A Psalm of David.
Save, O Lord, for the godly one is gone;

Would Jesus agree with David in Psalm 12. Jesus wants to save the world yesterday, today and tomorrow. Consider the way people arrive in the open Gates of Heaven. Jesus once remarked:

We are living the 500 year mark of History. Plague recovery from a reason: the birds, deer, pecans, avocados, social media, police, airline travel, schools and education boards, the friendships, families are all experiencing system failure. Illness pervasive.
Even in the way we explain prayer or do prayer. It's not just elbows out in society, it's the way sometimes conversations or prayer goes. If I can catch you being a sinner, then the sin falls on you. If I tell you something and God feels a spark of evil in you, then my prayer is better and more powerful. Afflict them with what they would do, not prayer. Understand... the goal is bad and God will not favor you. This isn't Christianity. This is wiccan. Or Voodoo. Or this is Deist. God has everything set on a system and you fell over, nanny nanny boo boo. This catch you up prayer isn't ... LOVE.
Love is prayer. Love is earnest. Love is sincere. Love is without manipulation. No one alive can teach you a formula for pumping God for mo power and mo dis. Dat Power and money. If we seek to topple each other, this isn't service to the Lord. If you hear someone teach you this, this is how to fall down. We do not pray for affliction and better chess maneuvers, we pray for the Lord to help hearts open. Not to take from others.
Watch to make sure Love is the aim of prayer and of friend conversations.
The Lord upholds the Universe. He has no need of underhanded manipulation and lack of Love.
How will we recover? Mercy. Mercy to the weak, the gullible. Strength in the Lord. Wisdom of the ways and times to take a Stand.

1 Truly God is good to Israel,
to those who are pure in heart.
Abba, Father,
We Bless You for Jesus. He enables us to have a Hope and Future. Covering us in His Righteousness. When we believe Jesus, He gives us this immeasurable Gift.
Father, we will Trust in the Lord with all our heart, and do not lean on our own understanding. In all our ways acknowledge God, and He will make straight your paths.
Since therefore the children share in flesh and blood, Jesus, Himself, likewise partook of the same things, that through death Jesus might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil.
Knowing we were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from our forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a Lamb without blemish or spot.
We give You thanks for the Lavish Love of Jesus, especially on the Sabbath. Realizing the Magnitude of Jesus. And giving thanks knowing our sincerity in Thanking Him, is our Joy and is pleasing to Him. God who bends so far that we might Live forever with God in His Kingdom.
