Psalm 24:1-2

The Earth is the Lord's! 

 And The Fullness thereof, the world 

and Those who Dwell therein 

 For He 

has founded it upon the seas 

and 

 established it 

upon the rivers.

Where in HIM

we shall

go

from Strength to Strength

and 

FIND

the Joy

THEREIN

What is the sacrifice of Thanksgiving? Immediately we think, oh, dreary. No, not today! We will dig into this with verve. 

Psalm 116:17

I will offer to You the sacrifice of Thanksgiving

    and 

call on the Name of The Lord.

ALL of Thanksgiving has effort. Even the children will dress as they are asked and get the napkins and sit where asked.  The adults plan the voyage, they prepare a meal. Arrange a gathering. 

The Sacrifice of Thanksgiving is something my step-grandfather (6'3", white haired, Marlboro Man, Episcopalian, University of the South, ) Rev. Wm Tate Young 

would say, “Hell … is going on vacation with the ones you love …. in a small car.”

Tate makes an excellent and exceptional point.  

There are times and there are seasons. To be. To be with the ones we love. And the ones we admire and see daily. And then, we carry the good and kind privilege to not rake up the muck. Not the complaints. To lead the way with  ~ positive vibes ~.  And now we can take a moment and remember Donald Sutherland.  ~ Positive Vibes ~~~~~~~~ For small and uplifting Sermons, we Thank Thee, Our Lord Jesus Christ.  Aaaamen.
