On May 31, 2020 at about 10:30 p.m., Lafayette Park in front of the White House had a fire set by Rioters about 20' x 20'. Fox News Reporter found St. John's Church was on fire. He entered the building and tried to find a fire extinguisher, he was unsuccessful. He raced outside to find help and found the Rioters were ramping up. One man was in front of the fire and Goose Stepping while adding a dance to the Goose Step. The dancer was all eyes on St. John's Church, from the distance his happy, smiling face was complete joy. The Reporter lamented so many things had burned and it probably was six solid blocks of fires and car fires. The two hundred year old Church would probably burn as the fire went from the office to the basement Nursery.
Suddenly, the Secret Service was, for the first time, in highly motivated movement to move the crowd. The Reporter speculated it was for the sudden aggression, because the nearby Wells Fargo had burned the night before - nothing was risking fire fighter lives to put out flames. And as the crowd began to seriously retreat from the increasing Police and Secret Service Charge, we could hear the Fire Engines. The Reporter lamented the lack of clear traffic for the Fire Truck. Instead, the Local President was taking care of his neighbor.
President Trump did not visit St. John's Church just one time. The Secret Service is directed by the Commander and Chief. We didn't see him visit once, we saw a stand taken for St. John's Episcopal Church twice. Immediately after President Trump's visit, Reverend Robert Fisher was gracious and invited all people to know St. John's Church was not in services for Covid-19, but not closed, all were invited to know the Sermon and Bible Studies on line. This is exactly as Jesus Christ serves us all, saving the world.
Later, Bishop of Washington, Mariann Budde, from The Episcopal Diocese of Washington, D.C. spoke rudely, judgmentally and without complete understanding. Today - we have heard this visit by the President is publicity. Politics. Privilege.
Maybe the point is - The USA has seen horrors. We aren't polite.
I grew up as an Episcopalian. My Step-grandfather was an Episcopalian Priest for 54 years before he went to be with the Lord. I attended Episcopalian elementary school and went to daily Morning Prayer. There is beauty in the worship. However, God wants something more gracious from His Beloved. He wants us to be welcoming. To find reasons when we speak for Jesus, to encourage the entire Body of Christ.
Healing comes from being, in the early stages, Polite. Mercy is the next step.
This was an Iconic Event. If you missed this - maybe we all need to take a step back.
Church! Let's hear us all say - ALL are Welcomed.
Let's hear the complete event, "The White House, The Commander and Chief, ALSO CLEARED THE AREA to put out the BLAZE. Asked the First Responders to be put in harm's way. Asked the Secret Service and the Police to risk being placed in harm's way."

Iconic. We will rise Again. Even if polite is not the first reaction.
When doing the Right Thing, one doesn't need all the pats on the back to be Strong. Strength comes from Him. The Lord.
Wisdom. Lots of buildings have burn damages in the riots in the area. The one saved is a House of God from someone who did the Right Thing.
Abba, Heavenly Father,
Help us to seek You first and Your Kingdom.
Thank You! We all see the need to fix the system of Government and find agreement.
We are united in wanting Safety. We will have Peace.
To Live Love, Joy and Peace. Uphold those we Love.
We Trust You!
Protect the innocent. Stop the evil intent.
Help us to move all we are asked by You, to move. Help us get younger people away from bad influence. Help us, Father God, move our families to safe places, to the country family or the friends nearby. Encourage us to travel to the grocery with friends and older people. Protect lives and jobs.
Bless the weeping people.
We ask for the Virus to end! We ask the Riots to stop. And, now, we need Your Help.
And please let this be the last horrible part of 2020.
Create Peace in Your Holy Spirit in us all.
We need Warp Speed Virus Vaccinations, please, Lord.

Governor Abbott and these 50 United States Governors and Legislatures.
Help our cities in crisis to find unity and peace.
Fruitful Justice in States Government Actions. And the National Guard safety.
Provide Safety, Health and Peace encouraging us all to share in Prosperity.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes.
Please help us have new Constitutional Amendments to further allow Government and the people, who are Blessed to have such freedoms, to have unity.
