Heaven has a crystal river. A River of Shining Water. We can picture this in Heaven.
Joshua 4
Twelve Memorial Stones from the Jordan
When all the nation had finished passing over the Jordan, the Lord said to Joshua, 2 “Take twelve men from the people, from each tribe a man, 3 and command them, saying, ‘Take twelve stones from here out of the midst of the Jordan, from the very place where the priests' feet stood firmly, and bring them over with you and lay them down in the place where you lodge tonight.’”
4 Then Joshua called the twelve men from the people of Israel, whom he had appointed, a man from each tribe. 5 And Joshua said to them, “Pass on before the ark of the Lord your God into the midst of the Jordan, and take up each of you a stone upon his shoulder, according to the number of the tribes of the people of Israel, 6 that this may be a sign among you. When your children ask in time to come, ‘What do those stones mean to you?’ 7 then you shall tell them that the waters of the Jordan were cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord. When it passed over the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. So these stones shall be to the people of Israel a memorial forever.”
8 And the people of Israel did just as Joshua commanded and took up twelve stones out of the midst of the Jordan, according to the number of the tribes of the people of Israel, just as the Lord told Joshua. And they carried them over with them to the place where they lodged and laid them down there. 9 And Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the covenant had stood; and they are there to this day. 10 For the priests bearing the ark stood in the midst of the Jordan until everything was finished that the Lord commanded Joshua to tell the people, according to all that Moses had commanded Joshua.
The people passed over in haste. 11 And when all the people had finished passing over, the ark of the Lord and the priests passed over before the people. 12 The sons of Reuben and the sons of Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh passed over armed before the people of Israel, as Moses had told them. 13 About 40,000 ready for war passed over before the Lord for battle, to the plains of Jericho. 14 On that day the Lord exalted Joshua in the sight of all Israel, and they stood in awe of him just as they had stood in awe of Moses, all the days of his life.
15 And the Lord said to Joshua, 16 “Command the priests bearing the ark of the testimony to come up out of the Jordan.” 17 So Joshua commanded the priests, “Come up out of the Jordan.” 18 And when the priests bearing the ark of the covenant of the Lord came up from the midst of the Jordan, and the soles of the priests' feet were lifted up on dry ground, the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and overflowed all its banks, as before.
19 The people came up out of the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they encamped at Gilgal on the east border of Jericho. 20 And those twelve stones, which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up at Gilgal. 21 And he said to the people of Israel, “When your children ask their fathers in times to come, ‘What do these stones mean?’ 22 then you shall let your children know, ‘Israel passed over this Jordan on dry ground.’
For the Lord your God dried up the waters of the Jordan
for you until you passed over,
as the Lord your God did to the Red Sea,
which He dried up for us until we passed over,
so that all the peoples of the earth may know that
the Hand of the Lord is Mighty, that you may (Yar — reverence) fear
The Lord your God forever.”
Are the rocks the same? Who knows? God Knows.
The altars set up as the 12 Tribes set up their land, remain.
Are these the same stones in the River Jordan? We will know in Heaven.
Joshua knew some trepidation as he began. God looked into Joshua's heart and gave assurances. God did as Jesus said and He Worked. A Wonder of God. God parted the River Jordan as the people entered Israel after their Journey.
And with this great miracle, God did something very unusual. God never sets up remembrances really. God set up a bridge, a footpath. Something to remember this unusual time. God wasn't going to part the water every day. God gave us His Works to be remembered Reasonably.
James 3:17
The wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason,
full of mercy and good fruits,
impartial and sincere.
God was probably offering Celebration. A Repeat. A Joy in Life. John 17. Father God's Trust in the People of His Good Creation.
Genesis 1:4
And God said, “Let there be Light,” and there was Light. And God saw that the Light was good.
And God separated the Light from the darkness.
God called the Light Day, and the darkness he called Night.
And there was evening and there was morning, the first Day.
Father God wasn't offering Heaven. Father God was working and expecting His Children to work His Good Creation. Like Jesus, Jesus knew people didn't walk on water well. And like Peter, who wisely, decided to swim to Jesus, alive, in John 21. Only Jesus walks on water well.
