Happy July 4th Philippians 3:13-14 ~ Forward!

 

Philippians 3:13-14

Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: 
forgetting what lies behind 

and 

straining forward to what lies ahead

 

I press on 
toward the goal 

for the prize

 of the upward call 

of God 

in Christ Jesus.

We have gained some experience since 2020.

I can guarantee, we would not raise our hands or vote for these few past years. Surprises we had not lived in our parents' or our generation.

However, we have gained in experience. And go forth in faith to hope for better and more peace. 

Similar to our almost 3-year-old Ginger Cat Kitten. Tough, very affectionate and vocal as they arrive on this earth. Named for The Big Cat he thinks he is. We came home, and it was very apparent his PTSD is finished. This cat was absolutely relaxed.

Ping Pong Sized Hail

When you weigh five pounds and you walk happily in your own little forest. And suddenly, the sky explodes with ping pong hail, it's really a pretty traumatic experience.  The next big storm, created cat screaming as he was indoors and then under a chest of drawers on legs. 

Therefore, Fireworks are very NBD. 

Fireworks do not pummel your 5 pound furry body.

HAPPY JULY 4th!

Blessings of finding we gain

wisdom

hope

faith

and 

Joy!

Let us not be

pummeled again

we pray

in Christ Jesus.

Dwell in us

Be our help, helper, comfort, comforter

Forgive us, please

and give us more 

opportunities

to be a help and comfort to those surrounding us

Dwell in those we love

and

in Jesus Christ

we will finish well!

Forever!

And in Jesus

This Hope.

Faith and Love 

we will rise up 

Believing Jesus.
