to live in this Amazing Time.

Blessed to be in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Matthew 1:23 ~ God with us

Matthew 1:23

23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son,
and they shall call his name Immanuel”

(which means, God with us)

The Book of Ecclesiastes 2.6: "I made myself pools from which to water the forest of growing trees."

Josephus wrote Solomon enjoyed the beauty of the water-rich "Etham" (one of the main springs is called Ein Eitam = Hebrew: עין עיטם )

Isaiah 7

In the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, son of Uzziah, king of Judah, Rezin the king of Syria and Pekah the son of Remaliah the king of Israel came up to Jerusalem to wage war against it, but could not yet mount an attack against it. 2 When the house of David was told, “Syria is in league with Ephraim,” the heart of Ahaz and the heart of his people shook as the trees of the forest shake before the wind.

3 And the Lord said to Isaiah, “Go out to meet Ahaz, you and Shear-jashub your son, at the end of the conduit of the upper pool on the highway to the Washer's Field.

4 And say to him, ‘Be careful, be quiet, do not fear, and do not let your heart be faint because of these two smoldering stumps of firebrands, at the fierce anger of Rezin and Syria and the son of Remaliah. 5 Because Syria, with Ephraim and the son of Remaliah, has devised evil against you, saying, 6 “Let us go up against Judah and terrify it, and let us conquer it for ourselves, and set up the son of Tabeel as king in the midst of it,” 7 thus says the Lord God:

“‘It shall not stand,
and it shall not come to pass.
8 For the head of Syria is Damascus,
and the head of Damascus is Rezin.
And within sixty-five years
Ephraim will be shattered from being a people.
9 And the head of Ephraim is Samaria,
and the head of Samaria is the son of Remaliah.

If you are not firm in faith,
you will not be firm at all.’”

10 Again
The Lord spoke to Ahaz: 11 “Ask a sign of the Lord your God; let it be deep as Sheol or high as heaven.”

12 But Ahaz said, “I will not ask, and I will not put the Lord to the test.”

13 And he said, “Hear then, O house of David! Is it too little for you to weary men, that you weary my God also? 14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

15 He shall eat curds and honey when he knows how to refuse the evil and choose the good. 16 For before the boy knows how to refuse the evil and choose the good, the land whose two kings you dread will be deserted. 17 The Lord will bring upon you and upon your people and upon your father's house such days as have not come since the day that Ephraim departed from Judah—the king of Assyria!”

18 In that day the Lord will whistle for the fly that is at the end of the streams of Egypt, and for the bee that is in the land of Assyria. 19 And they will all come and settle in the steep ravines, and in the clefts of the rocks, and on all the thornbushes, and on all the pastures.

20 In that day the Lord will shave with a razor that is hired beyond the River—with the king of Assyria—the head and the hair of the feet, and it will sweep away the beard also.

21 In that day a man will keep alive a young cow and two sheep, 22 and because of the abundance of milk that they give, he will eat curds, for everyone who is left in the land will eat curds and honey.

23 In that day every place where there used to be a thousand vines, worth a thousand shekels of silver, will become briers and thorns. 24 With bow and arrows a man will come there, for all the land will be briers and thorns. 25 And as for all the hills that used to be hoed with a hoe, you will not come there for fear of briers and thorns, but they will become a place where cattle are let loose and where sheep tread.

The Plans of God are not short sighted. Father God is busy weaving all things for Good for those working for His Purpose. We see God's Living Word encompasses yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Abraham felt he would Help Further God's Plan. When we see Ahaz, hording the Temple (asking the Nation not to worship in the Temple, instead go to nature) to give his son Hezekiah the gold in the Temple to give. Ahaz is Helping God's Plan quote, and unquote, to not ask God for a sign. Ahaz probably is thinking he furthers God's Plan by asking God to be quiet. Instead of conversing with the Living God.

God has, of course, seen this before in the Exodus. And still Father God's Plans will be completed. Even Saul, later Paul, felt his job was to kill people off to further the Plans of God.

We have all sorts of Plans for Father God. God works with His Holy Virginal Plans. And yet, we know, Jesus has told us to pray with all hope. David knew to pray for the Mercy of God. And both fully expected to see His Mercy.

