Do you wonder? I wonder. I'm not a medical person, yet I wonder what God is doing, with awe.
Why would a Malaria drug work with something similar to Quinine? Hydroxychloroquine. Quinine works in the liver for Malaria. Why does this work for respiratory illnesses? Odd.
And babies with liver problems, low bilirubin require sunlight. Filtered sunlight is a safe, low-tech treatment for newborn jaundice. https://med.stanford.edu. The babies are undressed in the treatment. (Which news will run President Trump advocates nudist colonies first? The Sun?!)
Bilirubin is a brownish yellow substance found in bile. It is produced when the liver breaks down old red blood cells. Bilirubin is then removed from the body through the stool (feces) and gives stool its normal color.
So, if we combine a liver medication and sunlight...
So what improves Liver function?
Exercise, sunlight, lemon zest. Lemon water. Turmeric. Mustard. Resveratrol, food supplement, can improve glucose metabolism and lipid profile and decrease liver fibrosis and steatosis. Furthermore! Able to alter hepatic cell fatty acid composition. Resveratrol is part of a group of compounds called polyphenols. They're thought to act like antioxidants, protecting the body against damage that can put you at higher risk for things like cancer and heart disease. It's in the skin of red grapes, but you can also find it in peanuts and berries.
Low, low, low, low amounts of Red Wine. Less than a shot, but daily. In the sunlight! Avoiding the sulfites in white wine. Avoiding hard liquor. Working off pre-diabetic foods and avoiding Sugar.
And a large, large, Large dose of Optimism. Faith. Hope moves us off the sofa. Bingo.

Sometimes when I write Posts. I can feel something like the Song, "Tremble, tremble Tremble"
How Great is our God. The Almighty God of All Creation. And realize He is probably the size of the Universe. Which is His. Simply, His Creation. And in His Size, I have awe. How fleeting to be only mortal. And realize from this sheer Magnitude, how tender He is. Jesus Christ is His.
The application of heat in the dryer to our clothes. This same heat lamp effect would apply to food, probably. And warm, warm commercial kitchens. And the heat lamp principal can be applied to items sent in the mail to keep the USPS, Amazon, UPS, Fedex and us safer. (With packages marked don't heat if you can't.) Or maybe just extreme UV lighting. This might really help us all. And instead of Lysol and Mr. Monk, we should all our mail in the backyard for an hour! With Lysol and a one hour sun baste and then flip for an hour. Sounds better to me!
