When we take the family and put the children in Sunday School, we have HOPE!
We are hoping they are completely charged up with the Message: GOD LOVES YOU!
And this makes me recall
The man in charge of traffic at a largish Church. He said had never seen so many people drive erratically angry after Church. Whyyyyy? If you have never left Church in a completely angry mood… you haven't been listening. Everyone needs to feel Challenged at Church. At least once or twice! Because we have to listen to our souls and find what has challenged us. And seek the path from the Holy Spirit.
This isn't tongues, this vague talk of the Holy Ghost. This is knowing the Love Jesus has for you, working in your every single day of life. This is when you are in Heaven and there are too many Nations and cultures and people to count. THEN, the Holy Spirit is Jesus. Jesus Who lives and moves with you to live with you. Lives with you.
Revelation 7:9 presents the apostle John's vision: "After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb".
When I dreamed and saw my grandmother Bit, she had never looked so completely fulfilled. I had never thought of her as unfulfilled. The filling of the presence of God. My brother called me one day while he visited America and Canada at Niagara Falls. He sent me a text photo and said he wanted to grow this unique and beautiful flower.
What was this? R O S E ! No way, he had never seen something like this in Texas before, not even in the florists shops. Yes. A Rose. Wait a minute. Yes, it did smell like a Rose. Whyyy didn't our Texas Roses look like this.
Because Texas Roses freeze, broil and then dry out. They struggle in the weather to be strong and fight off disease. They do not have morning and evening mist of the dew of God. Local Roses are not in Paradise.
However, my Grandmother did look like this:
Now, you might say, how will we make Church have a moment of absolute Heaven each week? That's something we can do together in community.
