12 Then they returned to Jerusalem from the mount called Olivet, which is near Jerusalem, a Sabbath day's journey away.
And when they had entered, they went up to the upper room, where they were staying, Peter and John and James and Andrew, Philip and Thomas, Bartholomew and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus and Simon the Zealot and Judas the son of James.
All these with one accord were devoting themselves to prayer,

This is the largest time period of the expansion of believing Churches.
The Pew Report shows many generational Church attendance shifted.
There are times, in all lives, we must determine our faith, words and actions.
Deuteronomy 10:12,13
And now, Israel,
what doth the LORD thy God

but to fear the LORD thy God,
to walk in all His Ways,

to Love Him,
and
to serve the LORD thy God
with all thy heart
and
with all thy soul
How will we do this when we have such pressing concerns,
How will we do this when we are the flowers of the field?
Jesus knew about our lives and He gave a reason and direction:
John 6:29
Jesus answered them,
“This is the work of God given to mankind,
that you believe
in Him
Whom He has sent.”
The Disciples, Adam, Gideon, Jeremiah, Peter, Mary, Zechariah
all had questions and concerns.
Hebrews 11:6
And without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for whoever would draw near to God
must believe
that He exists
and
that He rewards
those who seek Him.

According to His
Great Mercy,
He has caused us
to be born again
to a living hope
through the resurrection of Jesus Christ
from the dead.
Believe.
80% of the USA does pray. And this causes scoffing.
This isn't exactly merciful. And of the 80% praying, 2/3rds say they have received a miraculous, answer only from The Lord and their prayer. And the believing people say they know God hears them and loves them.
Hebrews 4:16
Let us then with confidence draw near to the Throne of Grace,
that
we may receive
mercy
and
find grace to help in time of need.

God does the Impossible
Why?
Zephaniah 3:17
The Lord your God is in your midst,
A Mighty One
Who will Save
He will
Rejoice over you with gladness
He will
quiet you by His Love
He will
exult over you with loud singing.
If we are not open to the impossibility of God, we should miss the display of the Lord's Goodness, arriving quietly, like the sunrise. We benefit in our faith from being open to the Holy Spirit. The Lord God Almighty upholds the Universe with the Power of His Word.
Luke 1:76-79
Go before the Lord to prepare His Ways,
to give knowledge of salvation
to His People
in the forgiveness of their sins,
because
of the tender mercy of our God
Whereby the sunrise
shall visit us
from on high
To give light
to those who sit in darkness and in the shadow of death,
to guide our feet
into
the way of peace.
This Jesus,
Who was taken up from you into Heaven,
will come in the same way
as you saw Him
go into Heaven
Holy Father,
keep them
in Your Name,
which You have given Me,
that
they may be One,
even as We are One.
