Now when the Pharisees gathered to him, with some of the scribes who had come from Jerusalem, 2 they saw that some of his disciples ate with hands that were defiled, that is, unwashed. 3 (For the Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they wash their hands properly, holding to the tradition of the elders, 4 and when they come from the marketplace, they do not eat unless they wash. And there are many other traditions that they observe, such as the washing of cups and pots and copper vessels and dining couches.)
5 And the Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why do your disciples not walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat with defiled hands?”
6 And he said to them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written,
“‘This people honors me with their lips,
but their heart is far from me;
7 in vain do they worship me,
teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’
8 You leave the commandment of God and hold to the tradition of men.”
9 And he said to them, “You have a fine way of rejecting the commandment of God in order to establish your tradition! 10 For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’ 11 But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever you would have gained from me is Corban”’ (that is, given to God)— 12 then you no longer permit him to do anything for his father or mother, 13 thus making void the word of God by your tradition that you have handed down. And many such things you do.”
14 And he called the people to him again and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand: 15 There is nothing outside a person that by going into him can defile him, but the things that come out of a person are what defile him.”
17 And when he had entered the house and left the people, his disciples asked him about the parable. 18 And he said to them, “Then are you also without understanding? Do you not see that whatever goes into a person from outside cannot defile him, 19 since it enters not his heart but his stomach, and is expelled?” (Thus he declared all foods clean.) 20 And he said, “What comes out of a person is what defiles him. 21 For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, 22 coveting, wickedness, deceit, sensuality, envy, slander, pride, foolishness. 23 All these evil things come from within, and they defile a person.”
24 And from there he arose and went away to the region of Tyre and Sidon.
And he entered a house and did not want anyone to know, yet he could not be hidden. 25 But immediately a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit heard of him and came and fell down at his feet. 26 Now the woman was a Gentile, a Syrophoenician by birth. And she begged him to cast the demon out of her daughter.
27 And he said to her, “Let the children be fed first, for it is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs.”
28 But she answered him, “Yes, Lord; yet even the dogs under the table eat the children's crumbs.”
29 And he said to her, “For this statement you may go your way; the demon has left your daughter.” 30 And she went home and found the child lying in bed and the demon gone.
31 Then he returned from the region of Tyre and went through Sidon to the Sea of Galilee, in the region of the Decapolis.
32 And they brought to him a man who was deaf and had a speech impediment, and they begged him to lay his hand on him.
33 And taking him aside from the crowd privately, he put his fingers into his ears, and after spitting touched his tongue. 34 And looking up to heaven, he sighed and said to him, “Ephphatha,” that is, “Be opened.” 35 And his ears were opened, his tongue was released, and he spoke plainly. 36 And Jesus charged them to tell no one. But the more he charged them, the more zealously they proclaimed it.
37 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He even makes the deaf hear and the mute speak.”
Mark 7 ends with the people are in astonishment Jesus does all things well. This is similar to Mark 12 telling us Jesus spoke in parables and then Mark 12 gives one parable the whole Chapter.
Jesus is one on one. Knowing each of us and having time for us individually, Jesus privately heals the deaf man and everyone is in astonishment.
See how much Jesus is observed:
Jesus is watched how he eats, by people arriving from Jerusalem. Jesus tosses back their judgments. And in privacy, Jesus teaches privately to the Disciples in a house. Then Jesus leaves Judea and travels to Tyre and Sidon, where He heals a child far away. Doubtful this same crowd went with Him. In fact, this says only Jesus went. And to increase the Chapter's knowledge of Jesus is always observed: the deaf man is healed completely privately.
Scripture tells us Scripture is true and valid. Scripture explains Scriptures.
John 21:24
This is the disciple who is bearing witness about these things,
and who has written these things, and we know that his testimony is true.
25 Now there are also many other things that Jesus did.
Were every one of them to be written,
I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books that would be written.
John 20:30
Jesus performed many other signs in the presence of His disciples,
which are not written in this book.
Job 26:14
Lo, these are parts of his ways: but how little a portion is heard of him?
But the thunder of his power who can understand?
Psalm 40:5
Many, LORD my God, are the wonders you have done, the things you planned for us.
None can compare with you; were I to speak and tell of your deeds,
they would be too many to declare.
Psalm 71:15
My mouth will declare Your righteousness and Your salvation all day long,
though I cannot know their full measure.
The Gospel of Mark, the questions the people of Rome were asking as they left their comforts to find Peter and Mark in the slums and in the catacombs, the hearts and souls of tentative, new-found believers, were understanding Jesus was astonishing, amazing and personal. Jesus was taking His time with all calling on Jesus.
Jesus was saying He understood the world mocks people. Christ Jesus Messiah, knows how to address, with authority, brash, negative, pull down people. The Ministry of Jesus tells us far more was going on than we will ever know and Jesus was handling all of this with amazing competence. Romans were living in a world of stress. Jesus' love and understanding of the world as it is - helped them. Jesus was real to them.
Romans were in a tough spot during the Ministry of Jesus and as the Acts of the Apostles were being lived. Love flowed from the Apostles. Prayer flowed from the Apostles. Hope flowed from the men who had known Jesus. The Holy Spirit was Comforting and Helping. Multitudes were being given Hope and believing Jesus is God.
People healed of fear, doubts, diseases, sadness for ill loved ones, were moving forward. Jesus was giving a Hope and a Future.
Even Sparrows could be loved, known and cared for by Jesus.
Abba, Holy Father
We begin our prayers, usually
asking You to dwell in us.
Reminding us You are our Heavenly Father, we know as we pray

We praise Your Holy Name, the Highest Name of Jesus

that the prayer will availeth much.
And we pray together.
For the Republic. For Godly Hopes, Godly Jesus Justice,
our Hope and Future.
To have Jesus touch, support, and uphold those we Love
Giving His Love and Future. Peace and Joy.
And as we pray,
we know we have concerns in our lives and cares
we want lifted to God tenderly and with great Love
and privately as Mark 7.
Here we can Believe Jesus would handle these
Prayers with Great Love and Privacy.

We will recall the Pew Report Polls.
Some Statisticians say Polls are only Tacticians. Agenda.
The Body of Christ is talking about this on YouTube. The Prayers of some have halted in worry.
We want the Beloved of Jesus not to live in doubt and fear. Love and Jesus.
The Body of Jesus remembers Jesus Himself said the rich, young ruler would be saved.
Jesus Himself said His Mission is to save the world.
Jesus might say the missing ten to sixteen percent
need to believe they are missed and would be wanted to pray again.
Jesus says Prayer is a come as you are welcome to Jesus Christ.
Jesus always knows who is going to come back to Him and the Prodigal is welcome.
The Gates of Heaven are always open and so is the Heart of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit is called Comforter and Help and Helper.
Jesus bless our Paths to be filled with Heaven.
Heaven on earth. To Be Heaven and Give Heaven.
