John 15:11
These things I have spoken to you,
that My Joy may be in you,
and
that your joy may be full.
Scriptures tell us again and again.
Luke 12:49-53
Jesus said to His disciples:
“I have come to set the earth on fire,
and how I wish it were already blazing!
There is a baptism with which I must be baptized,
and how great is my anguish until it is accomplished!
Do you think that I have come to establish peace on the earth?
No, I tell you, but rather division.
From now on a household of five will be divided,
three against two and two against three;
a father will be divided against his son
and a son against his father,
a mother against her daughter
and a daughter against her mother,
a mother-in-law against her daughter-in-law
and a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.”
These Words from today's Liturgy strike a cord
of
Today, Today, Today
with all of us.
Let's remember something we are all familiar with: the Exodus.
This is a fire cast upon earth, signaling the presence of God's Plan.
Thee
Fire of the Holy Spirit
Let there be LIGHT
Do we believe the Promises of God. Do we believe the Word of God explains His Righteousness, His Kingdom and The Lord's Authority and expectation of our hearts. The words of our mouth, the actions of our lives, our choices. Do we act and believe we were bought at a price.
Habakkuk 3:17,18
Though the fig tree does not bud
and
no fruit is on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and
the fields produce no food,
though the sheep are cut off from the fold
and
no cattle are in the stalls,
Yet I will exult in the LORD;
I will rejoice in the God
of
my Salvation

As Longlife becomes decades, we will all find surprise, harsh circumstances, and inconvenience. Then our loyalties will be tried. Luke 12:49-53 asks us will we throw in our hopes, faith, convictions with those we are comfortable and loving in our hearts. Or will we lead with faith in the enduring days of our lives.
The point of the conflict is a reunion. Earthly or Heavenly, but the leading of goodness to Salvation. Who do we believe God to be? We arrive at the bottom line of our faith.
God is not Mr. Positive Thoughts. However, the Joy of God's Righteous Goodness and Mercy is our Strength. When we believe God is Love and Love makes a Way, Truth and Life, then we find our strength.
Today, we sat with groups of people, all are hoping for a brighter future. And the older group has seen more changes away from the gentle days of half a century ago. And they wonder if we are done for. To buy a product, especially in the medical or health field, is to find it is 25 to 35% higher. Healthcare is unreal, the cost. Education is the hope of advancement and is outrageous. To pass a group of newly built houses, which are only for high rent. To see products gouging by their marketing, easily seeing what the competition charges on the internet. To pay $3 or 2 grand for a kitchen appliance, and the delivery people say good luck getting 3 years of service from this everyday junk, or a more expletive word.
The weather. The crazy news and words of illogical reasoning with such anger. Are we done for?
Yes, if we roll with poor decisions, bad culture, shady business.
Yes, if we roll in misery.
Yes, if we are silent. Yes, when we feel hopeless.
Yes, if we don't find ways to produce life-making quality.
Quality Work.
Quality Decisions
Quality Culture.
A Life of Love.
Quality Work. Not planned obsolescence. Not overcharging. Not underpaying workers. Not gouging from the internet.
Quality Decisions. Not caffeine to excess. Not drinking or drugs. Not selfish choices to hurt those in our lives. Not plotting. A life of helpful choices. Facing the life of gathering experiences sought for upbuilding and blessing. Conscience. An inner belief and certainty, the comfort of rightness. Not entertainment to drag into decay.
Quality Culture. Contributing to the upbuilding of care. Going to bed knowing you made a difference around you. Love God. Love yourself and treat others as you would treat yourself to uplift and build them.
A Life of Love. 1/3 of Americans do not speak to family. And others make no effort to truly engage as a family. The rest keep the airlines busy. A career is not going to be eternal. A family is with the right efforts. Forgive. Try again. Love yourself. Spill over onto others with this gathering of upbuilding and blessing. Trust in a better future.
Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for whoever would draw near to God
must believe
that
He exists
and
that
He rewards those who seek Him.
In this Verses, we find the right to boundaries. The right to be Loved as God would enjoy. The necessity of boundaries. The need for faith in one another. Forgiveness.
Determination for a blessing life. And the diligence to find our blessings and be grateful. Work to up build.
Reality
Reality is that time is taken for forgiveness,
Reality is that tearing each other down is easier when we feel hopeless.
Reality is the time REQUIRED to make the path straight.
Straight is the way of the Lord. Prepare His Path.
Making a life, we are glad we gave Love and care. We stand with The Lord.
