The Helper, the Holy Spirit, Whom
the Father
will send
in My Name,
He will teach you all things
and
bring to your remembrance
all
that I have said to you.
27 Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you.
Not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your hearts be troubled,
neither let them be afraid.
After our infant daughter died, we had conversations about Heaven. One of the conversations went like this: "We never spoke to her, what is Jesus going to do with a baby in Heaven? Really, what is Huge Heaven going to do with a small little one?"
We had a member of the family, beloved, take their own life. The conversations we had said this, "We Love him. We forgive him. Will God want him? He did painful things. Did he really believe?"
On discussion from a Church group said: Do we die and go directly to Jesus? People who return say they saw Jesus. Why does the Bible talk about someday?
Is there a Purgatory? Why do Catholics say there is and Protestants say there isn't.
Will we be angels? Will we meet angels?
What is the role of the Holy Spirit in Heaven?
Why do we talk about Clouds in Heaven? Is Heaven all about Clouds?
What about children and babies in Heaven?
Isaiah 49 is the Book St. Thomas Aquinas was quoting when he said the easiest path to God's Glory is for the infant or preborn. Their innocence brings them to the highest portion of Heaven. Isaiah 49 says the miscarriage might be forgotten by their mother on earth due to more children or old age and illness, but the Lord cares for them. Isaiah reports Kings and Queens care for the infant. This causes upheavel with the new believer. But CS Lewis called all who enter into Heaven Kings and Queens. And the Scriptures tell us the nobility of God are the Beloved believers of God.
Personally, I find this 49th Chapter of Isaiah complete reasurance and would send you to the blue link for Isaiah 49 above. This tells me the noble family I have in Heaven, the people I know and love who have passed on, have the joy of caring for the children we had who did not live on the earth. Our stillborn daughter and a 2nd month miscarriage, we call this baby Matthew.
Do these infants stay infants,
do we meet them as infants,
will they be perpetual children in Heaven?
God will Decide
our age in Heaven
Thus says the Lord:
I have returned to Zion and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem, and Jerusalem shall be called the faithful city, and the mountain of the Lord of hosts, the holy mountain.
4 Thus says the Lord of Hosts:
Old men and old women shall again sit in the streets of Jerusalem, each with staff in hand because of great age. 5 And the streets of the city shall be full of boys and girls playing in its streets.
6 Thus says the Lord of Hosts:
If it is marvelous in the sight of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be Marvelous in My Sight,
declares the Lord of Hosts.
7 Thus says the Lord of Hosts:
Behold,
I will save my people from the east country and from the west country,
8 and I will bring them to dwell in the midst of Jerusalem.
And they shall be my people, and I will be their God,
in faithfulness
and in righteousness.”
What about the ones
who are wobbly
we love?
1 Timothy 1:13-16
I received mercy because I had acted ignorantly in unbelief,
14 and the grace of our Lord overflowed for me
with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
15 The saying is trustworthy and deserving of full acceptance,
that
Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners,
of whom I am the foremost. 16 But I received mercy for this reason, that in me, as the foremost, Jesus Christ might display His perfect patience as an example to those who were to
believe in Him for eternal life.
1 Corinthians 7
13 If any woman has a husband who is an unbeliever, and he consents to live with her, she should not divorce him. 14 For the unbelieving husband is made holy because of his wife, and the unbelieving wife is made holy because of her husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy.
We see in Matthew 22:23-34, Mark 12:18-27, Luke 20:27-40 Jesus tells us we will not be married, yet 1 Corinthians 7 tells us one flesh of marriage lends the soul the faith of Salvation in Jesus Christ. What is marriage in Heaven? One flesh is family. We live as family. Revelation and Daniel tells us the tribes of Israel are family, we live in family. Within the 7 levels of Heaven.
The descriptions of Heaven say many times we will see Nations. Nations are actually places in time. Because nations come and go. We will see cultures, eras and time.
how
Soon?
Wait for the Trumpet?
Meet Jesus quickly?

John met Jesus immediately in Revelation 1. Paul met a man caught up in the 3rd level of Heaven and this suggests immediately. Jesus tells us the little ones have access to their angel in Matthew 18:10. Jesus tells us He is always with us. Ezekiel's dry bones and heart of flesh, together with Good Friday in John's Gospel seem to say wait upon the Lord. Revelation say the martyrs sleep.
Many people who have life after death experiences
know
they immediately met the Lord.
A day to God is thousands of years.
2 Peter 3:8,9
But do not forget this one thing, dear friends:
With the Lord a day is like a thousand years,
and a thousand years are like a day.
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise,
as some understand slowness.
