Genesis 1:3
And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.
John 21:25
Now there are also many other things that Jesus did.
Were every one of them to be written,
I suppose that the world itself could not contain the books
that would be written.
John 1:9
The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world.
Isaiah 6:3
And one called to another and said:
"Holy, Holy, Holy,
is
The Lord of Hosts,
the whole earth is
Filled with His Glory!"
John 1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God,
and the Word was God.
He was in the beginning with God.
All things were made through him, and
without Him was not any thing made that was made.
In him was life,
and the life was the light of men.
The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
John 1:12
Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in His Name,
He gave the right to become
children of God
John 3:3
Jesus replied,
"Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God
without being born again."
John 1:14
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.
We have seen His Glory,
the Glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father,
full of grace and truth.
“I am in your world.’ said Aslan. ‘But there I have another name.
You must learn to know me by that name.
This was the very reason why you were brought to Narnia,
that by knowing me here for a little, you might know me better there.”
― C.S. Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia
“’You would not have called to me unless I had been calling to you,’ said the Lion.”
—The Silver Chair, CS Lewis
At that moment they heard from behind them a loud noise — a great cracking, deafening noise as if a giant had broken a giant’s plate…. The Stone Table was broken into two pieces by a great crack that ran down it from end to end; and there was no Aslan.
“Who’s done it?” cried Susan. “What does it mean? Is it more magic?”
“Yes!” said a great voice from behind their backs. “It is more magic.”
They looked round. There, shining in the sunrise, larger than they had seen him before, shaking his mane (for it had apparently grown again) stood Aslan himself.
“Oh, Aslan!” cried both the children, staring up at him,
almost as much frightened as they were glad
The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe, CS Lewis
"Lucy buried her head in his mane to hide from his face. But there must have been magic in his mane. She could feel lion-strength going into her.
Quite suddenly she sat up.
"I'm sorry, Aslan," she said. "I'm ready now."
"Now you are a lioness," said Aslan. "
And now all Narnia will be renewed. But come. We have no time to lose."
— C.S. Lewis
“But, first, remember, remember, remember the signs. Say them to yourself when you wake in the morning and when you lie down at night, and when you wake in the middle of the night. And whatever strange things may happen to you, let nothing turn your mind from following the signs.
CS Lewis, The Chronicles of Narnia
Hebrews 4:12
Indeed, the word of God is living and active,
sharper than any two edged sword,
piercing until it divides soul from spirit,
joints from marrow;
it is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart
John 6:29
Jesus replied, "The work of God
is this:
To believe in the One He has sent."
Imagine the Songs we will know in Heaven. Songs from the Exodus. Songs from the Temple. Songs from the Second Exile in Babylon. Songs sung to rebuild the Temple. Songs from the catacombs in Rome from early Christians, like Peter. Songs of the Dispersion after Jesus rose to Life again. Songs unwritten today

play skillfully on the strings, with loud shouts.
For the word of the Lord is upright,

the earth is full of the steadfast love of the Lord.
By the Word of the Lord the heavens were made,
and by the breath of his mouth all their host.

1 Peter 1
According to His great mercy,
He has caused us to be born again to a living hope
through the resurrection of Jesus Christ
from the dead,
4 To an inheritance that is imperishable, undefiled, and unfading,
kept in heaven for you,
5 who by God's power are being guarded
through faith
for a salvation
Psalm 33
The plans of His heart to all generations.
Isaiah 35
The desert shall rejoice and blossom like the crocus;
2 it shall blossom abundantly
and rejoice with joy and singing.
The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it,
the majesty of Carmel and Sharon.
They shall see the glory of the Lord,
the majesty of our God.
3 Strengthen the weak hands,
and make firm the feeble knees.
4 Say to those who have an anxious heart,
“Be strong; fear not!
Behold, your God
will come"
Behold, your God
will come"
Isaiah 45:8
Shower, O heavens, from above,
and
let the clouds rain down righteousness;
Let the earth open,
that salvation and righteousness
may bear fruit;
Let the earth cause them both to sprout;
I the LORD have created it.