A recent survey of 6 in 10 American people say they've experienced such great and deep stress, they feel sleep-deprived. The Nation says we are tired and weary. 80% reporting they've prayed every day, believing God hears them specifically and Loves them. Knowing God Loves Me. Tenderly. And now this has declined to 25% pray less, saying they know at least they pray monthly. This happens as Churches have had closure for Pandemic.
Not Studied are the thousands who have prayed on the Beaches of California without much notice. Or the thousands who turned out to ask for a better society, very peacefully. Or the thousands who have prayed in Washington D.C. Or those grateful for Thanksgiving Prayer Day asked Nationally.
One of the nice aspects of Church in Pandemic, is the YouTube Church Service. Tender hearts can weep and be all the range of emotions, while tenderly cared for during YouTube Church. Feeling God can place all things under His feet easily. Stress is a burden. YouTube Church Services and prayer groups can help immeasurably. Our Churches have believed Jesus is God and offer reasonable expectations of us. Tender Love from Father God.
Gratitude and Thanksgiving pour forth even in stress. But honesty allows us to heal. The Scriptures are messy to deal with real us in real life.
1 Corinthians 15:27
For “God has put everything under His feet.”
We want to be in God's Place. To know how much God Loves us. To know His forgiveness when we feel craven worried and experience, again, the relief Disciples were never removed for having trepidation. His Love. For us. God is not worried. All things are under His feet. The Universe is upheld from His Word. We want God's Calm.
To experience the parallel of 1 Corinthians 15:27
Ephesians 1:22,23
And God put everything under His feet and
made Him head over everything for the church,
which is His Body,
His fullness of Him who fills all in all.
Again
The Storm will Pass.
We will be washed by Living Water!
And go back to summer days

Celebrating and Youth Groups!
This Storm will end,
the waters will part,
and Father God
Will
Safely
and
Tenderly
Steadfastly Hold us in His Heart.
Our Good Father is Alive, Lovingly Present and Working.
Abba, Our Father,
Psalm 46:1-3
God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.
Proverbs 18:10
The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.
Nehemiah 8:10
Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.
Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
And as John has been His faithful eyewitness,
To Jesus Christ we give our hearts proclaiming,
for Thine is the Kingdom, the Power and the Glory.
Abba,
We ask You to strengthen us each day that we may walk in the plans You have for us.
Dwell in us.
Help us to see You First in our lives.
To Seek You First.
All honor and glory to You, Father.
In the highest name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Therefore, my beloved brothers, and sisters,
Like Matthew 25
be steadfast,
immovable,
always abounding in the work of the Lord,
knowing that in the Lord
your labor is not in vain.
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and the love of God
And the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you ALL.
The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit, brothers.
Finally, brothers, Rejoice!
Aim for restoration, comfort one another, agree with one another, live in peace;
and the God of love
and peace
will be with you.
Amen!
Opening our doors with expectation of Your Continued Goodness in ourselves, in the ones we Love, Jesus Christ in the people You bring us.
Blessing our Nation, blessing us. Ending our Divisions. Lord Jesus Christ Dwell in Us!
His Steadfast Love, Jesus, we ask bring into our loved one's lives. May Father God bless us all in Jesus.

Email registry at bottom.! “All Scripture is inspired by God” (2 Timothy 3:16). Men “moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God” (2 Peter 1:21). The Holy Spirit carried men along, moving and guiding them as they wrote in their own words what God wanted them to say.
The Bible is unique; comprised of 80 separate books, & written over a period of thousands of years by more than 40 writers with one Author, spanning the centuries, different states of peace & war & different situations in life. The Bible answers the question: of who is God, who is man & what can their relationship can be. Although the Bible was written on perishable material and copied by hand for many centuries, its accuracy is not in doubt, proven by Dead Sea Scrolls and papyrus from 2,000 years. The Bible has survived persecution & criticism to be read with great interest in each generation.
The Bible gives witness to the greatness of the Creator. A loving Father concerned for all of his creation. With each verse of the bible witnessing to God is love and the multitude & vastness of His attributes. The Bible was written for you. <><
