” About six hundred thousand on foot that were men, beside children. And a mixed multitude went up also with them....”
Psalm 114
When Israel went out from Egypt,
the house of Jacob
from a people of strange language
2 Judah became His Sanctuary,
Israel His Dominion.
3 The sea looked and fled;
Jordan turned back.
4 The mountains skipped like rams,
the hills like lambs.
5 What ails you, O sea, that you flee?
O Jordan, that you turn back?
6 O mountains, that you skip like rams?
O hills, like lambs?
7 Tremble, O earth,
at the Presence of the Lord,
at the presence of the God of Jacob,
8 Who turns the rock
into a pool of water,
the flint
into a spring of water.
All of the multitude and all of the 600,000 believed they knew their lives to be slavery in Egypt. And suddenly, God was working and nothing was as they had known life before. They were making bricks without mud. Life was much more difficulty.
And then the plagues began.
Still brave. Still open to a new way. Bravely.
But not without enough complaints to make the saints complain to God about His people!
And the Lord had His Plans. First, He organized life to bring prosperity to the families of the people He had delivered. The land was organized to be a place of hope, prosperity and shelter for Love to live and grow.
Romans 15:13
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
Jeremiah 29:11
For I know the plans I have for you,
declares the Lord,
plans for welfare and not for evil,
to give you a future and a hope.
Isaiah 40:31
But they who wait for the Lord
shall renew their strength;
they shall mount up with wings like eagles;
they shall run and not be weary;
they shall walk and not faint.
Hebrews 11:1
Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for,
the conviction of things not seen.
Romans 12:12
Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation,
be constant in prayer.
Romans 15:4
For whatever was written in former days
was written for our instruction,
that through endurance
and
through the encouragement of the Scriptures
we might have hope.
What the Lord does for us, we should imagine.
Matthew 19:26
But Jesus looked at them and said,
“With man this is impossible,
but with God all things are possible.”
Luke 1:37
For nothing will be impossible with God.
Jeremiah 32:17
Ah, Lord God!
It is You
Who have made the Heavens
and the earth
by Your great power
and
by Your outstretched Arm!
Nothing is too hard for You
Our Father, Who is in Heaven
Come to us, Father.
Come to us, Holy Spirit.
Come to us, Jesus Christ.
Help us
each day
to see the Joy and Adventure
Jesus Christ sees
in John 14, 15, 16 and John 17.
To Be more Heaven on earth
To see more Heaven on earth
To say more Heaven on earth.
and
to Bless more Heaven on earth.
Every Day.
Each day to
promote what is Good
what is Heavenly
what is a Blessing.
To stop
anything
that is evil.
Even if your voice quakes.
Just say, No.
We welcome You.
In this unexpected time.
Father, in Heaven, Thank You,
Know every aspect of us. Every cell.
All
Abide
in every moment
of our Lives.
The Lord God
Father of All
In Every Moment.
Gently Holding our Prayers.
Understanding the Best of us.
Knowing the worst.
Saving the world
One moment at a time.
Eternally.
Our Father, Who is in Heaven
Almighty God,
our Heavenly Father,
guide the nations of the world
into the way of justice and truth,
and establish among
them that peace which is the fruit of righteousness,
that they
may become the Kingdom of our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ.
Amen.
The Safety of
one
who has faithfully
served this Nation.
And is Loved.
Eternal God,
in whose perfect Kingdom no sword is drawn
but the sword of righteousness,
no strength known but the
strength of Love:
So mightily spread abroad your Spirit,
that
All
peoples
may be gathered under the banner
of the Prince of Peace,
as children of one Father;
to whom be dominion
and
glory, now and forever.
Amen.
Forgive us in Your Mercy, Father.
Our flaws, sins and weaknesses
the doubt even Your Disciples had.
God of Love.
Have Mercy upon us all,
we pray in Jesus Christ.
Dwell in us, Father,
we ask in the Highest Name of Jesus.
Dwell, fully, in those we love
Help us to seek You
first
and we will finish well
in Jesus Christ.
We pray
Peace
for Israel
and Your Good Creation.
Continued Healing
and all Good Health!
Very Grateful for the help
we have received from each other
and God's Salvation.
Thank You. Jesus.
Our God is working. His Son,
Jesus is working.
Amen.