So the exact answer is:
1 Corinthians 13:12
For now we see in a mirror dimly,
but then face to face.
Now I know in part; then I shall know fully,
even as I have been fully known.
Is there a Purgatory?
2 Corinthians 12:2
I know a man in Christ who was caught up to the third Heaven
fourteen years ago.
Whether he was in the body or out of the body,
I don't know;
God Knows.
I dreamed about someone I have loved deeply, who died a mighty mess. And believed God is and was and would be her savior in Jesus Christ. I dreamed twice we visited in Heaven. And both times, a Hospital, she said to me, "I am in God's Hospital. Do not worry, do not have fear, He is taking good care of me. All will be well."
And I have to say, I do believe one of the levels of Heaven definitely has a place of tender and loving healing. Do I believe in Purgatory? Yes, now, my opinion, is God can do anything, nothing is too hard for God. Thank You, Father. In Christ Jesus.
The Lord our God is an Awesome God. He Saves.
Will
we become
angels?
Matthew 22:23-34, Mark 12:18-27, Luke 20:27-40
29 Jesus replied, “You are in error [if, or] because you do not know the Scriptures or the Power of God.
30 At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven.
31 But about the resurrection of the dead—have you not read what God said to you, 32 ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’?
He is not the God of the dead but of the living.”
This one has a very definite Jesus Christ answer. No.
We won't become angels. Will we fly? Sure, if God wants us to fly like an eagle, then, we will. Will we have wings. Yes, if God wants us to. Will we be angels? No.
We might look like Angels in Heaven. The Scriptures affirm and affirm Angels are messengers of God who have 'always' lived in Heaven and go to the earth.
1 Peter 1:9-12
you believe in Him
and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible
and filled with glory
9 obtaining the outcome of your faith,
the salvation of your souls.
10 Concerning this salvation, the prophets who prophesied about the grace that was to be yours searched and inquired carefully,
11 inquiring what person or time the Spirit of Christ
in them
was indicating when He predicted
the sufferings of Christ and the subsequent glories.
12 It was revealed to them that they were serving not themselves but you, in the things that have now been announced to you through those who preached the good news to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven,
things
into which
angels long to look.
What is the role of the
Holy Spirit in Heaven?
Matthew 28:20
Teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you.
And surely I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
Jesus tells us
He lives with us in Heaven
In Him
we live, move and have our being
Why do we talk about Clouds in Heaven?
Revelation 14:14-15:8
Then I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and seated on the cloud one like a Son of Man, with a golden crown on His Head
1 Kings 8:10,11
Suddenly a cloud filled the temple as the priests were leaving the most holy place.
The Lord’s glory was in the cloud, and the light from it was so bright that the priests could not stay inside to do their work.
Isaiah 6:1-4
6 In the year that King Uzziah died I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up; and the train of His robe filled the temple. 2 Above Him stood the seraphim. Each had six wings: with two He covered His face, and with two He covered His feet, and with two He flew. 3 And one called to another and said:
“Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of Hosts; the whole earth is full of His glory!”
4 And the foundations of the thresholds shook at the voice of Him who called,
and the house was filled with smoke.
Such was the appearance of the likeness of the Glory of the Lord.
Jeremiah 4
13 Behold,
He comes up like clouds; His chariots like the whirlwind;
His horses are swifter than eagles
Ezekiel 1
26 And above the expanse over their heads there was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like sapphire;
and
seated above the likeness of a throne was a likeness with a human appearance.
And
upward from what had the appearance of His waist I saw as it were gleaming metal,
like the appearance of fire enclosed
all around.
And downward from what had the appearance of His waist
I saw as it were the appearance of fire,
and there was
brightness around Him.
28 Like the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud on the day of rain,
so was the
appearance of the brightness all around.
Acts 1:9
After He had said this,
they watched as He was taken up, and a cloud hid Him from their sight.
Daniel 7:9-14
9 “As I looked,
thrones were placed,
and the Ancient of Days
took His seat;
His clothing was white as snow,
and the hair of His head like pure wool;
His throne was fiery flames;
its wheels were burning fire.
10 A stream of fire issued
and came out from before Him;
a thousand thousands served Him,
and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him;
the court sat in judgment,
and the books were opened.
13 “I saw in the night visions,
and behold,
with the clouds of Heaven
there came one like a Son of Man,
and He
came to the Ancient of Days
and was presented
before
Him.
14 And to Him
was given dominion
and
glory and a Kingdom,
that
all
peoples, nations, and languages
should serve Him;
His dominion is an everlasting dominion,
which shall not pass away,
and His Kingdom
One
that shall not be destroyed.

Yes, The Lord Fulfills His Purpose
Thank You, Jesus