God's Plans are a Hope and a Future.

Abba,

We Thank You for Your Willingness as God giving us Hope every day in all situations. We leave the probable and enter Your Kingdom of Heaven were all things of God are possible.

Jesus said, “Take away the stone.” We will remove the millstone of not Seeing God in Life.

Jesus says to us, “Did I not tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?”

Jesus Raises up His Eyes and said, “Father, I thank you that you have heard me.

I knew that you always hear me, but I said this on account of the people standing around, that they may believe that you sent me.”

When Jesus had said these things, he cried out with a loud voice, “Have Faith. Dead bones will rise up! Dust will be spoken to rise up!”

Jesus said to them, “All Things are Possible with God.”

We will speak the Name of Jesus to our concerns and cares. We will speak the Name of Jesus to the ones we Love on Elliott and Dee. We speak in the Name of Jesus to our Churches, work places and communities His Name. We will Speak the Name of Jesus upon the world knowing the saints of God ask Him for more Heaven on earth.

And we will say, "Thank You, Father God, for Jesus Christ."

Amen.

Matthew 17:1-13 ~ This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to Him

Matthew 17:1-13

And after six days (Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi Matthew 16:10) Jesus took with him Peter and James, and John his brother, and led them up a high mountain by themselves.

2 And he was transfigured before them, and his face shone like the sun, and his clothes became white as light. 3 And behold, there appeared to them Moses and Elijah, talking with him.

4 And Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good that we are here. If you wish, I will make three tents here, one for you and one for Moses and one for Elijah.”

5 He was still speaking when, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased; listen to him.”

6 When the disciples heard this, they fell on their faces and were terrified.

John 1

1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4 In him was life, and the life was the light of men.

5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about the light, that all might believe through him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.

9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through him, yet the world did not know him. 11 He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 (John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”) 16 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, he has made him known.

14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory,
glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

15 (John bore witness about him, and cried out, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because he was before me.’”)

16 For from his fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father's side, he has made him known.

7 But Jesus came and touched them, saying, “Rise, and have no fear.” 8 And when they lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only.

2 Peter 1

16 For we did not follow cleverly devised myths when we made known to you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of his majesty.

17 For when he received honor and glory from God the Father, and the voice was borne to him by the Majestic Glory,
“This is my beloved Son, with whom I am well pleased,”

18 we ourselves heard this very voice borne from heaven, for we were with him on the holy mountain. 19 And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts, 20 knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone's own interpretation. 21 For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

9 And as they were coming down the mountain, Jesus commanded them, “Tell no one the vision, until the Son of Man is raised from the dead.”

10 And the disciples asked him, “Then why do the scribes say that first Elijah must come?” 11 He answered, “Elijah does come, and he will restore all things. 12 But I tell you that Elijah has already come, and they did not recognize him, but did to him whatever they pleased. So also the Son of Man will certainly suffer at their hands.”

13 Then the disciples understood that he was speaking to them of John the Baptist.

Romans 8 18

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that revealed to us.

 For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.

20 For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope 21 that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

22 For we know that the whole creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. 23 And not only the creation, but we ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for adoption as sons, the redemption of our bodies.

For in this hope we were saved.

Now hope that is seen is not hope. For who hopes for what he sees? 25 But if we hope for what we do not see, we wait for it with patience.

26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

27 And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit,

because

The Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

28 And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Abba,

You are our Willing Father, hearing Hearts. Your Plans are for Hope and Future. Your Children fill the Fullness of Your Good Creation with prayers of more Heaven on earth and Your Good Will to be accomplished.

Let the Holy Spirit live in me and let this prayer be the Holy Spirit moving to intercede my heart to You. Fill Your Loving Heart with Your Willing Word upon our cares and fill all of our Loved Ones with Your Love and Steadfast Care and Encouragement.

Let us know Your Nourishment in our Souls. We put ourselves in Jesus Christ. Our Loved ones in Jesus CHrist. Our Communities and Churches in Jesus Christ. Our Nation in Jesus Christ. The Nations in the Name and Power and Love in Jesus Christ. Knowing the Comfort of all of Creation is in Your Mercy and Love. We will specifically pray for Elliott's healing. And also for Dee.
Amen in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say. The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation. The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
