but if I do them [works], even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father.

We had a Sermon at Church, beginning of Lent, about the presence of Angels surrounding the ministry of Jesus. It's not something I've thought about often. Daniel records understanding the spiritual world presence on earth. The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof.
When we read Scripture, the Power of God, touches one person with one verse and another with an entirely different verse. Nourishing the Body of Christ, individually and completely. Up building the Body of Christ in Love.
Maundy Thursday, or Holy Thursday, is the birth of The New Covenant of the New Testament.
Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father,
and He will
at once send me
more than twelve legions of angels?
This would be more than 10.5 more than the Roman Empire in Jerusalem. Jesus wasn't counting souls, He was explaining all the Heavenly Host, as Daniel understood.
2 Corinthians 4:18
So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen,
since what is seen is temporary,
but what is unseen is eternal.
1 Peter 1
—May be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
Though you have not seen Him, you love Him.
Though you do not now see Him, you believe in Him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,
Obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and inquired carefully, 11 inquiring what person or time the Spirit of Christ in them was indicating when he predicted the sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories.
12 It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you.
In the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit
sent from heaven,
things into which angels long to look.
Luke 10
22 All things have been handed over to me by my Father,
and no one knows who the Son is except the Father,
or who the Father is except the Son a
nd anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.”
23 Then turning to the disciples
He said privately,
“Blessed are the eyes that see what you see!
The Holy Spirit sent from heaven,
things into which
angels long to look.
2 Peter 3:13
But in keeping with God's promise,
we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth,
where righteousness dwells.
No one will obtain His Salvation.
No one is worthy.
This is the free gift of Salvation
in Jesus Christ.
The washing of sin
is paid for by the Sacrifice of Jesus
in His Blood
Romans 3:9
What then? Are we any better? Not at all.
For we have already made the charge
that Jews and Greeks alike
are all under sin.
Why would the Angels long for Salvation? After the millenniums the angels have lived with Jesus, who knows Abraham and David, living in Heaven?
Again:
2 Peter 3:13
But in keeping with God's promise,
we are looking forward to a new heaven
and
a new earth,
where righteousness dwells.
Why would we hunger and thirst for righteousness to be filled?
Isaiah 51:11
So the redeemed of the LORD will return
and
enter Zion with singing, crowned with everlasting joy.
Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.

"For just as the new heavens and the new earth,
which I will make,
will endure before Me," declares the LORD,
"so your descendants
and your name will endure.
Romans 8:21
that the creation itself will be set free
from its bondage to decay
and
brought into the glorious
freedom
of the children of God
Revelation 7:17
For the Lamb in the center of the throne will be their shepherd.
'He will lead them to springs of living water,'
and
'God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.'"
The Glory of His Glory. What Jesus Loves
He would have us do for one another.
His Living Example
of Spreading Loving Blessings.
Maundy Thursday,
Holy Thursday
Jesus washes Peter clean.
Jesus tells us what we do
for the least of one in His Kingdom
we do to Him.
Jesus lives the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Doing what we would have done to us
to one another.
Love one another.
When we love one another,
we are not far from Jesus Christ
and the Kingdom of Heaven.
Let us bless The Lord
